Wir fuhren von Da Lat nach Mien Dong- HCMC.
Der Bus war sauber und hatte eine Flasche Wasser und ein Feuchtes Tuch auf jedem Platz. Der Fahrer fuhr gut.
Jedoch wird au dem Ticket nicht erwähnt dass der Schlafbus nur VOR HCMC fährt und man dann in ein anderen „Linien-Bus“ wechseln muss, um zur Endhaltestelle zu kommen. Der Linienbus wartete 3 Reisebusse ab (30 Minuten), bis er dann endlich abfuhr. Die Fahrt dauerte dann nochmals 40 Minuten.

I had a no frills transportation from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh through this Bus operator. They even helped me to get visa on arrival which requires some extra documentations for Indian passport holders. I recommend Indian passport holders to obtain Combodia e-visa online, at least a week before the travel to avoid such issues. Bus ride was comfortable, sleeper seats were good enough even though a little less spacious than that of another bus we took within Vietnam. Also this route is 3 times costlier than the same distance travelled within Vietnam. But that's the same for all bus companies running in this route. Bus arrived a few hours later than expected time even though it's still ok for the distance covered. Confortable sleeper bus, although not designed for the size of westerners. I'm 5' 10" and could just fit, however the footwell is very tight - your feet will have to sit at right angles!
Pick-up point at Mien Dong was easy - e-ticket tells you which of the 50 ticket windows to go to, they then give you a paper ticket with the bus's vehicle registration to aid finding it. Drop-off point is NOT in Phan Thiet - it stops short at Phu Thuy, then you can take a taxi.

Die Busfahrt war sehr gut...allerdings ging es ziemlich holprig los...um 9 war gebucht halb waren wir da, der Shuttle zum Bus allerdings schon weg...ok, wir haben uns ein Taxi zum Busparkplatz genommen...das Problem war die Kommunikation im Office die Angestellte sprach kein wort Englisch

We arrived an hour before which was excellent! It was nice to be in a minivan - especially when we got to the border cause we did’nt had to wait for the entire bus at the border to pass - but just s small group since we travelled in a minivan! So I all went quite Quick and smoothly. Allthough, they were really bad at giving out information. Especially when we had to hand over our passport to them for a while which was quite uncomfortable. But later we understood that they did it to make the process faster :-)

This is a really lovely bus.. Unfortunately there is no toilet and the driver was very dangerous. He was cutting cars off and two nearly crashed into a concrete barrier. I felt significantly more unsafe than ever on this bus. The first toilet stop was 2.5 to 3 hours into the trip so be warned. The lady working at Mui Ne Kumho was also extremely rude to my friend when she was checking us in.

The bus was so comfortable and nice! I had a good sleep on the bus. Our bus got delayed and I think every bus is not on time due to traffic so if your schedule would be tight, you should take a previous bus than the actual one you take.

I do n’t know why the bus came and the staff didn’t let us on. She said let us wait for the next bus.
Finally we took the 2:30 bus.I'm confused.And difficult to communicate with her. But buying tickets on this platform is very reliable. Convenient and efficient.

The bus was clean and nice, comfortable beds, 5 hours trip went very quickly. The driver dropped us directly to the hotel in Mui Ne what was very good, because it was 1am at night. The only thing that was missing is a toilet in the bus.

Кумхо 3 - это место выдачи билетов. Приехать за час до автобуса обязательно!
Оттуда отвезли на автовокзал на машине. Пересели в слип-бас .
Водитель автобуса неприветливый, резкий.
Чемоданы в автобус забивал ногами!
Сам автобус новый, люксовый. Лучше других. Шторки со всех сторон отделяют вас от других пассажиров.
Доехали в Ратьзю к заправке. Оттуда всех пассажиров довезли на микроавтобусе к порту.

Super Bus, tolle Sitze, es waren richtig bequeme große Sessel! Sehr günstiger Preis!
Wir mussten die Pässe abgeben, sie lagen aber die ganze Zeit vorne beim Fahrer, also kein Grund zur Panik.
Und keinerlei "Gebühr" oder ähnliches am Grenzübergang.
Der Bus hat keine Toilette dafür wurden aber Pausen gemacht.
Außerdem pünktlich abgefahren und angekommen! Ich war sehr positiv überrascht.

Bus left right on time and arrived right on time. USB ports worked, A/C worked, bus was comfortable. No toilets on board, but we stopped for a bathroom break. Bus dropped us off right in front of our hotel in Mui Ne!

The first half of our trip, travelling from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh, was fine. We had good seats, enough space for our legs and the bagage and a friendly man who helped us with the visa.
However, when we arrived in Phnom Penh it was not sure which bus we had to take and after asking the men from the travel agency, they put us on a tuktuk to the other side of the city. They said our bus would leave there, but it turned out it wasn’t a comfortable bus like we had the first part. We we’re put in a “VIP bus”, but I’m not quite sure why they call it this: it was a 12 person mini bus instead of a VIP coach. The seats were small and the bus was overcrowded. The travel agency that put us on this bus was not very helpful. When we asked if we could use Wifi or a telephone to let our hostel in Siem Reap know that we would come with this agency (so that they could pick us up at the “bus station”), they told us that this wasn’t possible and that there would be someone at the agency where we would arrive in Siem Reap to help us call the hostel. This wasn’t the case when we arrived in Siem Reap and we had to pay for a a tuktuk instead of being able to use the free pickup service from the hostel.
We give our trip 3 stars, because the first half of it, there was nothing to complain about. Nevertheless the second half of the trip wasn’t that good: when promised a VIP coach one shouldn’t get a minivan.

It was definitely long enough to fit a 170-180cm human. They have curtain on every seat so you have your own little privacy. They also provide you a blanket

Le bus ne correspondait pas du tout aux images présentées. Le point ultra negatif: pas de toilettes dans le bus! Pas du tout pratique quand on voyage avec des enfants toute la nuit...

Comfortable journey in a sleeper bus. Could use curtains for privacy. WiFi available.
Playing music quiet loud all the way was a disturbance and unnecessary. Also more than one rest stop would be good in a 7 hour journey.

Brilliant bus - the best I have had anywhere in the world! Air con, TV, lots of room, privacy curtains, USB port... SO worth the extra couple of dollars! No comparison at all to any "semi sleeper" that we got in Vietnam

The sleeper bus was very comfortable and made travelling for 8 hours a lot more pleasant than on a normal bus. We also got a free shuttle bus to our hotel once we arrived in Nha Trang, which we were not expecting.
The only negative being that my girlfriend was bitten 8 times during the drive, not sure whether it was the blanket provided or flies on the bus but it did make it uncomfortable for her.

Pros: Got from Ho Chi Minh to Rach Gia in Kien Giang safely and on time. We had a toilet break at a really good place which had good food and flushing toilets. There was air con. Complimentary bottle of water on the bus. We had a complimentary lift from bus station to our accomodation in a sumo kuhmo minivan.
Cons: a very bumpy ride, the toilet at the bus station in Ho Chi Minh reminded me I am in a developing country, and the drivers could have announced locations along the way. The driver used the horn every 2 seconds for safety reasons (so no napping) but I'd rather be safe.

Die Fahrt bis Vung Tau lief gut. Aber der Fahrer war sehr müde und ist fast eingeschlafen, bin trotzdem heil und pünktlich angekommen. Beim „check in“ haben sie mich zum richtigen bus begleitet wo ich später umgestiegen bin.

before we left the terminal at Phnom Penh, I made clear to the man who collects the passport that I am Filipino and I dont have to pay for anything since I am a Philippine Passport holder which is part of ASEAN.

Despite a lot of hassle and many unknowns presented throughout the trip, I made it. No one on the bus or helping during rest stops, border crossings, etc., spoke any English so passengers had to just blindly follow along and hope for the best. In Phnom Penh, we transferred from the Kumho office to another location with a Tuk Tuk driver who also could hardly communicate with us that he was in fact the “transit” described in the itinerary. Buses were okay and again, we all made it to our destinations. But the journey was in no way smooth.
