the Greeter in Gili Air does not ask all fo the questins and points he needs at once : he had to return to me 3 times (after checking in at his desk!) to :
- register me
- then ask for pier /visa fees
- then ask for passport copy
= that creates stress...
IN THE MEAN TIME
- he did not forget to make me pay 200 K for a "private driver"
- he forgets to give the seasick tablets
THEN he sends us under the heavy rain to board in = he could have organized, with the heavy weather and rain we had, to make sure everybody had disembark from the previous boat before sending us under the heavy rain

Blue Water Express provided an efficient check in and baggage handling. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The ferry had comfortable seats and although the crossing was quite rough we didn't feel unsafe. Overall good ferry operator.

Le trajet s'est tres bien passé mais le bateau est parti avec 30 minutes de retard alors qu'ils nous demandent bien d'être la au moins 1 heure en avance, ca fait beaucoup d'attente.

Der Check-in war gut organisiert und das Personal sehr nett.
Leider mussten wir nach kurzer Zeit anhalten, da sich Plastik im Propeller verfangen hatte. Nach einer Stunde Fahrt fiel dann ein Motor komplett aus, sodass wir unser Ziel mit über einer Stunde Verspätung erreichten.

Ci hanno contattato per cancellare la corsa a causa del maltempo, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato vista l’estrema prudenza necessaria in questi casi.
Ci ha chiamato la loro assistenza per riprogrammare il viaggio per il giorno successivo. Traghetto con aria condizionata e bagno a bordo. Abbiamo viaggiato in sicurezza da nusa penida a gili air 2.20h di viaggio. Consigliatissima.
