Terrible bus, there is not comfort for such long ride.
If you are taller than 1,60m you don't fit and you will end up doing the entire journey with the legs bended.
The entire ride was more than 8h not 6.
I wouldn't recommend.
No info was given in English so every time we had to guess what was happenin. The staff seemed didn't like foreigners.

seats we’re comfortable. no wifi till we reached vietnam. the border crossing was messy and about 3 hours. giant ibis got thru quicker.

The sleeper needed us to take a bus to a bus, when we got to the actual sleeper bus it had no blankets at all and no means for offering comfort. We arrived at Phnom Penh about an hour and change later than the expected arrival time too.

i really thought this bus is bad.. because of the bad reviews ive read. but to be honest its nice and smooth.. i have no problem with the guy who handles passport. they are nice!

A very good trip, slightly late but had food, drink and toilet breaks, overall a very pleasant and comfortable journey.

the personnel was unfriendly and did not care about passengers’ needs; the temperature was really cold. i’m used to a/c in busses and trains, but here everyone was freezing and they did not adjust the temperature even though several people asked them to.
also we were two hours late and almost missed the check in at our hotel

We bought ticket for "seater" at 8:00 ... there was none (just sleaper). We have to wait for next bus at 9:00

We wanted to go by seater, but moved to sleeper.
They spoke no English.
There was a delay on the start (30 minutes), 3 hours on the final place.

Bus couchette ancienne version, largeur 70cm max et 1m de hauteur... OK pour moi mais difficile pour européen âgé
La dame a l'accueil n'avait pas pris mon passeport, comme vu gros paquet passeports dans le bus j'ai fait en sorte qu'ils aient le mien et du coup accompagnement frontiere complet (un choix à 5$ mais moins de stress, personne parlant anglais)
Prévoir transfert 1er bus normal vers bus définitif au début car bus lit interdit à HoChiMinh en journée
Prevoyer tongs (chaussures interdites dedans)
Pas de wifi, clim OK
Retard prévisible mais au final 2h... long en soirée! Beaucoup trop d'arrêt dont certain non compris
