I would like to express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent ferry booking.
I specifically chose the ferry instead of a speedboat because I am prone to seasickness. However, I was informed only about one hour before departure that the service would be changed to a speedboat.
At that point, I had no choice but to continue with the trip, as all other arrangements had already been made in advance. Despite this significant change, I was still charged the same price as originally booked.
I find this situation quite unfair, as the service provided did not match what I had intentionally selected.
I would appreciate your explanation regarding this matter, and I hope you will consider appropriate compensation

We arrived with the ferry at the pier and there wasn’t anyone there to pick us up. After having asked if there was an agent from 12go somewhere, they told me that I should go to their office across the road.
There they immer knew who I was because the van had left 20 minutes before without us.
They said they had waited for us we we didn’t show up at 11.30 - how could we have? We were on the ferry at that time! and there couldn’t have been a ferry that had arrived earlier; so I really don’t know why they left without us.
Luckily they could organize another van which took us to Hat Yai airport.
All worked out well but with a bit hassle…

Great trip. Excellent weather. Not to compare with trip on 31-7-17 when the weather was stormy and a lot of rain. The boats need a lot of maintenance they're old and damaged. Too much risk for the people.

Driver came 10 minutes late to pick us up at the exit gate at Hat Yai AirPort while he was standing there al ready at the parking lot. He drove to fast in heavy rain. Could not seen much trough windshield. Irresponsible!

Ran late, hard to find which bus to get on because it was handled by a different company, then once I'd finally got on one I was taken off it again without explanation! Both buses booked through 12go have been very poor experiences.

Post pandemia. El servicio estuvo muy bien y fueron puntuales. Ya había hecho el mismo trayecto hace 3 años y conocía los pormenores, pero para las personas que lo hacen la primera vez sería importante que quien los pase a recoger por la puerta #8 del aeropuerto de Hat Yai, lleve sus nombres escritos en un cartel. Puede ser un poco estresante el que no haya una oficina donde dirigirse. Pero tened paciencia y esperad, irán a buscaros! La van estaba casi nueva y el chofer condujo de maravilla. En 2 horas estábamos en el puerto de Pak Bara. Allí puede ser algo caótico si hay mucha gente pero seguid las instrucciones del chofer que os guiará a la oficina donde tengáis que hacer el check in del ferry. Luego dirigíos a la entrada del puerto donde os harán pagar los 200 baths de admisión al parque natural más los 20 baths de acceso al puerto. Dentro del puerto, os habrán indicado a qué mostrador presentarte y allí te darán un número de orden con el cual podrás abordar el ferry que te corresponda. Te harán formar una fila ocupando tu número de orden. El equipaje te lo suben ellos al ferry. El trayecto en el ferry fue correcto, duró 2 horas y en esta ocasión no paramos en ninguna isla hasta Koh Lipe. Una vez allí desembarcas sobre una plataforma flotante colocada sobre la playa. Espera en la playa tu equipaje y comienza a disfrutar de la isla.
