Very easy to manage. You change voucher for boat ticket at ferry office and then follow a guy from company. Boat is leaving on time and all the trip takes 45 minutes. Be prepared to remove shoes at Lembongan.

Fine ride. No issues. However, we saw foreigners coming and buying a ticket while we were checking in. They had to pay a much higher price than us. I think that's a weird way to run a company..

Time of arrival on the booking is 13:30. (30 min travel) Weird the boat leaves at 13:30. So time of arrival is 14:00. Staff explained to me that this is normal and I misunderstood. Small seats (for tourist from Europe), old boat. For the rest it was ok! Quick boat.
