フェリー旅行のデメリット
- フェリーを利用する旅行者にとって最大の懸念は船酔いです。移動時間が長く、海が荒れているほど、気分が悪くなる可能性が高くなります。旅をより快適にするために、乗船の30分前に酔い止めを服用し、上記の推奨事項に従ってください。
- フェリーの運航は天候に大きく左右されます。雨や嵐の日には出発が遅れたり、欠航になったりすることがあります。悪天候時には、大きな島への便であっても数日間にわたって欠航することは珍しくありません。フェリー移動の後に飛行機の乗り継ぎがある場合は、この可能性を念頭に置いておきましょう。特定の時期には、予定よりも大幅に本土到着が遅れるリスクがあります。

we got seasick because the boat moved a lot. we would have preferred to have a more stable boat in order to avoid this with the possibility of going outside. Also we had a strong smell of diesel during the journey. It’s really not my best experience

I am very disappointed because I could not take the ferry because of covid-19. I thought I would be reimbursed. My reference reservation is SG5467394 for 20 March El nido to Coron.

Confusion reigns. Had to go to one counter to pay for ticketing. Another to put your name down only to be told to go to the office to get our tickets. Lucky we allowed an hour as there was a big queue. Seated extra people on a plastic seat. Could not go outside. Felt like a sardine in a can.

The boat was on time and luckily not much passengers. We can sit anywhere we wanted. The boat seems can withstand huge waves. Feels like being in a submarine when the boat battled with the waves and the water was leaking inside.

Very windy day = very uncomfortable bumpy ride. But its cheaper than a flight so if you can withstand 4 hours of rocking waves, this is the option.

The ferry was 45min late.
Only one bathroom, many people were sick on the trip and could not go to the bathroom.

The boat was on time, and not overcrowded. The voice of the television was very high, but I asked the crew and they turned it down so that we could sleep, which I really appreciated. The negative things were a small cockroach which I saw on the boat, and the fact that there was no outside area to sit.

Better than their competitor which we took from el nido to coron.
Sea was very rough, literally thought we were going down at times. Take travel sickness tablets if you’re prone to sea sick, a few people threw up in their seats onto the floor

The terrible ocean waves made the journey horrible, but that’s no fault of the boat and it’s crew. Sick bags were provided for people feeling sea sick, though they weren’t handed out or available as quickly as necessary. They should made readily available for all passengers.

Made it safe, seats were comfortable, plenty of leg room, but a very unorganized check in process. Just go with the flow, and seats are assigned so you don’t have to rush to get on the boat or be first in line.

It was stinking hot in the rear section of the boat as the air conditioning was non existent. The mid and forward sections air con were fine (rows 13 and below) and this is where I spent most of the trip - sitting on the stairs. Even just a fan in the back section would make a big difference if the air con issue can't be fixed. Boat left bang on time and took about 4 1/2 hours for the trip. If you've booked online you will need to go to the Montenegro office down the street in Coron first to get your actual tickets, before going to the terminal (and paying an extra 20p terminal fee). If you suffer from sea sickness I suggest you take a tablet before the trip. Overall, the ferry is fine and the staff friendly.

Sat in a diesel fume filled box for 4 hr 45 min listening to a symphony of puking around me. Thankfully no one near us puked otherwise I may have had to join in. They either oversold the journey or someone bribed a few extra people onboard because they almost refused boarding to a few people and made them sit on the back of the boat outdoors near the toilets for the entire journey. The competing company's earlier ferry from Coron looked nicer. Would recommend thinking of travelling with them instead.

They don't accommodate families with children first. It's packed. No food or snack given even if the boat arrived 3 hours later than planned. The tickets need to be reprinted in their office outside the port even if we bought online. The terminal sucks with missing staff half the time. Inefficient staff who aren't there on time and can't explain things well but would take bribes.

Hubo problemas con el barco por lo que tuvieron que cambiarnos a otro agendado a la 1pm. Se tenían que hacer muchos trámites de inscripción para poder irse en el nuevo barco, además no salió a la 1 según dijeron sino hasta las 3:30 pm aproximadamente. Además el aire acondicionado casi no funcionaba lo que complicó un viaje así de lleno

Ferry was almost on time (only 15 min late). The ferry is OK. You have space for legs (what is unusual in buses or vans) and seats are fine. The only very important thing to know is AirCon is SUPER HIGH AND YOU FREEZE. so don't forget to take long trouser, jacket and all the necessary clothes to don't get cold.

Departure not on time.
Only 1 toilet, packed, no sales of food or drink.
Arrival also late, took more than 4 hours as advertised.
Even we have done online booking, but would have to still collect the ticket at the shop, which is not convenient especially travelling with big luggage.

First half of the journey was the air conditioning at max and it was freezing cold inside. Then it got better. Thanks to reviews from other people we were prepared and had warm clothes wit us, so it was not a big deal for us. Other than that the journey was all right. It took approx 5 hours

Packed in like sardines, no food and no drinks and only 1 toilet for 4.5 hours. Craft was very compact. This was time we will never get back. If we had known we woild have flowen accross to El Nido instead and had more time at our wonderful resort

It was good because we were assigned seats in the area with air conditioning. When we took Coron to El Nido, it was not a pleasant experience. It was way too hot, I don’t think the A/C can accommodate both rooms.
They also charged us an additional 20 pesos to give our ticket. This wasn’t mentioned online.

El barco bien pero nos tuvieron esperando casi 1h antes de entrar al barco y salio como una hora tarde ademas de que el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y lo medio solucionaron con un ventilador que no enfriaba pero bueno algo hacia, aun asi hacia bastante calor en el barco.

The air-con is terrible bad regulated. The first part of the boat is really cold, the middle and the end terribly hot. In addition, the volume TV was very loud.
