It was a ten hour trio. We were given a bottle of water and a weird chili bun at the beginning. The AC barely worked so I was hot. The bus stopped every hour or so for the drivers to have a smoke break. This caused the bus to be an hour plus late while staff at my hotel waited. When we stopped for dinner they only allowed 20 minutes which was extremely rushed. We were not offered a blanket or anything else. Overall poor service.

The busdriver was very helpfull, and gives us all the information we need. There was a free meal at 12pm with our VIP-Bus-Ticket, that tasted very well! The seat could have been bigger for my family, but we are all 1.75m or taller, so it is sufficient if they are smaller!

It was amazing ! Super efficient bus leaves on time ! Would recommend to arrive at bus terminal 30 mins before intended time . Boarding 15 mins before .
Bus is super clean , there is a toilet in the bus (clean)
Have to use bidet to flush . If you are particular about your toilet , they have 1 pit stop 4 hrs into the ride

the upper part of the bus had many empty seats but I was not allowed to move seats. the seat I had, foot rest was broken and I had a large person sitting next to me. Moving to a new seat would have made the long trip much more comfortable.

To be honest I didn’t have high expectations of a 10 hour bus journey however I was blown away by the service and quality of the journey. I was travelling by myself so I was a little nervous but I felt so safe the entire time. We were provided with water and snack and at the lunch spot we could exchange our ticket for free lunch which was delicious. The seats fully reclined back and I slept majority of the journey. I enjoyed it so much would definitely do again.

I got to Chiang Mai, bus service was okay but had some difficulties at the bus station. The counter I was told (from the information desk) to go to was closed and the woman wasn’t helpful. Luckily someone nearby helped.

actually so much better than expected. the seats recline A LOT and there’s foot support. a lot of leg room. the bus wasn’t full so even better - there was no one next to me. one stop around 1:30 AM for bathroom and snack. my first time actually deep sleeping on any kind of transportation. the was a stewardess that brought snack and water

It rained through the roof right onto me. The vehicke was ice cold but the blankets seemed to be cut in half so it couldn't cover me entirely.
Otherwise ok. If you ate meat, there was even a hot meal for you. (non for me, sadly) Free water was available.

Excellent!!! Comfy, Spacious and on Time!!! Water and Snacks provided. However when the Coach stopped for a 20 minute Break the Coach moved where it parked without telling anyone! Thankfully I noticed this and could tell others - otherwise we could have been in trouble... Take a photo of your bus if you get off for a break!!!

a really nice bus, but impossible to get any sleep. when the driver (rightfully) needed a break half way through at 1 am all the lights were turned on and were encouraged to get off too. defeated the purpose of a vip sleeper bus.

Very pleasant trip
My seat was in the lower section in the front so I had a lot of leg room and temperature was perfect with the provided blankets.
The free water and redbeans bun plus the cracker made the morning very easy. And as well the stop for dinner at 0.30 was one of the. Est meals I had in Thailand and everything included in the ticket what a service. We departed on time and arrived 1 hour earlier.

Big station. If taking taxi make sure you account for rush hour traffic (for me 70min ride for 20min).
Bus was excellent. Super comfy. You get a blankiet, water and some snacks too.
Arrived early too, in just under 10 hours as there was no traffic overnight.

It is not different with normal bus line. VIP should be better. Do not provide head pillow and. Blanket are not clean. The helper on bus play Thai News very loud in the morning from her phone so made annoy for Foreigner. They don't announce and speak in English. Only Local Person can be okay.

I say it’s poor cause there was an accident on the way to Bangkok a truck hit the side of the bus the bus was half an hour late at the Surat Thani bus terminal, I arrived 4 hours late in Bangkok bus station

Seats were comfortable and there’s some legroom depending on if you’re tall (over 5’5) or not and if the person in front of you isn’t laid all the way back. They feed you a free meal half way through, which was delicious. No one told us that we were stopping to eat though, so just be aware and ask the driver questions or make a friend. They also give you a box with a cookie and pastry with water along with a blanket. We got to our destination almost 30 minutes early, as well. Worth the price.
