With no information, we wasted about 1 hour in Bangkok before we could leave for hua in.
We were transferred to another vehicle to continue.

He was driving very fast and over the speed limit most of the time. Not happy with taking unnecessary risks in a foreign country. Scary driving at times.

The taxi was great in all parameters, we are very satisfied. We are dissatisfied with the treatment we received when taking the ferry, the person who met us at the port instead of directing us to the ferry kept us in that vendor's place, he made us waste our time, everything was confusing, we no longer knew if we had Have to pay again for the ferry or it passed.

Taxi was 20 minutes late and just arrived after calling the company. Very annoying especially because we just booked the pretty overpriced taxi (in comparison to other companies) in advance to be at the airport on time. The driver tried his best to bring us to the airport quickly but we still were 15minutes late, so keep that in mind when choosing a pickup time.

Pleasant experience! Driver came 15 minutes earlier than scheduled, received a call & notified of driver’s arrival. The driver didn’t speak much English but we didn’t have to converse much since everything is set. Definitely would use this service again for early morning flights!

Communication via whatsapp before trip with driver, pickup with name sign at airport and upon ferry arrival on island. Worry free travel and quick so we cpuld catch an earlier boat. Note that ferry ticket is not included.

The driver was ready to pick us up at the airport and went very fast to Donsak pier for us to catch our boat to Lao Samui. We arrived just in time 8mn before the vessel leave.Without him we would have lost a lot of time.
The second driver at Kao Samui to take us to our hotel was not nice at all but still we review Kim services at 5 stars because they did the job, thank you !

Terms of agreement said for Koh Chang transfers the ferry and island transfer are included. But had to pay 360 baht extra anyway, 80 per person for ferry and 200 for a 5min ride on the island.

We took the taxi from airport to Kanchanaburi. Driver was waiting at the airport official meeting point (I think it was exit gate 3) with a big name sign. He was driving well and careful and managed even to find our small hotel at the end. Excellent service!

Fine, driver was on time, no problem
I had specified the destination to 12go when booking, and to the taxi company in response to an email. However, this information had not been received by the driver. It was OK for us as we could agree the destination with the driver, but might cause a problem for others

I took a taxi from Suvarnabhumi airport to Kanchanaburi. My plane was delayed 5 hours, yet I managed to contact 12goAsia and the service kindly agreed to change the pick-up time. Very good and fast journey, good professional driver, had to go late at night, but there were no problems, everything ok.

Trayecto perfecto y a tiempo.

Very well organised. Driver contacted us couple of days before to make sure all details are correct. Driver was more than punctual, super friendly, and brought a perfectly equipped minivan including party lights and music system for the ride.
