Guter Service und super netter Busfahrer. Leider nicht pünktlich, da wir auf einen anderen Bus verlegt wurden. Und sich etwa 1 Stunde Verspätung zusammengesammelt hat. Aber ist bei 10 Stunden Fahrt noch okay.

When I arrived for my 08:30 bus to Bangkok I was told that the bus would no longer be running. I was handed a piece of paper that said I would have to pay an additional 271 baht (on top of the original fare I had paid online) and that this would allow me to get a bus at 09:00. I had no other option but to pay the extra money and was not given an explanation as to why I should pay additional money when I had already paid the fare

Process to get our tickets in exchange for the 12go voucher was more straightforward than expected. We walked to the counter and they were already sitting there with my name on them. Bus left 30 mins later than its scheduled departure time but we expected as much following the reviews on here so didn’t mind. It flew by, seats very big and comfy and also recline. WiFi worked very well the entire time. I was a bit apprehensive about the food stop being a vegetarian, however there was a vegetarian option and it was delicious! Definitely would take the bus again if had to do it again. I would point out though that where we were sitting there were no USB charging points, I don’t know if this was the same for other passengers or just because of where we were seated though.

Bus was 90 minutes late and I almost missed my connection. Poor toilet on bus. The attendant talked loudly on her phone much of the trip.

The bus arrived late, hence it also departed late (about 30 minutes). There were limited seats at the waiting area. The attendant was friendly and helpful. However, the blankets were provided only after about an hour after the departure. During a stop over, the passengers weren't verbally informed that we could claim free snacks using the ticket stubs... (i'm a foreigner so i did not understand what was written in the ticket). It was a relatively comfortable ride and i liked that there are single seats for solo travelers. i also appreciated the free wifi and the sockets for charging. Thank you very much!

Very rude people , I find only a paper in the counter where I was suppose to change my online ticket said :
Go to bus stop 14 and you'll get your ticket . So I went there e no one know anything took me 1 hour with the help of a foreigner how to sort out my tickets . Never again I'll use this company , and I 'll make sure to tell also people I know about this .

Seats are comfy and big.
But you lose all your legroom and get squashed if the person in front puts their seat all the way down to sleep.

Comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the seats recline too far. Wouldn't think that would be a problem, but the person in front of me was pretty much in my lap. I couldn't move my legs and had to ask her to put her seat up some.

i loved my experience in this overnight bus. It lets you relax overnight. they gave blanket as well.
However, during my way to Chiang Mai the attendant was very impatient and do not speak english to foreigners, it makes us hard to understand them

Comfortable seats and good trip. Staff was gentle except on the older woman that acted like a military sergeant and looks like she doesn't like people. Being gentle should give to this trip 5.

Although the bus came late (as the bay it was meant to pull in to was still being used) the rest of the journey was fantastic! The seats were comfy, and we got snacks (two packs of biscuits each and a bottle of water) and a dinner token. The wifi on the bus was really good! Although, as expected, the aircon was very cold, so a jumper was definitely needed! The 10 hour journey flew by!

The trip started with some hustle since the bus was about to leave from a different gate. Pretty close to the intended gate though, but at Morchit (Mo Chit) you easily end up stresses out before even leaving.
The luggage compartment was way to small to carry all the bags, backpacks, trolleys and big packages Thai people often take on their trips. So it was for the westerners to take their backpacks with them on the bus. The so called Express service offers smaller seats with less reclining possibility than the VIP service so everything was pretty brimful.
Unfortunately we ended up having the only two seats which neither could recline to even the littlest angle and offered no leg room at all. Kind of like on a cheap flight, but on a 13 hours bus ride.
At 2 am everyone was woken up for a bathroom break and some food. Even more unfortunate was not to know that you need your ticket for the free food. As we realised that the bus already left (probably to be refuelled).
We politely asked if we maybe could switch chairs with two kids in front of us which were so little that their feet didn't even exceed the seat. The guide just laughed at us and the family of four in front of us actually did switch seats. But just in between the family, so now one kid and one parent shared a row ;)
A little sore we arrived Chiang Mai (late, of course). But at least we safely arrived. The driver didn't seem to be hurrying so the ride itself was okay by Asian standards. That being said, service and communication were awful.

The seats are very confortable, the bus was not to cold, and they give us a snak, bottle of water and a blanket. And the best thing I can charge my cellphone on the bus :)

So happy we decided to take the bus instead of the sleeper train. It’s honestly a great deal for the price you pay. Our bus wasn’t full so we had plenty of room to spread out and sleep. The seats are comfy and recline pretty far back. Free blanket, water, snack, and a meal provided. Staff was friendly. Got to Chiang Mai so much earlier than expected, even though the bus was a little late in Bangkok! Would absolutely ride again.

The bus arrived 30minutes too early. You get a bottle of water a snack and a blanket. You can decline the seat so it is possible to sleep kinda comfortably. Would do it again

Отличный автобус. Удобные сиденья. Работали Wi-Fi и розетки. Доехали на пол часа раньше. Даже обед входил в стоимость билета.

Die Sitze sind bequem, die Beinfreiheit leider nicht. Es ist schlimmer als bei Ryanair. Man muss die ganze Zeit breitbeinig sitzen.
