Secara keseluruhan perjalanan yang sangat bagus. Saya tidak pernah mengalami semua perilaku intimidasi terhadap orang Barat yang dijelaskan dalam beberapa ulasan. Staf yang sangat baik tetapi tidak dapat berbicara bahasa Inggris, jadi ini lebih merupakan komunikasi berbasis isyarat :) Vientiane-Hanoi: Tiba di perbatasan sekitar pukul 2.30 pagi, beristirahat sampai perbatasan dibuka, membayar 10rb Kip tip kepada staf Laos dan 50rb Kip ke staf Vietnam di imigrasi. Semuanya bekerja dengan baik dengan memiliki eVisa sebelumnya. Visa on arrival tidak tersedia. Seorang pria memiliki pos pemeriksaan penyeberangan perbatasan yang salah untuk memasuki Vietnam di eVisa-nya, jadi dia membayar sekitar 2 juta Dong kepada staf Vietnam untuk masuk. Tidak perlu Dong di perbatasan, saya bisa membayar semuanya di Kip. Bus nyaman dan kami tiba hanya dengan penundaan 1-2 jam. Sulit untuk mengatakan apakah saya akan melakukannya lagi karena pada akhirnya ini adalah perjalanan yang sangat panjang, tetapi saya berasumsi itulah yang Anda bayar. Kerja bagus!

The ride was fine. But we booked online a bus to Hanoi that leaves at 3 pm. When we came at the busstation, the bus driver said that it leaves at 6pm. So we had to wait for 3 hours before it leaves. I checked our booking confirmation and it definitely says we booked a bus from 3 pm. You should change that, because waiting 3 hours before going on a 23 hours busdrive is not nice.

Bus didn't start at 17:00. It started at 18:00. Nobody told us what to do or when a break is. The staff wasn't able to talk English. No clear instructions from the booking confirmation.

They consolidate all the times into one bus, so my 1700 bus was same as the folks who booked the 1740, it left closer to 1800. Roads were a mess(expected), and immigration was a mess (expected). Arrived to Hanoi at 2000 not 1530 (also expected). Set your expectations low and you cannot be disappointed is a good rule of thumb. Overall the bud was not comfortable but I didn’t quite want to commit suicide, I mean it’s a 27h bus what do you really expect

There was no hot food available in the airport and the snacks were very expensive. $6 for a bag of potato chips!!
