We arrived at Hat Yai airport at 8:30AM. We went to the checkpoint by 8:45AM and waited in the area. Several times we walked around trying to find information on our pickup and nothing more could be found. By 9:25 (our van was supposed to leave at 9:30AM) we called the number on the PDF and someone answered. Eventually he called back and said a driver would be there shortly, after which a taxi driver came over to find us. We almost missed our ferry and the ferry operator was calling us repeatedly asking where we were. Thankfully on arrival she met us at the taxi and hurred us directly to the boat, which we thankfully were able to get on just in time.

The whole trip was pretty smooth. We left on time but waited a little bit on the floating dock for the boat. Getting through immigration points was very smooth and our ride to the airport was waiting for us when we were ready. All in all pretty good.

En general muy buen servicio, puntual y rápido. Salimos a las 14:00 y llegamos a las 18:00 a Chiang Mai. Lo único que podría mejor es el uso durante todo el trayecto del aire acondicionado a su mayor potencia, debido a que el calor se vuelve muy pesado de vez en cuando.

Ticket service from 12go asia was excellent so no problem with them. We arrived 1.5 hours before departure (two hours was advised) the check in didn't even open until 45 mins from departure so everyone was waiting around, the ferry itself let's say had seen better days, couldn't see out the windows, watertight doors didn't close properly and it rolled worryingly from side to side, no refreshments and a basic toilet. I would not go on this ferry again, I would opt for a speed boat on another route.

Being from UK this bus / boat service is very different to our own system. That said, apart from a 15 minute delay in pick up, it was a smooth and efficient journey.

Everything was perfect, the driver was waiting for us at the station with a sign, and drove really well. The van was spacious and comfy. The only thing that I regretted was that the seat belts were only belly seat belts and not regular shoulder ones, therefore not very safe in case of an accident.

Slow slow slow... booked for 8:30 and departed after 9:00 from Hat Yay airport. Then one hour wait at Pakbara pier and even there delay... then 3 stops on the way with the speedboat to see the islands. Ok, places AMAZING, but after 7 hours travelling (if you don’t come straight from west) I really would like to go to the place I booked. There are other companies that go straight to Koh Lipe, might be better.

Most importantly, we left on time, the ride was as comfortable as it could be and we arrived on time. A bit chaotic at times when boarding, with an added ticket from the police for the driver not wearing his seatbelt!

Gut organisiert. Wurde am Hafen empfangen. Klare Infos wann wie und was. Gutes Boot. Im vorfeld auch noch Erinnerungsmail und whats up. Super. Nur beim Ankunft musste wir auf dem Bus warten. Wieso? Keine Infos. Etwas „ein Durch ein Ander“. Nachdem es dann endlich los ging musste am andere Ort noch Leute abgeholt werden. Aus info im internet ist auch sehr unklar wie lange der Transport genau dauert: Wie lange der Bootsfahrt? Wie lange der Busfahrt? Wieviel Pause/wartezeit? Kann ich zwischendurch noch etwas essen oder kaufen?

We received no information about the trip, no one was waiting for us where we were supposed to meet. eventually tourist assistance helped and located the van driver. then I followed the instructions, checked in at the right gate and showed our tickets. we got on the boat and after 6 minutes was bombarded with calls and emails about how the boat was waiting for us. If they want us to use a specific boat or van, they should really be more specific and give detailed instructions.

I could not find anyone from the company and walked all around the Hat Yai airport asking questions- I had the voucher in hand but it’s details were limiting. The hotline was inoperable/busy. It was bad. I took a taxi to Pakbara pier so deserve a refund GR what I paid for van service. At the pier, I found the boat counter ok and navigated that ok.
