Bus/van was over booked as there was not enough seats, one of us had to squeeze into the middle seat in the front. Furthermore we got dropped off at a different location 20 minutes away from the location on our ticket, and staff were not helpful and didn’t understand the issue. finally they booked us a car to the location. Overall felt there was a lack of organisation. Disappointed by the service.

The seats in the bus were very very comfortable, even though the bus itself wasn't the most modern one. A big plus! Since we were the only ones to get on the bus in this station, we departed 30 minutes earlier than expected.

Bus picked us up on time and made a few more stops to pick up people at their hotel. The bus drives right on the ferry. One stop for a bathroom break. (This is my trip from Cat Ba to Ninh Binh)

Transfer took an hour longer than advertised. Not because of traffic etc but number of drop offs and pick ups en route etc. if you’re previous with your time - choose someone else to transfer you between locations.

The bus driver was driving quite recklessly. He often overtook vehicles where it was not safe to do so. Often around corners with no view of the incoming vehicles. We know this is common driving in Vietnam but this was really quite dangerous and it should be discussed with the bus driver.

Confortable and friendly staff. The AC worked well. A problem occured during the trip (tire leaked) but they solved it super quick! I was impressed.

Bus arrived on time. No problems. We arrived later than expected but not by much only because everyone got dropped off at their accomodation which was greatly appreciated. The seat spacing was a bit small (vietnamese sized) so it was a little uncomfortable but it was only for a short trip.

The meeting point was not the one given in the instruction. The driver was crazy, driving incredibly fast. We stoped many time for freight transport (loss of time getting motorcycles into the hold). So we arrived late and the driver didn’t dropped us at hotel as promised…

Kommunikation vorab war gut.
Kleine Verspätung von 15 Minuten.
Am Hafen gab es etwas Verunsicherung, weil wir nicht informiert wurden. Mussten aussteigen und sind auf Cat Ba in einen anderen Bus gestiegen. Danach wurden wir zu den jeweiligen Hotels gefahren. Alles in allem eine gute Erfahrung, nur die Kommunikation während der Fahrt hätte besser sein können

Der Bus war sehr bequem, es gab WLan und der Bus war angenehm klimatisiert. Das einzig nervige war der Stopp bei einem Verkaufsladen von gestickten Bildern und Statuen, der ca. 20min dauerte und bei dem jeder aus dem Bus aussteigen musste.
