I’ve made this trip several times, and this year I chose Bundhaya because their boats seem newer to me. I understand it’s the low season and that they combine passengers from different companies on the same boat, but I feel that if you book with Bundhaya, you should at least get priority boarding—rather than ending up at the back of the line, as happened to me, behind people who had paid a different company. That’s why I didn’t give them 5 ⭐stars. However, I do appreciate that they allowed me to move my travel date up by a day. I would book with them again.

The ride itself was fine (though very bumpy!) but my backpack had my small portable speaker in the side of it when I got on and it wasn’t there when I picked it up after. I noticed 4 minutes after walking away from the boat (which had driven away) and spent the next hour waiting for boat people to call people to hear that the staff said someone else must’ve taken it.

Very quick and efficient. Traveled on. Tuesday at 10am during rainy season. Seas were calm and there were only 7 passengers making for a very easy trip from Phuket to Ao Nang!

It was very bust so it did get a bit chaotic and we were delayed by an hour but they call out numbers and then you walk down and get on a long tail boat to the big boat taking you to langkawi. Your bags also get taken to the boat on a long tail boat before you get on and your passports are put into a tray and you get them back on the boat ( they ask you where you are from and give you all the passports from your country so that you can pick yours out ) . Getting off the boat after arriving in langkawi was the worst part as everyone was trying to get their luggage as other people were trying to get off.

Great trip, well looked after and very professional. Would have given 5 stars but they had a problem with the engine, kept cutting out near the end of the journey. They still got us there safely and before time. Organised getting me to my Hotel and were very professional and friendly. Great people thank you 🙏

Excellent service from all your representatives at ko lanta pier. Helped with checkin, helped with luggage and helped in and out the boat. I’ve booked a speedboat and got a long tail boat. I wouldn’t be upset about it if someone would tell me the change. Super confused to check in, there was no one from Tigerline at the check in point. Whoever helped us with the ride was helpful though.
