dalla crociera per tam coc . Abbiamo contattato noi il giorno prima l operatore per essere certi che venisse a prenderci perché nessuno ci aveva dato conferma, fortunatamente ci ha risposto ( nota positiva visto che non sempre le aziende di questo tipo lo fanno). Si è presentato tre quarti d ora in ritardo e per questo abbiamo temuto che non arrivasse poiché l orario della partenza ufficiale era già passata ( come già successo con altri trasportatori). Un auto discreta ci ha prelevati dalla lounge della crociera al punto di partenza pulmino. Era molto malandato. Vecchio, distrutto, abbastanza maleodorante, ammortizzatori inesistenti, condizioni igieniche molto discutibili. Allego foto. L autista ha guidato come un pazzo ( siamo di napoli e dunque abbastanza avvezzi ad una guida spericolata e fantasiosa, ma questo era totalmente incosciente ) . Alle 13,30 ( 30 min dopo la partenza) ha deciso che doveva fare uno stop per il pranzo. Fermatosi in un postaccio si è seduto al tavolo, ha mangiato e fumato e solo poi è ripartito. 2 note positive: siamo arrivati in breve tempo da thuan chuan a tam coc e ci ha portati fino in albergo ( che era in posizione leggermente distante dal paesino). In allegato le foto dell interno pulmino con sedili rotti, luci attaccate con lo scotch, e generale decadenza. Non consigliato
Purtroppo non riesco ad allegare le foto che sarebbero state di grande effetto.

Mi è stato chiesto un adeguamento del prezzo per il carburante di 80.000 dong a persona, partito in anticipo sull'orario previsto.
Il conducente del pulmino Guidava in modo spericolato, durante il tragitto ha fatto una fermata solo su richiesta per la toilette; altrimenti sarebbe andato spedito a destinazione.

The vehicle was not premium. It was an old mini van.thebworst of all was the horrendous smell. We had sit during the whole trip with our noses cover as the stench was unbelievable. The driving sad fast, that's true, but the driver was extremely reckless. Do not recommend.

The bus had a 1,5hour delay, my AC was broken so it did not close & it was incredibly cold. I asked for another blanket (which was btw the smallest blanket I ever gotten on any sleeperbus so far) but they did not give me one, even tho there were some more. Impossible to sleep with the cold, the way he was driving so much for a “VIP” bus

The minibus is not as pictured. The driver, Mr Speedy González, thinks he is in a car chase. Brace yourself. A few locals were picked up on the way, even with no spare seats. Highly entertaining though…

This was the worst transportation experience we had in Vietnam.
The main issue was the seating. We specifically booked tickets that advertised spacious and comfortable seats, but instead we were placed in very cramped seats in the very front next to the driver. The space was extremely limited and far from what was promised when we purchased the tickets.
The van also arrived almost one hour late.
After we had already paid for the tickets, we were asked to pay an additional 130,000 VND on the spot due to a supposed increase in fuel prices.
During the journey, the bus kept stopping in small villages to pick up and drop off packages, which were then placed among the passengers, making the trip even more uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, it was impossible to contact the company. They did not answer the phone and ignored our messages regarding this situation.
Overall, the service did not match what was advertised or what we paid for, and the entire experience was very disappointing.

The seat were not like in the picture and it was very squishy in the van.
We were meant to be on the 11 am bus so we were all ready for pick up and I get a text from them saying they can’t come get us for another hour.
I was sitting in the very back and was holding my bag so it didn’t fall when he opened the door to put more bags. He told me it was okay and I didn’t need to hold on to it. And then a second later it falls right onto the spot where my camera was stored.
The driver was also passing people in the oncoming lane like a maniac.

We were charged an extra 160,000 VND, and told we would not be picked up if we didn’t pay. The journey was overbooked and people were crammed in sharing seats. The bus arrived an hour later than scheduled.

This is really, really bad service. First, the pick-up service and the main bus were late. Then, in the middle of the night, we suddenly had to change buses, with no explanation. After that, there was no room for us on the new bus! They go around and tjeks every bed, when they realize it, to men gets kicked out of bed and we were given their used beds. This is the worst experience we’ve had totally unprofessional. Would really not recommend

A driver who was smoking as he picked us up and put our luggage away picked us up in a car then stopped 5 minutes later on the side of a busy road and told us to wait for our shuttle. There was no mention of having to take 2 cars ahead of time. When we got in the car, the seats were ripped leather with holes in them. They were supposed to have power and massage function but they were all broken. The driver kept stopping to let random people in that waved him down, to the point that someone was sitting on a plastic stool because all the seats were taken. We stopped for a break with no communication about the break, the car just stopped. The driver then smoked and got in the car, smelling like cigarette. He drove extremely recklessly, extremely. At the end, he made us get out almost a mile before our hotel because of traffic that he didn’t want to sit in.

The driver was collecting people that definitely hadn’t paid for a ticket and these people weren’t very considerate of the other people on the bus putting their feet and legs on other people and their chairs. Arrived late due to the added drop off and pick ups. The driver also kept stopping to smoke.

Trip was fine. Great communication and picked up on time from our ha long bay cruise to the door of our accommodation in Ninh Binh. Good value for money overall, but my wife had to sit in the middle seat with the driver so no VIP seat for her, but we did book last minute the day before so it was a full house.
