Pauline ROur first trip to Thailand and we were anxious about our first trip but we shouldn't have been. Their was a lovely girl waiting to meet us and when boat arrived early as we were the only passengers we left early. We were offered a drink on board and on completing our trip they arranged a transfer for us to our hotel.
This was first class service don't hesitate to book.

Satja LEverything perfect, except pixk up from hotel was 45 minutes late, but I guess this is signature for Thailand so you just gotta go along with it... But ither than that friendly staff, complimentary coffee and snacks, not to many people on the speedboat. Definitely recommend...

Daniel MThe boat manager was very nice ! The crew offered us drinks on board and the trip was very smooth.
The only negative point is that the team left us not at the original destination point, and we had to drive 40 min by car to another pier and then to take a taxi boat to the original island and then to take again a normal taxi.
It was very funny and with a lot of adventures, but normal people would be in panic if they would arrive in a different island.

Barnaby MBooking online was a breeze and I was able to contact the hotline for the company very easily. We used a speedboat which i loved it was super fun (the trip is a bit bouncy be warned in case you aren't a fan) we were at oa nang in just over an hr including stops. Next time think I'll arrange taxi myself to avoid having to stop off to drop others from the transfer bus.

Ray TSo easy to book. A bit confusing as to when hotel pickup. I had email for 7:30. They came at 7:30 and said that pick up time. I missed free hotel breakfast. Big this was clearer I'd give 5 star. The pier had nice waiting, toilet and free beverage which was a bonus

Dawid KEverything was fine. Except that we bought tickets for direct transfer and of course boat had to pick up passengers from other points. This is not nice because when buying tickets we looked mainly on trip duration (shortest of course). And this caused delay of a bit more than 1h. Except that one disadvantage everything went fine and stuff was really kind so overall positive experience.

Initially the taxi arrived 30 mins late which was concerning but the staff at the port were super friendly and accommodating and provided lovely refreshments. The boat felt very private and comfortable if a little scary on the waves but everything was very well organised.

Never booked through 12go before, so we were a bit anxious to see if anyone would actually show up to pick us up :) When we arrived 45 minutes before departure time, someone was there to welcome us. As we were the only passengers on the speedboat, we were actually able to depart 30 minutes early. They even handed out snacks and drinks on board :)
