The seas were to rough! People in the back were throwing up I would would not recommend riding again especially when boat only has seats that are along the side and luggage in the center only 2 motors and not 3 like going there

Well the only part I didn't like and was not aware when I was buying a tickets is that while on speed boat we stopped twice on some islands on a way with not really any reason since there was nothing and it took us to gather and be moving next 1 hour extra. I would not mind this sight seeing, but after 3 hours on a bus I was just thinking about getting into Koh Lipe as soon as possible...

Well organised and nice ferry. We arrived 1.5h before departure to get the immigration paper work done which takes a bit of time. Ferry ride was comfortable and went quick!

We went from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Mook, we had to change boats in Koh Lanta, overall the boat was about 30 Minutes late. The boat from Koh Lanta to Koh Mook/Lipe was very crowded, some people didn‘t get a seat, which is not acceptable for this price.

The boat was about 45 minutes late arriving at the pick up location and 50 mins late arriving to my final destination. Like others, I do wish they tell you when you book that they stop at other islands, andwhat the route looks like, just to help plan coordinating pick-ups at the destination. I had no way to contact my driver meeting me at the destination to say I was running almost an hour behind schedule, but thankfully he was still waiting for me when I eventually got here. The guys on the boat were helpful with bags and had everything else down to a science. And I do understand that Thai time is a real thing! :) Schedules are just more relaxed here than what i’m used to in the states. But some extra communication between the boat drivers and the people working at the pick up points would be really helpful so we at least knew what was going on. Otherwise it was very easy.

Lieu de l'embarquement facile à trouver. Serrés comme des sardines dans le bateau. Vagues+vitesse élevée lors du trajet = bateau qui tape énormément sur l'eau, on se serait cru dans un parc d'attractions (personnes fragiles ou sensibles, s'abstenir). Minibus correct (agence de départ en retrait du port, nous avons dû demander plusieurs fois pour la trouver). 30 min de retard à l'arrivée à l'aéroport .

Un peu difficile de trouver l'embarcadère, qui en fait est bien à Saladan mais n'est pas l'embarcadère principal. On doit attendre dans un petit bar qu'on vienne nous y chercher en pick-up pour aller à l'embarcadère concerné, plus petit et décentré. Apparemment certains voyageurs sont informés puisqu'ils y arrivent directement ? Mais ensuite ça se passe plutôt bien, un peu de retard mais rien de grave. La mer était plutôt moutonneuse et le speed boat tapait un peu, mais l'équipage a fait le job. Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez les tympans délicats, 3 hors bord de 250 cv chacun ça ronfle fort, surtout si on est à l'arrière...

L'accoglienza in aeroporto è stata ottima,Il transfert dall'aereoporto al porto non è stato dei migliori, l'autista del van guidava dando dei brevi colpi di acceleratore e poi lasciava di colpo per tutto il viaggio, andare a scatti non è il massimo per chi patisce il mal di auto... non ne capivo il motivo ma se continua così il van, che era nuovo , avrà presto dei problemi.....dal porto a Koh Lipe il viaggio è andato bene con il motoscafo veloce in un paio di ore siamo arrivati

Pretty standard. Too overcrowded for life jackets. Fast & not particularly safe. But we made it to shore. Minivan was fine although it was overbooked as many customers brought large luggage.

We were traveling with two, small children with morning speed boat. During check-in we received information that the boat is overbooked so we need to wait for anorther, afternoon connection. After long discussion we've been told that we will go but no one gave us any guarantees. Around 8 people were left in the pier. After passport control we still haven't got boarding passes. We needed to stay for 30 minutes on the beach, in sun, waiting for final decision. Luckily we made it. Boat was delayed around 40 minutes and than debording took another half an hour. Telaga Harbour, with its narrow, glass tunel is not the best to wait for passport control. But we made it :)

年末とあって桟橋は、いろいろな船の離発着に大混乱でした。本当に乗れるのか心配に、、、。年末年始は事前予約は必須です。満席でした。スピードボートは、短時間で到着するのがメリット大です。揺れは多少ありますが、アトラクションと思えばそれも楽しいです。

The driver never stopped at Trang airport. When we stopped at the gas station he seemed to say that the next stop was not the airport but according to the driver he was asking if anyone was going to the airport. As I thought he just said the next stop is not the airport I let it goes. When we stopped at the train station and I inquired about it all I got was "you looked at me when I asked." I had to take a taxi from the Trang Railway to Trang Airport when the driver should have had some type of list to know where to do. I was not happy as I paid to get to the airport not the train station where I ended up paying again to get to the airport.

Speedboat was on time and operates with GPS and plenty of life vests on board.
In exchange for the voucher you receive a colored sticker with the destination for your shirt and the luggage. Travel time Koh Mook to Koh Ngai is 30mins.
Upon arrival you have to board off in the water, so take off your shoes :)

I wish I could give it 5 stars, however, we had booked transfer from a nearby hotel (as ours was not an option) and given the pickup time of 11:00 based on our district. The earliest pickup time for the districts further away was 10:30 so we just decided to be safe and arrive at 10:10 to the hotel. It wasn’t until 11:10 that I called the hotline number that we were informed that they will send a driver. I am assuming the first driver must have arrived much earlier than pickup time and left or was running very late. Nonetheless we were promptly sent a new driver who was fantastic. We entered into a scene of fast and furious (safely of course) so that he could insure we made it to our boat in time! A bit disappointing on the organization of the original pick up process, BUT the awesome costumer service from both the dispatch and definitely the incredible driver made up for the overall experience!
