The boat was said to have A/C, but only ventilation was the open windows when driving. Luckily not too bad weather / high waves, so it was possible with open windows. Other than that, okay trip, approx on time. They went fast over the big waves.

Everything went smoothly and everything was on time. The shuttle from Ubud was very early and we waited 1 to 2 hours in the harbour. I think this is to cover other delays in driving or so but it is a lot.

Honestly so hectic getting on the boat, was not quite prepared for it. We got to the ticket office a bit over an hour before boat was due to leave and we had no cues like 10mins later heaps of people arrived and were cueing for a while. Getting to the boat is mayhem, but once on the boat very easy, comfortable ride. It did look like some people were turned away at the boat as there wasn’t enough room - but they may have left for another reason not sure. But to be safe make sure you push through those crowds :)

It was ok but once you get to the island you have to wait on the boat to come get you. They made three trips and the boat was hot so if you in the front of boat u have to wait to go last.

It was a stressful walk to the gate, we lost several times the group. Then we waited in the very hot boat for other groups to get onboard. When we arrived at lembongan we were dropped of at a different place as it was marked on 12go when I booked the ticket. But boat ride was ok.
