Confusion reigns. Had to go to one counter to pay for ticketing. Another to put your name down only to be told to go to the office to get our tickets. Lucky we allowed an hour as there was a big queue. Seated extra people on a plastic seat. Could not go outside. Felt like a sardine in a can.

The ferry was 45min late.
Only one bathroom, many people were sick on the trip and could not go to the bathroom.

The boat was on time, and not overcrowded. The voice of the television was very high, but I asked the crew and they turned it down so that we could sleep, which I really appreciated. The negative things were a small cockroach which I saw on the boat, and the fact that there was no outside area to sit.

Hubo problemas con el barco por lo que tuvieron que cambiarnos a otro agendado a la 1pm. Se tenían que hacer muchos trámites de inscripción para poder irse en el nuevo barco, además no salió a la 1 según dijeron sino hasta las 3:30 pm aproximadamente. Además el aire acondicionado casi no funcionaba lo que complicó un viaje así de lleno

First half of the journey was the air conditioning at max and it was freezing cold inside. Then it got better. Thanks to reviews from other people we were prepared and had warm clothes wit us, so it was not a big deal for us. Other than that the journey was all right. It took approx 5 hours

El barco bien pero nos tuvieron esperando casi 1h antes de entrar al barco y salio como una hora tarde ademas de que el aire acondicionado estaba estropeado y lo medio solucionaron con un ventilador que no enfriaba pero bueno algo hacia, aun asi hacia bastante calor en el barco.

vorderes Abteil viel zu kalt und stinkt nach Benzin. in der Mitte ist es viel angenehmer, haben den Sitzplatz gewechselt.
"Ticket ausdrucken" sollte präzisiert werden: Mit dem Online Ticket zum Ticketschalter gehen und eintauschen gegen richtige Tickets bevor man zum Ferry Port geht.
Die Fahrt selbst war reibungslos. Pünktlich abgefahren, Klo war sauber, zwei neue Kinofilme liefen wenn auch mit katastropalem Sound, Geschaukel abhängig vom Seegang, Sitze soweit bequem, wir konnten gut schlafen.

Le voyage s’est bien déroulé, ne pas oublié de prévoir à manger et à boire puisqu’il n’y a rien à bord. La climatisation est vraiment puissante à bord donc garder à portée de main un pull, et petit conseil ne pas se mettre à l’avant du bateau, il fait vraiment trop froid.

It was okay and nothing more. The boat smelt of diesel in the cabin which wasn't great. Air con temperature was fine.
It would be great if it was made explicitly clear that food and water are not available to purchase on the boat as I couldn't find this information anywhere prior to the ride.

El Ferry salió muy puntual, servicio perfecto, lo único que hace mucho frío a bordo por que les gusta estar a bajo 0 con el aire acondicionado, recomiendo pantalón largo y sudadera si no quieres acabar congelado.

I think its much better if before the ride the crew will give out plastics, tissue paper, menthol candies and eucalyptus oil especially if the weather or the water current is not that calm. A lot of passengers, including my travel buddy threw up.

Ferry ride is 1.5 hours longer than described. We arrived at 11:30am although our ticket said arrival at 10am.
Expensive. My ticket for a ferry ride from Coron to Puerto Princesa (12 hours) was cheaper than my ticket for El Nido to Coron.
Snacks and water were not available until the last half hour of the trip.

One star for leaving on time. Terminal tax should be included in ticket so ques can be avoided. One star for a comfy seat. Third star for arriving safely. Ferry was overbooked with people sitting in the hallway. Travel time is not 3 hours as advertised but 5 or more. Snacks and water are available.

Very old and dirty seats. From the window you could hardly see outside very dirty. No security advise on how to embark and how to use the life west. No speech by the captain, no information about the duration and delay.

Pickup tickets at Montenegro office before heading to Port, you can Google the location before heading out to save 5 minutes. You also need to pay 20PHP terminal fee.

Arrived at ferry terminal in allotted time.loaded onto a boat with broken air con. I've never been so hot in my life. Boat left late, very poor selection of food and drinks to buy. Ran out of cold drinks very early on. Not acceptable

1st queue to register (show tickets), 2nd to pay port fee (20 PHP), 3rd in front of the port gate, 4th for drugs inspection. Departure delayed (30 minutes). AC did not work but it was not problem.

Die Drängelei der Gäste und mehrfaches Schlangestehen für Ticketausgabe sowie Gebühr fürs Ferry Terminal waren echt nervenaufreibend. Wieso integriert man diese läppischen 30 Cent nicht ins Ticket? Und ich habe bereits ein Ticket, wieso muss man an Ort und Stelle nochmal Pappier, Zeit und Nerven verschwenden? Viel zu wenig Platz im Hof, zu viele Menschen die auf einmal zum Desk stürmen.
Die Räumlichkeiten der Fähre waren auch bescheiden. Alt und muffig. Aber immerhin sind wir tatsächlich in Coron angekommen! Zum Glück vorher Online gebucht, viele müssen Tagelang auf ein Ticket warten.
