The information to reach the place of departure was terrible, at first I followed the pin on the map which lead me now where, luckily I managed to make it to the local futa bus station with the help of locals, barely catching my bus in time

I had a wonderful experience with Futa Bus Lines, and i would totally recommend them. I am an Australian travelling in Vietnam, I had a trip booked with Futa from Ho Chi Minh City down to Ca Mau, but unfortunately my plane was delayed almost one hour and I arrived in Vietnam late, i had a taxi rush me to the bus station but when I arrived my bus had already departed. The young lady at the ticket counter was wonderful and very helpful, she arranged for me to depart on the next bus which was just a ten minute wait before it departed the station, she refused to take any money even know it was not there fault that i had missed my bus. I was extremely impressed with the service and how kind and professional all the staff at Futa were to me... I would give ten stars 🌟 if I could. One very happy customer.

The bus leaved 1 hour sooner. We arrived few hours before and an employee write on our tickets to be there at 11 as our bus leaved at 11.pm. Hopefully we went back at 10.10 pm and the same man told us the bus was about to leave !

Experience was nice, vehicule was good. But it was not specified that we need to get to the second da lat station 😡 a lot farer than the bus terminal. We had to take a taxi until there. And if you book with Futa, they come to pick you at your hotel, which service was not proposed by 12goasia. So Futa 5 stars, 12goasia 2

You named "Ben Xe Trung" but it should be named "Ben Xe Trung Tam Da Nang" and we did not received the bus tickets before via e-mail. We had to go to the bus office there to get our tickets. And this was not mentioned before.

On time leaving and early arrival. Bus was clean and comfortable and the driver was considerate. One stop mid way and no issues. All good, and they took us to our hotel on arrival so even better.

Smooth ride. Not for people who are on the larger size though. For me it was quite comfortable still. Airco on board, and curtains. They are barely able to communicate in English but that’s not a big problem. I was able to get along with them well through Google Translate. Though they are relatively strick and very commanding people. Still kind though. Would be good if they’re at least able to communicate for how long exactly the bus is stopping for. Sometimes it’s for a quick toilet break for 5 minutes, or even 45 minutes without them telling you anything.

The bus left 45 minutes late and arrived an hour early after travelling at ridiculous speeds and taking dangerous risks on what was a windy and in places damaged mountain road. We were thrown about for much of the journey, and when the bus stopped for a break we were being rushed to get back on before we have even been stopped five minutes. It was a scary journey and with little care for the passengers. I know the driving is different in Vietnam but this was unnecessarily fast and at times stupid. This review is of this journey and driving, not of Futa overall as we had other trips that were good.

Bus arrived 20 minutes late to pick us up. It arrived at our destination 2 hours late. The seats were much smaller than they looked in the photos.

I booked a ticket from Nha Trang to Da Nang. It wasn't very clear first where the pick-up would be. Location changed the day itself. Drop-off wasn't at the location I booked either. We all needed to get out at a busstation, couldn't see the operator but I was at the wrong location. I booked a grab to my destination , but normally I wouldn't needed that grab.

The bus was late, and so we were told we had to hurry to get on the bus. Weird, because I am not the one that is late. I was put in the very back bottom bunk of the bus. I couldn't sit up and there was no light switch or something, so from around 18:00 till we arrived around 22:25 I was sat in the dark, crouched over. A lot of the other seats were empty, so I don't understand why you would book someone into the most uncomfortable seats first, instead of last. Very dumb and also a bit mean in my opinion. The workers on the bus were unhelpful and rude. They threw my bag on the floor, would not turn on the lights when we were getting off (which they did for everyone else), did not communicate well at all. It was not a nice experience and I woul probably not book a bus like this again, unless there are absolutely no other options.

The bus driver told us we have to get off in Ho chi Minh Hupt bus station and from there a shuttle goes to the airport... that was unfortunately a lie and we had to take a GRAB to the airport, bad service information, otherwise the trip was good, the bus as good as good as new

As a foreigner it’s all a little confusing but the reception at the bus station was very helpful. These buses are not comfortable for someone 6 foot plus, that said it was good value for money.

Réservation simple, lieu de départ facilement localisable, départ à l'heure, confort des couchettes ok mais je déconseille avec un enfant de moins de 4 ans sur une même couchette car pas large du tout. Chauffeur pas très aimable mais a quand même bien voulu faire un détour pour nous déposer à notre hôtel. 5h30 de voyage prévu et arrivé avec une heure de retard. Attention car au Vietnam les heures d'arrivée ne sont jamais fiables, de mes expériences.
