The driver arrived nearly three ours later than agreed. Was very friedly but tired and stressed. That‘s why he drove very fast. Sometimes double of the specified speed. He told us that he has to drive more than 13 hours that day. We are very sorry about the driver and we have a guilty conscience to order a transportation with bad working conditions.

Pleasant Ride and friendly Driver. Water was provided on Board and we had a Break at a Point where additional food/snack/Drink purchases were possible. Driver was earlier than expected but did go out of his way to find me.

We traveled from Siem Reap nach Ko Chang.
Pick up was at our Hotel on time.
Unfortunately we had quite some old car and no the booked new glassfloor van.
At least in Kambodscha this was true. That’s why we ‚only’ rated 4*.
In Thailand everything was fine.
You need to cross the border on foot. Expect 2h at least during custom/boarder checking. The process is anyhow very well organized/supported by 12go. Overall this service is to be recommended. Thumbs up. 👍

The car had a huge crack in the windscreen held together with sticky tape, which was rather alarming. However, the ride was comfortable and the driver was lovely, though she spoke little English. We had to ask to stop for a toilet/drinks break

We were picked up 45 minutes earlier. Our driver wanted to catch one ferry earlier but we missed it because we were, of course, not ready when he arrived. The drive to the border was quick and comfortable. Unfortunately he did not know that we will be catched up by an english speaking guide on Thai side who would guarantee a smooth bordercrossing. Our guide found us on cambodian site and brought us to our driver. The drive to siem reap was okay. Prepare some tip for the cambodian driver. Seems to be normal for "service".
All in all a good Transfer. A little bit too expensive in my opinion.

Most impressed! Our ferry was running late and I was able to contact the driver through the emergency number. He was waiting for us at the ferry terminal. Very nice welcome, help with luggage, stop for lunch etc. At the border we had to change cars and drivers and pay a Cambodian exit charge in baht. The guy helping us (not the driver) gave us a very poor rate of exchange of $ to baht - our only complaint. On the Thai side of the border we were welcomed by the new driver with a better car and taken to our hotel in Pattaya. Thank you

The driver was very nice person, however he was very tired due to long driving prior to and after New Years Day before to take us on 01.01.2020 at 17:30PM. He stopped several times to drink coffee as he was sleepy. We were 4 adults with 4 kids and wanted to reach Bangkog safe, therefore we proposed some of us to drive his van. We drove it for 2.5 hours which was approximately half of the whole travel time. This is unacceptable and will be great if we receive partial refund! The driver was kind and nice person however he should know his abilities and never drive immediately after party. The bus was big and comfortable.

We did not get the van that is in the photos and it was a very uncomfortable ride on very uncomfortable seats.

The driver was 50mn late, and call me only 5mn before arriving to ask me where I was.
A simple call or text at the scheduled time to inform be of the delay may have allowed be to rest on a seat at the airport instead of desperately searching for the driver

Wir sind von Chiang Rai nach Pai gereist und waren rundum zufrieden. Die Buchung klappte auch kurzfristigvor dem Reisetag noch unkompliziert. Der Fahrer war überpünktlich am Abholort und fuhr die gesamte Strecke umsichtig. Die gesamte Fahrt dauerte ca 5,5h und wir machten 2 kurze Stopps. Der Fahrer konnte etwas Englisch, so dass Small Talk möglich war.

We where about 10 minutes late due to coming out of immigration at the other end of the terminal to the meeting point. Which is at door 3, not gate 3. That caused us some confusion. Our guy wasn’t there which caused a bit of anxiety and a call to the help centre. Eventually he showed up. The car was clean and comfortable as described. The driver knew his way around the traffic jams brilliantly. My only concern with his driving was him texting on the phone while doing 120Km/h down the motorway.
So loss of a star for being late and one lost for texting while driving.

Very bad organisation. You picked us up with a delay of 45 minutes and the first you told me at the phone was that the time is not enough for this trip. So let me tell you some things:
- for this price you should check the trip for your guests again (I told you that we have to take the ferry at 1 pm) and let them know that we should leave earlier to have enough time
- give your guests a checklist (do you have your visa, take some food with you because we don't offer anything not even a bottle of water)
- confirm the trip one day before again.... you can be sure that your reservation is booked. No I am sorry you just forgot us and we had to call you. Otherwise no one would pick us up!
- let the people know how the journey will be (we will pick you up, bring you to the border where you need enough time, and so on...)
- be sure that the phone number you write on your vouchers works
The only reason you got two stars are the good and friendly drivers!
