Everything went perfect. Comfortable ride, food and water and snacks provided. Staff speaks decently to good English. Lots of help getting through the border (even if you didn't purchase the 7USD VIP Package for the Visa). I was amazed and can only recommend.

In general, it could be an okay-trip, however, they overbook the bus so we had to sit on an extremely uncomfortable bench the whole time because all normal seats were aleeady taken. Also, don‘t believe the arrival time, it arrives like 2 hours later because of Bangkok traffic.

We travelled to Battambang. It was a very nice and comfortable bus. But they asked to be at the pickup place at least 60min before departure. So we did, and there was no one from the company for 40 min. Pick up place is just a point on the street. There os no toilet if you need it. So we came at 7:30 and bus started at 9:10.
On the border they do everything in a hurry, but explain everything very clear, but if you crossed the border many times it can be uncomfortable to do it as a group. But it saves time for all.
Especially for Battambang, there is no information about the fact that the bus going to Siem Reap, and they drop you off at Sisophon (half way from the border to SR). Then we were picked up by the private car with one more passenger. The car was loaded with a load of instant noodles, so they mounted our luggage on the top with a scotch tape. You should be ready for this when you travel in Asia :)
So, anyway trip was comfortable, bus was perfect, staff was nice and helpful and we arrived almost on time, though I even didn’t expect it. I recommend

Bus personnel was on-time and was able to explain everything prior to start of trip. They provided snack, water and blanket (which smells liked already used by previous passengers). Bus personnel however left with the other passengers going to the Poipet border while we wait for the remaining passengers who didn’t know where to go next

Comfortable journey for a great price! The staff were amazingly helpful in getting us across the border to ensure it went as smoothly as possible.
They also provided a free tuk tuk service to our hostel! (We also ended up being toured round the city by our tuk tuk drivers (Santa and Chen) for two days which made our time in Siem Reap amazing)!

The journey was all good, all the staff were very helpful and clear in their instructions. Just read the small print and you can see that you transfer to a smaller un-airconditioned coach but was a very smooth journey.

The bus experience was decent. AC was great and we were given a bottle of water and some delicious cookies to snack on. Since we left in the morning 9AM, we did stop for lunch and bathroom break (this bus did have a bathroom onboard also, double-check this when you book). I would still recommend that you bring your own water, snacks and any entertainment as needed.
One thing that caught me off guard was the lack-off room for a carry-on. I usually like to have my laptop and goodies with me at all times. My backpack gets pretty stuffed. On airplanes the over head containers fit my backpack just fine, but on this bus and others I suspect, the luggage space, although wide, is about 6-8 inches tall, anything bulky will not fit. Additionally, on this particular bus, there was no room under the seats as well. I would recommend that you have a day-bag or fold-up backpack at-the-ready to put some of your essentials in, as likely you will have to leave your oversized backpacks below in general storage.
The boarder crossing was easy, Travel Mart staff do really help with guidance here, in my head I was very anxious for nothing, we got our e-visas for Cambodia online days before, but honestly those around us on the bus who did not have visas, seemed to spend the same amount of time in queues/lines. Basically you stop at the boarder, walk to Thai immigration, exit Thailand, walk to Cambodia immigration (get a visa if you do not have one already), and continue to then get your entry card/stamp, you then board the bus again to continue on. In our case, we had to get on a separate bus (some business about the first bus not having a license to cross the boarder), our luggage was moved to the second bus and we continued on.
All-in-all, 12go and Travel Mart make the process straight forward.

The bus was overbooked so had to sit with three others on a sofa-like ”seat” that was facing the opposite direction, directly in front of the seats of other passengers, which was rather uncomfortable because of too little space for legs. The arrival was also badly late, but this was during Songkran / Khmer new year so nothing you can do about it. Otherwise the crew were nice, border crossing was really easy when paying them the extra few dollars to apply a visa for you.

Had to wait until 1.20 to be greeted which caused a little stress, but once we were on the bus it was an easy ride. They explained the visa process easily. We had evisa which meant we could do the visa process ourselves. Once you get to the boarder you get off the bus, through the Thai boarder with your departure card, then proceed to the Cambodian boarder to fill out arrival card and hand over your visa. All really easy and straight forward. The visa guys were fab.
HOWEVER don't accept the free Tuk Tuk. Unfortunately we didn't know where our hotel was so took up the offer to then be negotiated with for about 15 minutes before he set off. They want to book other tours with you which is understandable as its their livlihood, however not after an over night bus.
All in all a great trip

We were pleasantly surprised at how easy this journey was. They picked us up outside McDs on Khao San road walked us around the corner and we got on the bus. It wasn’t too busy and the seats reclined so we were comfortable. There was WiFi which worked pretty well and the staff were so helpful and friendly. They tried to make the journey more entertaining and they guided us across the border in Cambodia. The journey was much better than we thought it would be. Highly recommend this route.

Good bus. Friendly untill you get to the border. Wanted to get the visa myself and they got really rude and made it seem like it wasnt possible so they could charge you $10 to have it done for you. Ended up doing it myself and was extremely easy and was back before everyone else. I really didn’t like how they didn’t inform everyone that you can get the visa yourself for a lot cheaper and got really rude and hostile when I made the suggestion of doing it myself. So great and comfy bus, staff very rude at the border.

Probably one of the best cross country south east asia buses I've every experienced! They used McDonald's as the check in point for an easy to find spot, and then they walked us over to where the buses were since they couldn't fit in the street. Got on the bus, and after a while actually had an introduction of the services and timeline on the bus. Which was very comforting considering the reading I heard on crossing Thailand to Cambodia! Even had a 2nd person walk us through the Thailand-Cambodia border. And then pretty much on time we arrived in Siem Reap. Also, a welcome water, and snack and pretty decent wifi was great!

In a nutshell - amazing service.
Departure was on time. Washroom was clean. Seats were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and handled the visa formalities on behalf those who were eligible for visa on arrival.
What made me exceptionally pleased with them is that they even had prepared a free ride back to Bangkok in case I was not allowed entry into Cambodia.
Upon arrival to Cambodia, the staff also gave us a few heads up regarding hiring tuk-tuks to our hotels.

We had no issues at all with any part of our trip from Bangkok to Siam Reap. The border crossing was seamless and we decided that we would pay a little extra for the bus company to sort our visas out for us and it was a great choice. It was quick and easy. Would recommend this to anyone.

The pick up point was not clearly stated, as there were 2 locations with the same name on the same road. We waited at the wrong location for a half hour before locating someone who knew of the 2nd location. A young man came by & picked me up (my husband had to walk) and drove to the bus. The young man subsequently took my e-visa with my receipt paperwork leaving me without a copy for my return journey. Other than the ‘bumpy’ start everything else went smoothly. There was a good amount of waiting so our arrival was delayed a couple hours beyond what had been stated which was noted in the paperwork.

Bus confortable qui a roulé de manière prudente tout le long du trajet. Par contre wifi qui n’a marché qu’en Thaïlande et pas au Cambodge. Aussi , attention à l’arnaque du monsieur du bus qui vous demande 40$ pour « accélèrer » les démarches du visa à l’arrivée en prétextant que ça prend trop de temps sinon... Nous avons payés 33$ et avons mis autant de temps si ce n’es un peu moins de temps que les autres :)

We overall liked the trip but:
1- arrival time was over 1,5 hours later than expected
2- the border crossing could be more efficient. We were waiting more than 1,5 hour
3- my wife's chair mechanism was not working. The staff reacted not very helpfull.

The bus trip went well. WiFi and they gave us a snack and water. My only complaint, when we got off the bus one of the guys said they would take us to our hotels for free. Mine was close, only a 7 min walk so I decided take him up on the offer. The tuk tuk driver DID NOT make it free and asked me to pay him for gas after I told him I wasn’t interested in the trip he was selling. I guess this is just a common thing in SE Asia. He was so nasty though that it threw me off a bit. Bad first impression of the country.
