Pick up was on time. Driver called beforehand to confirm pick up point and time which was good. Arrival time stated was a bit off as we got in an hour later than anticipated, so do be flexible when booking.

They didn't take temperature of people getting on board or when we were getting off the ferry. They didn't give us bag tags to differentiate between ppl going to Koh Phangan, Koh Samui and others so the bags were just placed all over. Got to Koh Samui and I feared that I was going to miss my stop.
I asked for help and they just shrugged at me when I said I gave them a bag and I know it's there but I need help to route through all the bag. Telling me that there's no bag. I ended up finding my bag and I couldn't wait to get off the ferry.
First and last time I'm getting on a Songserm ferry!! The pier to the front office is far so if u have a heavy bag you're going to struggle and there's no trolley to use to push your bags.

Overall good! First trip I made I paid extra for the preferential service don’t bother it makes no difference. This trip was great and they drop you off at your hotel. Although everyone else in the mini bus too so not great if your last lol
Wish there was more communication between each location / transfer as you just sit and wait especially when changing from the coach to mini bus. It’s a bit of guess work but overall it cheap and gets you where you need to be!

Everything went really easy and smooth! Bus was really good! Only on star down for about an 1,5h delay but that is really reasonable and the stop at the beginning at which all could by for outrages prices water and food.

Паром опаздывать на 40 мин. грузчики не хотели класть мой чемодан Наверх. Когда я их попросила поменять. Они его достали и начали дружно орать чтоб я шла с ним на верхнюю палубу на жару ещё и таща чемодан по шаткой лестнице.. в общем я никуда не пошла. Села в общий салон с кондиционером. Что за грузчики хозяева жизни мне не понятно.
По сервису 12 go нареканий нет.

Bus ok, i can't really complain for the money and the waiting at the ferry was understandable. My main problem was the food stop, very overpriced and very rude. Basically just taking advantage of the tourist and showing them bo respect. My advice would be to take the bus as a cheap option make sure you take your own food unless you like being ripped off and treated like dirt!

Our boat was delayed for half an hour, though, but it didn't spoil the experience - 1.5 hour chill under the sun. Very smooth transfer from the boat to a bus, which dropped us in the city center. Very convenient.

Easy to fine all the transport and loads of worker so help, did not take the time they said tho was an extra 2 hours nearly, (they did stop and repair the coach but had to wait for the taxi for over half hour)

Forgot one bag in the bus and i got it really fast and uncomplicated back.. perfect!
The trip was well organiced, we didnt need to think to much.. they brought us to the right place. Always a bit faster than we calculated and for sure easyer and ceaper than do it on our own.

The travel with 3 different transport modes was quite smooth, especially the transfer from Krabi to Ao Nang hotel. The ferry was good also, but there could be sold water as well, because almost 3 hours travel time under the hot sun is loooong. The big bus was also OK, but the waiting time over an hour was too long. Thank you!

Даже и не знаю, 3 звезды ставить или 2... купили мы трансфер на Самуи. 4 билета на 9 число на 20.30. Спокойно 9 утром сели в самолет, прилетели, неспеша купили симку, сели в метро и тут попали в почту. Оказывается, нам перенесли время отправления с 20.30 на 18.00... и явиться нужно в 17.30 для чек-ина. Время 17.10, мы в метро, от метро еще ехать ???? мы бегом, поймали такси, благо такстит был как надо. Приехали в 17.45, нас отвели к автобусу где мы еще 40 минут тусили. Как вы понимаете, поесть не успели, ничего с собой не купили. В автобусе не предлагают ничего, кроме пледа. До этого ездили другими компаниями, вода и булочка всегда были. Ночью остановили автобус видимо у своих, где так себе еда и очень дорого. Приехали в Сураттани на пирс в 7 утра, а на паром попали в 10. Паром еще старше автобуса ???????? холодно внутри, снаружи пекло. Все в лучших традициях. Багаж просто свалили в кучу и накрыли тентом. Можно было и с собой взять. В итоге на Самуи мы попали около 12...
До этого мы брали билеты на major ticket и путь был с 20.30 до 8.00 уже в натоне. В этом году продажи билетов на том сайте нет. Жаль. Но плохой опыт тоже опыт.

Unnecessary waiting for main bus at the departure bus station in Krabi Town for 2 hours after pickup. Toilet at bus station is payable, but of very low quality. Main bus from Krabi to Ferry pier stinked from the toilet inside.
But after departure from bus station the journey was fast.

Compared to the reviews for this company in general we were frankly very satisfied. The biggest downside was the lack of clear communication. It would be very helpful to know beforehand where you're supposed to change and how. In our case we had to change buses 3 or 4 times during the night and morning.

It was pretty cramped and watch out for the guy in the entrance trying to flog you some weird rip off "open ticket"...he says he's there to check you in for the boat but the check in is actually 300m more away.

Ferry at Koh Samui was 45 minutes too late, after ferry arrival in Surat Thani forced stop to make money by selling their food/beverages. Stop in Krabi and there switching from big bus to different minivans. That was a bit chaotic because first no one knew the reason and the following steps. Could have been more attractive. Next time we invest some more money and use Lomprayah - faster, in time, more comfortable (seats in the ferry, toilets) and all in alle simple more professional.

The boat arrived on time and it was Ok but then I was sent yo AoNang by bus bus mistake and had a discussion with The driver: I had to pay him 70bht to drive me to The Town Center even though I firstly asked him if he would take me there and he said yes. Very angry with this situation

the ferry left koh phangan at 07:00 on time , from their a bus pick us up from the pier around 09:30 and we arrive to krabi town only at 13 (it says 12.30) and waited 25 min more to another mini van , we got into the van (alot of people ) after waiting few min they told us to switch van . they spoke very unclear english and where very aggressive and rude. we arrive to our hotel around 2.30

Pick up at the hotel was on time; the ride until the pier went well; the organization at the pier was better than I expected. The boat has air conditioning, the seats and the bathrooms were clean. The luggage was well handed by the crew. We got the standard tickets and left satisfied.

Wasn't the smoothest of transport as the bus kept breaking down and a few of us had to get out and bump start it a few times! But overall not bad, made the journey a lot more interesting! People come together is dire times haha
