Very punctual and there is a waiting room with AC at Shibuya Mark City 5th Floor. QR Code and Boarding all went smoothly but one should consider due to Traffic 2 Hours turned out to be 3 Hours and 3 Hours from Fuji to Shibuya Took were 4 Hours in the end. So I recommend an early Bus, 6:05 am is hard but worth it (but consider Metro Starts at 5 am , so we needed to take a cab). Money definitely worth it for this experience.

Good global experience. Just be aware of potential delays for your arrival time. We went by bus from Tokyo to Fujikawaguchiko and we faced 40 min extra time.

It took 4 hours to arrive shibiya is unacceptable . The original time from 3:20pm to 6:10pm , but finally arrived around 7:32pm

Very easy to find the right bus at kawaguchiko station. We left on time and arrived on time at Shibuya. WiFi was great to check out videos / podcast during the trip.

We left on time from the station. You need to get to the 5th floor of the building to get to bus. I’m removing a star because we were 40min late at arrival at kawaguchiko, and since we were placed at 01 on the bus, we had the bus’s heater right under us which made the trip super hot and not very confortable if you’re trying to sleep. Otherwise, great views of Japan.

The service was good, but it was really difficult to find the bus stop. To help those who are going to get the bus: The Excel hotel is inside the Shibuya Market. So, you have to get the elevator to the 5th floor, cross the hotel then you get to the bus stop (its kind of outside the hotel garage).

Bus pünktlich an Haltestelle, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hatte Ticket in seinem Handy gespeichert und daher war es kein Problem nur mit der Buchung ohne QR-Code und Ticket in japanischer Sprache den Bus zum nutzen.
