The seats are small. The seats are smalle then for example EasyJet. The flight was on time, safe and the cabinet crew was nice.

Staff very courteous even though we missed a few requirements. We had not paid for additional baggage weight so we needed to go to another counter to pay for that before check in. And we had forgotten and left some lithium batteries in the luggage that a polite team of security helped us find. Just leave extra time in case of problems. Everyone so polite and helpful though we don’t speak Thai and these were rookie mistakes.

No frills airline with very polite staff. Leg room is a little tight for a 6’ bloke - similar to the legroom on EasyJet/Ryanair. Both airports (DMK and Krabi) were easy to travel through.

I don't know what flight Marten zube was on but not one thing he said was true of ours. Yes you had to turn your phone off during take off and landing other then that you could use your phone. And the flight attendants we had did not yell or wear masks. Yes if you weigh 300 pounds it will be tight for you on any air line. Take a pill Marten.

Very nice at luggage check in. Flight was good, a bit bumpy on the way in to Krabi due to thunderstorm. Flight attendant offered me an extra legroom seat which was very much appreciated. No beer on plane!
