bus was comfy, air con was a good level until the end of the trip when it got a bit cold. You get given water, biscuits, some juice and a blanket. you stop around midnight with the opportunity to get food as well as to go the toilet, they however weren’t that much better than the onboard toilet.

The bus is really nice… seats are large and very confortable.

Organisation was convenient - well organized, transfer to bus and boat very good, temperature in the bus during the night a little cold. Staff at bus station very helpful - the bus was comfortable but a little bit old

Staff was good and helpful. Unfortunately the bus is on FULL AC the whole time so it was incredibly cold even with the blankets provided.If you do take this bus be sure to wear sweatshirt and sweatpants(not thin either, believe me I'm saving your life) I believe they are also a beverage company and that's why they say they can't turn it down...they make some stops and it was obvious that they were delivering boxes. The 20m stop for food is very short and very limited on options so please consider taking some sandwiches/snacks/drinks in a bag. It's a long trip and you'll be way more comfortable. There is an 1hour stop to trade buses where the bathroom is anything but pleasant so also make sure you take some paper and desinfectant.
They give 2 waters and some cookies which was nice. Ferry Trip is was chill, don't sit upstairs by the exhaust for the view.. you'll have fumes in your face and it's waaaay louder. + You can walk freely through the Ferry once it takes off so no point, you'll have view the whole time.

Not much information about the trip and the very frequent bus changes. No one speaks English and no signs or information available. If not for the kind travellers on the trip, I would be very lost.

It was a bit scary actually. The bus swinged back and forth in a high speed on the road. The seats were not as good as the images showed, but they werent bad. The switches between bus/van/ferry worked well. Not too complicated

It was a really good trip. We tot a sandwich and drinks and a free mee in a restaurant. The chairs are massage chairs and you can watch movies. You get a cushion and a blanket for the night. Lots of room for your legs.

จอดรายทางบ่อยมาก ไม่มีทีวีส่วนตัว ต้องลงจากรถบัสเพื่อต่อรถตู้ไปดอนสัก (มันค่อนข้างเหนื่อยนะ เวลานอนไม่เต็มอิ่ม) ราคาสูงเมื่อซื้อทาง12Go.asia เพราะราคาหน้าตั๋วมันเป็นอีกราคานึง แต่เราจ่ายแพงกว่าราคาหน้าตั๋วเกือบ 200 บาท ไม่แนะนำให้ซื้อทางเว็บนี้

Очень неплохой двухэтажный автобус (Vip 32), немного староват, но сиденья вполне удобные, можно дремать всю ночь, водитель ехал быстро, но комфортно, дорога тоже хорошая, на перекус дали по сэндвичу, маленькую коробку сока и воды, ночью была остановка для перекуса, еда бесплатная, но абсолютно тайская. Выехав в 20.00 из Бангкока прибыли в 6 утра в Сураттхани, где нам на минибасе довезли до парома, далее на пароме мы перебрались на остров Самуи. Единственный совет, в автобусе утром прохладно, надо брать с собой кофту, хотя и выдают пледы.

Может наш косяк и мы ошиблись: выбирали прямой рейс до парома (все равно было на +3 часа), а все равно пересаживались в ван (из Сурат Хани до Дон Сака). Водители автобуса и вана немного на английском говорят, стюард в автобусе - нет.

Bon service et bonne prise en charge! Depart de BK à l’heure à 20h. Pause à minuit. Arrivée vers 5h40. Transfert vers le port à 6h10 pour une arrivée vers 7h15. Depart du ferry vers 8h pour une arrivée sur l’île vers 11h. Le bus est un peu vieux mais suffisament confortable pour bien dormir. En revanche mangez qqch avant car on vous donnera juste un en cas sucré. Attention on descendant du bus on vs proposera d’organiser votre transfert à votre hôtel sur l.île pour 200 baths / pers. Refusez car le taxi sur le port est motié moins cher.

The Bus departured late, then we drove to another bus station and stoped there for 1h. The stewardess and all the other stuff don't speak English, and during the drive we were weaked up every two hours . We should arrive in Koh Samui at 10am, but we arrive there at 8.30am. That was nice .

Bad organization. Bus was good but i got the bad luck to get a smaller seat because of the stair and it was uncomfortable as Im pretty tall. So not fair at all paying the same money.

Die Fahrt an sich und der Sitzkomfort waren wie erwartet in Ordnung. Schlecht war die Organisation ! Wir mussten uns um 16:30 Uhr vor dem Reisebüro treffen, wo wir kurze Zeit später auch vom Bus abgeholt wurden und ca 15 Minuten zu einer Busstation gefahren sind. Die Tickets, welche wir um 16:30 Uhr im
Büro kurz vor Abfahrt bekommen haben, waren auf 19:30 Uhr ausgestellt war wir für einen Irrtum hielten. Leider nicht !!! Wir mussten an der busstation knapp 3 Stunden auf andere Gäste und die Abfahrt warten !!! Hätte man uns dieses zuvor gesagt, hätten wir den Nachmittag / Abend noch in Bangkok verbracht und wären später mit einem Taxi selber zur Station gefahren anstatt dort zu warten ...

Overall good. But ferry arrived 2h later than advertized. Seats could be more comfortable. VIP seats in first bus excellent. Also, snacks im VIP bus very delicicous, blanket and pillow were nice too. 2nd bus ride good but too much active cooling and I couldn't turn it off. Ferry was ok, but toilet on ferry was defective and very dirty. Toilet at the Southern Terminal in Bangkok was very dirty and no toilet paper and no soap. Also, midnight stop for eating was a bit too short and food was not super good. But I would recommend it to friends.

Lovely experience. The whole process went smoothly from check in to arrival. Lovely service aboard the night bus and everything ran on time. The VIP bus was really comfortable with pillow and blanket and managed to sleep really well and arrived at our destination on time with no problems. Highly recommend.

We were not provided any information regarding pick ups. We arrived at the ferry port and we’re unaware of what to do next. It took a long time and a lot of stress to realise that we had to then get on a cart to a bus to a minivan and then the vip bus. This was very confusing. The staff were lovely and drivers were great, but the communication from 12Go regarding the mechanics of the trip was poor.

Trip from Koh Samui to Bankok, from Pier to Surathani we have go via old bus dor aboit hour with no buffers then we change to small Van which take us another half an hour to some bus station where we have to wait almost 2 hours to get finalls to VIP bus, which was very comfortable and we got nice snacks and around 10pm evening even good dinner at bus stop.
Main issues with this company is that you need to change transport vehicle several time, Ferry + old bus + Van + VIP bus. We have arrived slightly late about 15 minutes to Mochit

First bus very comfortable and we were able to sleep. Stop and wait for second bus could be a bit more organized and communicated what we have to do. Second bus was okay and ferry was how expected. Nothing to complain here

the bus was soooo cold we got sick. we told them to please turn it off or low but they didn’t. i couldn’t sleep bc i was freezing and it wasn’t comfortable for me bc of the cold. please find a solution for this problem

The ticket woman on the bus made it the most uncomfortable experience. She came and sat on my feet with out saying sorry or excuse and took the space I was trying to sleep on. Then kept having her phone on loud which kept ringing or getting a text message. The aircon broke and we got switched to another vehicle which was not as comfortable.

Good bus! I’m 5‘11 and comfortably fit. Seat fully reclines and you have foot rest! Gets cold at night as AC blasting but they give you blankets and pillow( bring hoodie if worried about the cold). Our operator was also lovely and catering! Don’t forget you get a FREE meal - operator dose make this very clear

The bus took off at 7 pm. Everyone was asleep, but woken at 11.30pm to have dinner. Would preferred to remain asleep. We arrived at 4am at a place where we had to switch busses and had to wait there for 1,5 hours for the next bus to arrive. Overall not much sleep during the trip.

The Bus drive was okay, AC not too cold, driving felt a bit adventurous at times but might be due to the height of the vehicle (we sat upstairs). Communication was absolute shit. We were thrown out the bus at one point "Koh samui, Ko phangan go now, go now, go now" without knowing what to wait for. After an hour or so a second bus turned up, we needed to get a sticker for the final destination (check what your ticket says, ours was wrong). Taxi lady wasn't too bossy, we just said we already had a transfer and she let us be. Second bus threw us out at the ferry, again no communication where to go but local workers helped out.
Overall it was okay. Not horrible, not great. Snacks were good though 😉

The bus was super comfortable. The seats reclined to sleep and had lots of space. They also give you pillow and blankets and snacks and water. Your ticket also includes a meal to a comedor where you stop on the road. They dropped us of in Surat Thani where you wait for another bus for 2hrs to get to the entrance of Khao Sok Village. From there you Walk or get another shuttle to the place you stay.

Seats are very comfortable and allows to sleep almost on horizontal position.
We had 1 stop for a dinner at 12am. It was a good break with a lot of variety of food.
A bit lacking information on transfers. Besides that, all good.
No WiFi on the bus.

Very bad! Got a ticket from Koh Phangan to Bangkok center, with a boat and a bus. So we got off the boat after 3h, they put us in some sort of tiny tourist train, then a mini van without telling us how long the ride is going to be. Then we get to a “travel agency” after an hour in the mini bus and there some people get off but not us. After an other 15 min drive (and a small accident on the road, our driver hit a parked cars mirror) we get dropped off at a cafe and the driver just told us “wait here” and left with the van. I tried calling the number on our tickets but they weren’t helpful at all… So after that checked Google maps to find out we were a block away from the bus station in Suratthani . Went there and we got the news that the bus to Bangkok was at 7pm (it was 2:45pm). The bus was fine, not too comfortable but ok. Managed to sleep an hour or two, we stopped at midnight to eat at a big food mall where we had a free main meal, we got chicken on rice.

Bus was comfortable to sit on, seats reclined well. However, legs especially knees & feet end up hurting and aching because of how you’re laid/ sat - making it very difficult to get in a comfortable sleeping position.
Would recommend overall, it was surprisingly quick for a 12hr journey, there weren’t any issues & can’t argue with price either. USB ports on bus do eventually work once you’d been travelling for a bit too.

The seat were confortable. The staff was friendly. They gave snacks and water.
There is a stop a midnight to eat (for free), which is a bit late.
We arrived at Bangkok at around 5 am, which is a bit early.
