The van transfer was bad. Too many people in the van and not enough space for the bags. The driver stopped too often to deliver packages or make purchases (pallets of beer).

The driver was talking to children in a video call for about 15 minutes whist driving the bus. He also go impatient whilst driving behind a car being driven slow and made a very dangerous overtake with a large truck coming in the opposite direction. The ongoing truck had to slow down and a songtheaw had to brake and sounded his horn at our bus driver. This driver needs to drive safely and show more professionalism.

The transport van between Krabi and Surat seemed like it was about to die, was a very jumpy and noisy ride from the van. Other than that a really smoothly ran service and we'd recommend the company and would use them again.

Le premier van inconfortable, le deuxième climatisation trop froide, qui nous a déposé sur un parking pour finir en tuk tuk à 8 plus les valises sous un soleil de plomb. Bateau 1 h de retard.voyage très long

After the first ferry everyone left in a minibus but we had to wait 30 minutes without an explanation, before our vehicle came. Then there was a 3 hour ride without a pause (or a possibility to buy drinks).

Excellent for the price. There was one stop at suratthani where we swapped buses but not bad. They also offered to drive me to my hotel once we arrived at the pier for cheaper than a taxi would be

A 13h trip from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Phangan with 4 vans/cars and 2 ferries. All connections worked easily, lots of staff and other travelers around.

Was a great experience! The trip went by faster than scheduled and I got to Samui 2.5 hours earlier than I planned.

Very efficient and amazing for the money you are paying. Faultless system, all connections met. Had to call because we were to be picked up from pier at 8 am but they were very helpful on the phone and we were picked up 10 minutes later so dont hesitate to call if unsure. Long journey but worth the money. The staff at Phantip were very helpful and offered to organise taxi to our accommodation on Koh Samui.

Les horaires ont été respectés depart du van à 9hoo de Krabi et arrivé du ferry à Samui a 15h30 le top 👍 Notre seule angoisse ce fut le chauffeur de Krabi à Surathani celui-ci était énormément fatigué et avait du mal à conduire… Le van était complet et beaucoup de valise

Terugreis van Koh Phangang naar Surat Thani Airport was prima. De heenreis vanaf Surat Thani naar Koh Phangang was een ramp. We werden vanaf de airport naar de pier gebracht door Phamtip in een minivan. Dat was opzich prima alhoewel de van helemaal vol zat waardoor de covid afstand niet nageleefd kon worden. 2 kilometer voor de pier werden we allemaal uit de minivan gezet zonder communicatie. Na tien minuten werden we opgepikt door een volgende van die ons naar de pier bracht. Daar lagen vooroorlogse (en dan bedoel ik 2e wereldoorlog) ferry's van Raja. De ferry zou om 18.00 uur vertrekken en om 20.30 aankomen. De ferry vertrok echter om 18.30 en kwam pas om 22.30 uur aan op Koh Pangang. De boot ging zo tergend langzaam traag dat ik bijna wilde gaan zwemmen omdat dat sneller zou zijn. Echter iets met koffers. Op de boot stonk het enorm naar de uitlaatgassen die werkelijk overal naar binnentrokken en buiten was echt niet te zijn vanwege de verstikkende rookwolken. Op de grond en de wanden van de ferry liepen diverse kakkerlakken tussen je bagage heen en weer. Echt enorm smerig. Terugweg hadden we gelukkig een nieuwere ferry (ik gok dat deze maar 40 jaar oud was) die wel de snelheid behaalde van 20 km per uur waardoor hij netjes op tijd aankwam. Door de coronacrisis varen andere ferrymaatschappijen niet meer op koh pangang waardoor je veroordeeld bent tot Raja. Hopelijk tref je een nieuwe ferry maar anders is het echt een ramp.

Big ferry. Very comfortable seat than recline. Outdoor seating available too. Cafe cart for drinks, lunch and snacks available to buy.

The bus was really mouldy and smelled bad. There was not enough seats on the bus for all of us even though we all paid for full tickets.

The driver did not ask in english the final destination of arrival, so he stopped in another bus terminal, different from the terminal that was indicated on the ticket. Thanks to a guy working at terminal, he explained all that and the driver brought us to the right terminal, yelling to us in thai. For this situation we arrived 30 minutes late. But the overall trip was quite ok.

Very easy process booking and travelling with 12Go and their partner. Although the ferry did get in an hour later than scheduled (we were warned of this potentially happening when booking, so not a problem)

Left one out later with a different company in an old and fully packed minivan that made a crazy amount of stops. Arrived 19:00 instead of 17:00.

The ferry was late but the bus driver should be given a bonus or a raise because he was very hard working and got me to the airport on time.

I managed to take the earlier van / ferry than the one I have booked so I arrived 3 hours before originally scheduled, very good but the van needs to change suspensions and shocks

Great service. Friendly staff met me at arrival to Surat Thani, a comfortable transfer to the ferry pier and a very comfortable and easy crossing on the ferry. Would recommend!

Too much delays. The driver returns to Donsak to get additional passenger but never actually picked up. And then took another ten minute break at nearby station 5 minutes from Donsak for no reason.

The driver was at the AirPort waiting allready before the anounced arrivaltime of our plane (which landed earlier). In less than 2h we were in our hotel ... GREAT!

Nice trip. Good functioning airco at second class. Tickets were perfectly dropped at the luggage/parcel office at Hua Hin trainstation as ordered. Recommended.

Pickup punctual from the Train Station with a sign with our Name on it, so very easy to find! But the driver had no navigation and he was Not able to find the way to the hotel and had to ask people for the way. We were one hour too late!

Ontime without further follow up, only hiccups as there were 2 groups , the other is on Bus while me is on Van, which under same transport provider. Items get clarified after I explain to the onsite supervisor.
