A very pleasant and hassle free journey. We extended our journey to NAIA T3 and the person at the booking office was very helpful. The snack and water given by the very pleasant drivers assistant was a very nice touch and totally unexpected. Customer service at its best. I would certainly recommend your service. First class. Bus was clean and comfortable, driver and bus stewardess were kind and accommodating. Did not like how the bus stopped by the side of EDSA Cubao instead of parking inside a terminal.

Left the terminal 30 mins. late from the original sched but trip was fast. Arrived Baguio within 4 hours. Restroom inside bus has a foul odor. Bus stewardess was also coughing hard the entire trip (without ever covering her mouth) and it was very unhygienic and uncomfortable for the riders.

Good Transport. Arrived earlier than sceduled in Baguio which I like very much. Only thing needs improvement is the waiting area for passengers need safer and more relaxing.

The bus left 30 minutes after scheduled departure. Then had to stop at the other station. It was stinky the whole time smells like sewer. Then it broke down. Something with the air pressure. We lost an hour and a half because of that. The lady attendant was coughing hard the whole time. Then when we got to Baguio, the driver just dropped us on the side of the road outside the terminal. So it was a chaos trying to get all our luggage and fighting the crowd that's walking on the sidewalk. It was a mess.

Toilet has no sink and tissue. Also,water containers to flush the toilet are empty. I hope it can be improved. Otherwise, driving was smooth and we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks

Travel was great because it was fast. I find it really a hassle though that I have to PRINT the ticket. Printer is not that accessible nowadays which is why etickets with QR codes should be enough.

Terminal is not exclusive and dirty. There were many flies inside the genesis airconditioned room. The girl attendant of the bus had cough and was not using a mask. She can contaminate the whole bus with her virus. No blanket was given. The bus was suppose to leave by 11:00am, we left 11:20am.

I can't comfortably sleep during the travel. My seat 5c/7c reclining adjustment is broken, i can't lay down properly because it gets back to sit position. Please fix, tnx.

It was a fast but very safe trip. Only setback is the blankets were noy available. But we brought our own so it was not really a problem. Good job, still Joy Bus!

The travel is smooth and comfortable. I recommend though the Premiere Joy bus than the Executive one with just a twenty peso difference.

The bus is so modern. The rest room is clean. Refunding back the senior citizen discounts of my parents were so quick and easy.

We arrived in Baguio an hour earlier than the expected arrival time. The only issue I experienced was that we had a hard time reclining our seats. Overall, we had a great trip.

Bus was nice. But there was a beeping sound throughout the trip that was not addressed. Also, the conductor kept playing videos on his phone throughout at loud volume.Very distracting.

there was some confusion as to the seat assignments. the seats assigned online did not match the bus seating. we booked three tickets that were seated together. in the end, we were all separated into different seats. because of this, the bus left 20 or 30 mins later than scheduled.
but other than this trouble, the bus itself, as well as the ride, went smoothly.

Great experience and we arrived in Baguio even before the ETA even we encountered traffic in NLEX. The only thing is that we’re unable to choose a sit numbers during the booking process ❤️❤️

Very stressful, your confirnation of reserved seats was very late. Imagine you notify me at 11:35pm just to ley me know that it was not available. Instead of having a good rest, I need yo call and ask your customer service to look for seats for us for our business trip untill 2:30am. Very inconvenient. I will not recommend you in the succeding trips.You need to improve your on line services.

I couldn't tell if it was a premier or deluxe. But the bus was in top condition and seems new. But it didn't have the individual screens per seat - though that's not that important for me because I'd probably not use it anyway. The bus also had onboard wifi (Smartbro). They gave us each of us a blanket, a bottled water and a Rebisco biscuit. Overall, a very good experience.

They had to change the bus from premier to deluxe at the last minute. Not a deal breaker, and they had refunded my P20, but the bus was a bit old already.

We had a smooth sailing on the road. Driver was good and the stewardess was always alert and lively. It just took us 4 hours to arrive from baguio to manila. Will surely ride joybus again. God bless the company and the people.

Bus trip okay but getting my online ticket for printing terrible.
Falling in line in a tiny cramp office is just ridiculous for a big bus company. How do you guys handle this during peak seasons?
By the way why do we need our online ticket printed?

We were seated at the backmost seat where the comfort room is located and it smelled terrible the whole trip. It was really uncomfortable. Good thing we arrived earlier than the ETA or I would have rated this trip even lower.

The bus from baguio to manila was a lot better than the bus we took from manila to baguio. The bus attendant was very nice and cordial.
