War bisher die beste Busfahrt in Thailand. Das Fahrzeug war wirklich VIP. Die Sitze waren so bequem, sodass wirklich jeder gut schlafen konnte. Es wurden Decken,Essen und Trinken verteilt. Gerne wieder
It was confusing at times, I felt like I didn't know what will happen next with the delay to the bus, changing of bus getting a new ticket, getting a mini bus getting on a ferry, felt like a lost sheep 🐑.
I really can't recommend the "extra service" offered by the lady at the Bus terminal, where the customers get their ferry tickets. Taxis and other transportation is definitely available at the ferry and way cheaper than the 200 Baht per Person she charges. Otherwise pretty good service and helpful staff.

It was a good set up the only thing was the toilet on the bus
I went to Koh Samui, the process was not very well organized, because after the bus we were simply dropped off and offered to pay for the transfer to Koh Samui separately so as not to wait. But that is not all. I was forced to buy a return ticket to Bangkok, without which they simply did not give me a boarding ticket for the ferry to Koh Samui. I had to make a decision about when I need to return within one minute, as the bus to the ferry was already waiting for me to board. In general, the greed of organizers knows no bounds.
Many stops
We have to wait more than 1 h before to take another bus to finish the travel UP to the ferry. Some other company are doing a complete travel Bangkok koh Samui with the same bus witch is more useful ;
Well organized and professional everything fine. Nice staff except when arriving in surat thani in the early morning where a woman sella everybody expensive taxi tickets for your transfer on samui which you dont need as there are enough taxis at the pier…
I got to my desired destination but the process was chaotic, long, and uncomfortable. Again, I got to where I wanted to go at the time I was told, but I think there are much better options for traveling in Thailand
