I was worried at first, travelling with an autistic kid and old woman along, but everything went smoothly thanks to the efficient and nice staffs

It was a great trip and service - Only issue was the information relating to the platform for Tokyo departure - we asked last minute - and on-boardes. Furtermore with the information income ticket from Mt Fuji - as the original departure was printed on the ticket not the departure pick- up. It caused some concern.

super easy to book the tickets, I tried with some service booking but they had problems with my visa card, 12go is very convenient with many payment choices. The direction to the bus waiting stop is easy to find out. The bus is punctual also. I highly recommend.

Nothing to say about the trip itself.
But when arriving at kawaguchiko, the driver didn’t want to open the trunk on both sides. He just opened one side, he ignored me and just replied « NO! » when my wife politely asked to open the other side because our bags where on the other side.
I had to remove all the suitcases which were in front of my bags to access them, and then i had to enter in the trunk and struggle to collect my stuff. My wife had to speak to the driver and tell him that « it was dangerous and bad from him » to act like that for him to finaly decide to open the other side of the bus trunk.
I never leave any comment usually… but this was really pathetic.

Very smooth ride. You can choose 3 drop-off points while booking, we chose Mt. Fuji Station. Easy to find the bus at the Tokyo Station bus terminal (take the main Yaesu exit and go right). The driver was punctual and friendly, the bus comfortable.
