The minibus was fine, the customer support from 12go was awful. I waited more than 12 hours for an answer from Whatsapp support line.

Got dropped to the wrong place and the driver charged us extra to take us where we needed to go which was the stated drop off point.
The driver was driving like we had extra lives to spare, we were meant to arrive at 7/7:30 but arrived at 4:40 which was obviously of no use to us.

The driver spoke English very well and was taking good care of us. He communicated everything we had to do also on the border and even helped us with going further. The bus was clean and spacious with AC (make sure you have warm clothes at hand). There were enough stops for snacks and/or toilet.

Une petite bouteille d'eau aurait été appréciable.
Information la veille du point de pick-up, ne serait-il pas plus simple de l'indiquer directement à la validation du billet ?
Point de départ Hatyai au Lee garden et non l'adresse indiquée qui ne correspond à rien car nous étions allés en repérage la veille.
1/2 heure de retard départ supposé à 12h départ à 12h30, un petit message aurait pu nous permettre de manger un sandwich en attendant qu'il arrive, ne sachant rien difficile de commander, donc prévoyez à manger et à boire

The start point was not a company called Persada but some other travel agency that wasn’t referenced on the receipt and the driver of the other minibus that I was arriving with from Pakbara had to call the number given on the receipt to find out where to drop me.
Instead of 15.00 we left at 16.30, then we drove for 15’ and then returned to HatYai because they had forgotten 2 passengers. So we only left at 17.15. Arrival in Penang was at 23.15 is read of 19.30…

Best staff, very friendly and careing driver. The Minibus was in good condition but this kind minibus ist not very comfortable. Fixed seats an Not mich space.

Good driver. He droped us directly in our hôtel in Hat Yai center.
The problem is that we had to pay 10 ringgits per person to cross the boarder! We didn't really understand why we had to pay because one of the customer didn't pay and he could go until Hat Yai...
We didn't have the information before from the bus company. This is not correct because we had no more ringgits and no atm at the boarder... Please, give the information to others travellers!

The minivan was nice and clean. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The whole trip was great the best one we had whilst in Thailand.
The only issue was finding where the pick up was. Once I messaged them they sent photos which was great. Would definitely recommend.
