The lady hostes was amazing . A lot of space for legs, service ( information, food, sweets etc.)was great! But the seats were broken ,we could not raise the feet part up! The seats were making noise and the bus was shaking , seems old . So it was hard to sleep because the noise and we didn't have support for the legs .

I would not pay the high price for 2nd rate service again. Poor communication compared to other companies. Not as friendly as other companies. Wasn't aware of a 5am bus change at Surat Thani. That bus was very old and not in good condition. The whole experience wasn't VIP

I went from Koh Samui to Bangkok. The transportation was good, no long wait times. The communication was horrible though. I had no idea what to do and no information was given to me about pickups and transfers. I had to call them and they didn’t speak English so had to get someone to help me on the road. I hope the communication improves otherwise it’s horrible.

Very spacious bus, lots of leg room. There's some variations between the buses like the availability or functioning of sockets or ports for charging based on individual buses but the general condition of the buses in this line is pretty great. The staff on board the bus is also very helpful.

Everything was fine, only we didnt know how many vans we will be changing.. and before final leaving towards Khao Sok, someone tried to offer us to organize the lift to the premises for 800 BHT (200 BHT/a person), I bet he does it often there and many nervous travellers accept it just in case...

Loved the journey. Everything went smoothly, comfortable rides on each transport. Got snacks, drinks and a meal on the last but. Emma the assistant on the bus was very plesent and friendly. Travelled with my 8 year old and she loved it too shuch speaks volumes.
The only thing stopping this being a 5 star is the aircon blasting through out the whole night trip. It's like it's on full with no way to stop it. If it could be turned.down.ig would make the journey perfect.

The vehicle was surprisingly comfortable The seats lay almost flat. We took the overnight trip to Koh Samui left at 7pm. Free drinks and snacks as soon as it left Bangkok. We stopped at a Transit station at midnight and were given a voucher for food. The green curry was great to be honest. Then back on the bus where the seats relaxed you into another sleep. 5.30 we arrived at a local bus station and had a stretch and toilet break while waiting for the minibus to take us to the pier. A good minibus came after about 20 minutes it was air conditioned and comfortable. Arriving at the pier we were lucky to have a ferry departing so we boarded this straight away. This was a people and vehicle ferry but had good seating and air conditioning. Overall after reading some reviews about waiting for hours and poor communication I was very happy with the information and speediness of all aspects of the service. Big shout out to our host on the 7pm service on 7/6/26
Would I do this trip again ?
YES 100%.
I arrived in Koh Samui feeling refreshed and travelling overnight meant I did not waste a whole day of my vacation.

Honest review, it was pretty good. We got a snack and a drink at the beginning of ride which was nice. The bus makes some noises, but nothing too bad. The snoring of someone was the worst, which resulted in people not being able to sleep including me. Then we had to get out at around 12 for a quick food stop.
At 05:30 we had to get out for a transfer to a smaller bus to the pier, and we had to wait for more than an hour.
Then an hour drive took us to the pier, and the ferry to Koh Samui was beautiful.

We did a lot of research on the different options for this trip and we are glad that we ended on this company. We did expect the worst when we arrived at the bus terminal, with that in mind it was very pleasant. It helped to know that it is very common to do a lot of stops to pick people up and drop them off again, and to read the lines that said be prepared for at delay from up to two hours.

Light on/off, hard ac right on my head (if so turn it off it gets so hot), change bus and and wait at some strange place. Trying to sell expensive taxi rides to people. Chang to a bus with small seats and no cover to ac. Just open pipe. Not nice. Wrong arrival time. It Asia’s 9:30 but impossible because ferry leave at 9 every time.

Very easy, everyone along the way was helpful. Seats recline enough to get some sleep. They provide a pillow, blanket and some snacks, the bus stops at services to allow people to go to the toilet and get a quick bit of food. The boat is also just as easy. Taxi’s and Tuk Tuk’s are waiting the other side for a lift to your hotel.

I had a start and end time of the trip but no other information. I sent a request to 12Go which was unanswered. I called the tour operator for information and was told the driver would provide the information. The driver said an agent was waiting at the ferry port but none was found, after some confusion and no tickets to board the ferry, finally just before the ferry was departing a worker scanned tickets from their phone to allow us to board. Next came the bus , again some confusion and then were given tickets to board a bus which did arrive in Bangkok but at the different station then the one I picked and at different time. So yeah absolutely dissatisfied from the service provided by 12Go and the tour providers.

Firstly we were very confused at the minivan station in Khao Sok, because the staff was very unfriendly and unclear with Information about our journey. But the rest went perfectly fine, we hat more than one hour for changing in Surat Thani. Boarding for night bus startet early, and we were also perfectly on time.

Overall, a good trip, however, waking up at midnight for dinner was pointless. Please schedule a stop around 9:30 or 10:00 PM before everyone is asleep!!!
Furthermore, the employee on the bus wasn't very friendly and forced me to sit in front of the emergency exit, and my seat didn't recline properly.

Good organisation. Easy exchange of voucher to ticket at the counter on 1st floor. Nice bus, comfy, spacy, reclinable seats. We got water, juice and some biscuits.
There was a stop at around 1 a.m. for toilet with possibility to eat (you had to buy a voucher for 100 Baht).
Arrived in Surat Thani at 6, continued with a van at 7 to final destination.

The first bus from Bangkok to Surat Thani broke down, and we had to wait 45 minutes for a replacement bus. The replacement bus was very pleasant, offering plenty of legroom and comfort. In Surat Thani, we had to change to another bus to get to Khao Lak — and to put it mildly, that one was an absolute ordeal: rusty, cramped, poorly sprung, and water was dripping from the lamp covers above us... But in the end, we did arrive — unfortunately completely exhausted.

We took the bus from Bangkok to Khao Sok and had a pleasant experience. The bus left only 20 minutes late and we arrived in Surat Thani around 6 am. This is where everyone gets off to then catch their transfer to the final destination. The first bus was comfy with seats that fully reclined. The AC is very strong, you get a pillow and blanket but I would advice to also bring a sweater to keep warm. We were able to get some sleep although bumpy roads and honking woke us up intermittently. The second bus was more basic but fine for the 2h journey to Khao Sok. We felt safe and well taken care of the whole trip and would happily do it again!

The bus is great and the crew is very nice and professional. It wasn't the best experience because they force you to wake up at midnight for dinner, which is a poor time for dinner. If they can't book a better time for dinner it's better to not force everyone to wake up because with kids it can be very hard.

Simply really the best you can expect. Friendly staff, clean toilet on the bus, seats that could be reclined till almost completely horizontal. Snacks, drinks, a blanket and a pillow. Yes, a switch of buses early in the morning, but this was communicated in advance. All good

The female coordinator on the bus did not let us sit where we wanted, even though many seats were free. My husband had to sit in a seat where behind him was the way down from the double-decker, so he could not put his seat back for sleeping. I asked at the beginning twice if we could change seats, but she said no both times. It felt personal, but I don’t know why, because we just got on the bus and had no contact with her before.

Vehicle a bit damaged. And we got thrown out with no reason told to us but, so it was a bit sketchy and felt scammy but we arrived at Koh Samui in the end from Bangkok.

The bus ride was fantastic, I've never slept THIS well on a bus before but it was 8h straight. Fantastic experience!!
The switch to the boat though? I got thrown into a different minivan in the middle of the street and later while everyone got to go on their ferry I had to hope back on to go to a different ferry port where I got to find out that raja ferries look like they can barely make it across the seas. The service there wasn't really good either, everything was dirty, broken, old. The toilets clogged.
If you take this trip, maje sure it's not a raja ferry boat. Just go straight to Nathon instead of Lipa Noi.
