Met at airport exit 15 door by agent , given a ticket for bus and shown where to wait few minutes. Agent spoke to driver to explain drop off. Driver was extremely helpful with my bag on bus.

My ticket had booked me for drop off at jungle villa resort, but the driver wanted me to pay extra for this. I explained it was on my ticket and he seemed quite annoyed

Driver showed up 40 minutes early which caught me a bit off guard, otherwise was fine. Quite a bumpy and windy road but not much can be done about that.

The driver drove dangerously, stopped at random times to smoke cigarettes, and after I asked to get some food at 7-eleven

The operator picked me up on time (3pm for the 3pm van from Ao Nang to Khao Lak). They took me to Black Tiger office and I had to wait and transfer to another van there. The van arrived on time in Khao Lak and the van was comfortable.

We had a very straight forward experience. Driver picked us up ~10:10a (10:30a departure) from our hotel. We picked a few other people up and arrived 15mins ahead of schedule. Really nothing to add, everything was good!

I had a ticket for a mini van from Phang Nga bus station to Sao Nang. I Arrived early- 30 minutes before departure, but the van didn’t come. And they didn’t call me. It’s says in the confirmation ticket that it is expected that the mini van is «up to 30 minutes late». So I slowly and surely realised there where no van coming. Got a refund without asking though, which was nice.

The check in process at the Desk in Ranong was great (a lovely lady checked me in). The Driver was patient and drive carefully and safely and he NEVER went above the speed limit. Well done.

Van was 30 minutes late at pick up. The Toyota was extremely tired but those engines just keep going. The driver dropped the passengers off at various points in the village which was very helpful.

The driver was unfriendly, drove fast and badly. In addition, his car beeped every few minutes cause of he was driving faster than 100. That was sooooo annoying.

Driver was very erratic and on his phone watching TikTok’s a lot. The bus was packed full of bags - a lot of people not paying attention to the rule of one big and one smaller bag. The driver was also late and not really clear on whether we were on the right bus, he also didn’t check tickets.

Against the description our hotel was outside the pick up area so we had to pay more to get picked up. They wrote that one day before, so we had no chance to cancel the trip.
We also had to change the bus once and the bus was very old and uncomfortable.

We had to wait a long time for a late passenger. Not only did we arrive more than 45 min late, the driver was trying catch up with the schedule in a heavy thunderstorm by driving dangerously fast. We felt unsafe, and would have rather arrived even later than be exposed to this level of danger.

Before the trip even began, we discovered—without any prior notice—that our agency had been changed to Black Tiger. They departed an hour later than the scheduled time, with no explanation or apology.
The chaos continued when it became clear that the driver had no idea how many passengers were actually supposed to be in the vehicle. Throughout the ride, he kept stopping to pick up additional people, which added further delays and confusion.
The drive itself, which was two hours, took place in a torrential downpour. Despite the dangerous weather conditions, the driver was speeding excessively, overtaking vehicles, and doing so with no clear visibility ahead. His reckless driving made the journey not only uncomfortable but genuinely frightening.
This was one of the most stressful and unsafe travel experiences I’ve ever had. I strongly advise avoiding this company entirely.

Set off at 1 arrived after 7 even though it says 4.40 minutes expected transfer. Stopped in krabi town at the company’s depo (?) for 45 minutes unsure why then changed buses then had several other stops at bus stations. Staff were friendly enough and bus was clean and comfortable as it could be.

The bus ride was very good, but 1. He asked me to throw away my coffee(even though there's cupholders on the bus?) And 2. There was an annoying, loud show playing on the bus, it was too loud.

Had to wait quite a long time before setting off waiting for other passengers to arrive at the airport.
Quite a few stops off points along the way but took me directly to the hotel albeit slightly late so make sure you've got some water with you.
Good value for money and friendly driver.

Did the job to get from point A to B however it felt like we took an unnecessarily long route to get there due to the pickup & drop off of what seemed like small packages and other customers who seemed very out of the way.

We came to the counter 1 1/2h before our ride and asked if we can join the earlier bus and it was no Problem! They were very nice. Also I needed to pee on the rode and he stopped so I could pee and another guy bought some water!
