I caught the VIP service from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai. The seats were very comfortable- they reclined and had a foot stool. A bottle of water and a small snack was provided. As most buses in Thailand, the AC was blasting, but I came prepared with a jumper and a coat over my legs, and I was fine. The bus arrived 10 minutes early.

The bus was a little older/more worn than the one we took Chiang Mai--> Chiang Rai, such as the "foot rest" was broken for me, the little seatback pockets didn't hold items as well, and seats a bit more "loved." In terms of the ride, great service, leaves on time and gets in early or on time. Have already recommended to others and would use again!

A long drive but I slept for the most part. Stopped 3 or 4 times in total and 2 meals are included. You get a blanket which is nice. Seats go pretty far back and are comfortable. There is also a usb-port for charging your phone. 24 hours are over before you know it.

We took the Express Bus (not VIP). And I must say Express is good enough! the seats are comfortable, bus leaves on time, arrives at the destination on time too! the ride was smooth, the bus was clean, we received a bottled water and wet wipe. I would highly recommend this!

The toilet wasn't work but was opened. And the bus hasn't stopped for almost 4 hours! It smelled bad! Was no soap no antiseptic and people used that not working toilet because they have needs. Awful

Pretty decent for the price. We departed and arrived on time. Bus was comfy and not overcrowded. Toilets werenât the cleanest when we stopped off at various places but it was to be expected, so not necessarily a negative.

Bus ride was pretty good, stooped off once for snacks and a toilet break but was enough. Nice easy journey and would do again. Also no need to print the ticket as they will take it off your phone.

The bus going to Chiang Rai was good. The bus coming back however parked in spot 12 not 13 or 14 so it looked like they were going to Lampang not Chiang Mai. Good thing we asked, we nearly missed our bus! The Greenbus desk stated they should be parked in 13 or 14, but they were not. Luckily I noticed a worker yelling at them. I couldnât understand Thai but I just tried to use common sense. Also, do not let people bring FISH on the bus. A woman had a bag of fish soaked with the juice which leaked she put up on the shelves where peopleâs bags go and leaked down to our bags. This made our trip so annoying because we had to go wash at the laundromat.

Calling it a VIP Bus is for sure exaggerated. There is no plug-in to charge your phone, the TV in front of every seat it not working and the air con is turned to about 10 degrees. I brought a Hoodie already; some people seemed to know and had blankets with them. What is the point of turning it that low? I think everyone on the bus was freezing and feeling uncomfortable. Furthermore, none of the staff spoke English or any other of the 5 languages I speak. DonÂīt choose your seat online because some seem to be window seats but they are not. The size of seat was okay. But again; nothing VIP like.

The Departure time can be every hour so that When we arrive in Chiangmai airport , we can take taxi direct to bus terminal. no need to wait at bus station for a few hour.
Bcoz i realise the timing for after trip------1.00pm , 2.00pm , 5.00pm or 5.45pm .
I Hope can improve to every hour .so that no need to wait long hour in bus station . thanks

buenos dÃas, considero que estos autobuses necesitan cuando ustedes puedan poner otro tipo de asientos mucho mas cÃģmodos, el Aire Acondicionado necesita que el conductor lo vaya regulando, pues si no las personas al final pasan frÃo. Creo que decirle Vip ustedes no saben lo que es ir con un servicio Vip.Por otra parte hay que reconocer que la amabilidad es un 10, el servicio de comida pudiera ser algo mejor, o pararse en otra aÃĐrea de servicio que estuviera mejor sus lavabos. pero en general pienso que entre todos si ponemos de nuestra parte se mejorara estoy seguro.

Der Bus fuhr fÞr thailÃĪndische VerhÃĪltnisse pÞnktlich ab. Dennoch waren wir erst 20 Minuten nach der Zeit am Zielpunkt. Es gab Verpflegung an Bord und eine Toilette. Zum GlÞck war es von Chiang Rai nach Chiang Mai nicht wieder so kalt an Bord.

The bus driver and assistant did not attempt to communicate with us (English speakers) as to how long the stops would be. The bus actually started to pull out without me. We were only 2 non Asians on the bus and I have blond hair. It would not have been hard to determine I wasn't here.

The booking system with 12goAsia is so easy to use and they are extremely professional and prompt with communication. The bus ride itself was Very comfortable. Water bottle and cake snack given free. Stopped every two hours for toilet break, but there's also a toilet at the back of the bus. We upgraded to the VIP seats which were better than a plane! Legrest, long recline and super wide.

à lâintÃĐrieur de lâautobus, On avait lâimpression que le plafonniers et les porte-bagages allaient cÃĐder tellement ça faisait du bruit et que tout bougeait. Par contre, le chauffeur conduisait trÃĻs bien.
