空港発だったが、迎えもなく不安だった。乗車中は気持ちよく眠る事も出来た。到着後荷物は下ろしてくれたがそれっきりなんの説明も挨拶もなかった事が印象が良くなかった。

We started just 10 minutes after schedule. A car brought us to the pick-up-point of the van. The van was comfortable. We stopped for a short break after two hours. We even arrived 20 minutes early at our destination.

I book 6am bus. Vung Tau direct to Airport AS advertised. Then am told that only to district 1 in Ho Chi Min city, but 5.30 bus go direct. I book 5.30 bus but it go to district 1 and stop and I have to take taxi to airport. Also i book VIP seat but driver make us sit in back 3 seats. I Think he save good seat for people he know.

Professional, helpful, organized. Regardless of language barrier, they made sure we made it to and from our destination on time. All we did was have to show them our reservation and they paid mind to which stops we needed to get off, including meeting our connecting transportation.

Very professional employees, whatsapp updates. Office before the trip has free little snacks that were much appreciated. Free water on the limousine bus. Seats were very comfy. Safe and efficient driver. Dropped me off at hotel unexpectedly as I thought I would need to get a grab at the end. Very satisfied and would highly recommend!!

The driver took a very long break after an hour, and then he drove very fast; it was reckless. An Italian gentleman even shouted "slow down, slow down!" to him, and he added, speaking of the driver in English, "he's crazy." Then we arrived in Vung Tau. The driver dropped off a woman who had been sitting next to him, then stopped at another place to drop off three more people. Then he stopped and told us to get off... but I had been following the route on Google Maps from the beginning, and we were very, very far from our hotel... I gave him my phone so he could see where our hotel was. I thought he understood. He dropped off the Italian gentleman... and then it was just us left on the bus. I was still following the route on Google Maps, and then I saw that he was heading in the opposite direction from our hotel... I went back to him and showed him my phone... we must have been 4 or 5 minutes away by car from our hotel... he refused to take us there and dropped us off at the agency... We wasted so much time at the agency because the receptionist said that the driver had stopped at our hotel but that we hadn't wanted to get out... ridiculous! If he dropped us off near our hotel, why wouldn't we get out? Then she told me it was because I gave her colleague in Ho Chi Minh City the wrong address... That's false, because in Ho Chi Minh City, I gave her my phone number with the Booking.com reservation... and I only had one hotel booked in Vung Tau... no mistake possible: I must have given the correct address... After half an hour, another driver picked us up and dropped us off near our hotel... this driver was older and drove very well; he was friendly and polite. It's because of him that I gave two stars in the rating; otherwise, for the first trip and for the agency in Vung Tau, I would have given a very bad rating.

Everything was fine, WhatsApp team was great, but then before Hoian driver asked us to leave the bus, it was cold and rainy.. we couldn’t understand why!? Then one taxi driver was with bad attitude and asked us where we need to go, I was telling him my reference number, but he was just yelling.. and didn’t understand anything.. unpleasant. But then came lady from agency, (agency was next to the corner, maybe next time it’s possible to save passengers nerves from situations like this and explain in WhatsApp that we are changing a car?) she saved all situation.

Booked a Limo from the airport to Vung Tao. Turned out that the limo didn't actually leave from the airport and they sent a car to transport us all the way across the city to the limo, adding an hour to the journey.
