Axel SVery tiny seats not for male European shoulders. My ferry service made stops at gili T & Gili Meno before arriving at Gili A. So we where an hour late in the end. There are direct connections.

Horatiu AVery friendly crew, but the AC is hardly working and they don't respect the schedule (we were 30+ minutes late when leaving). The price is a little bit lower than average.

Piers RTerrible organisation and long waits at the port on both ends
Crossing was quite pleasant but I'd advise wearing extra sun cream as you don't feel the heat with the sea breeze and AC on.

Lucy FWas picked up at 6am to arrive for 7:30 and didn’t get on a boat until almost 10am. Lots of waiting around and unnecessary to be collected so early. Driver was very friendly though as a positive.

Christian DIt was just perfect! We had the 13.30 boat, arrived a bit late at 13.00 but that was no problem. Boarding started at exactly at 13.30. When we arrived we were greeted by a staff member, our suit cases were taken out by the staff from the cab. Got our tickets and grabbed a beer. The boat was comfy, great seats and good airco. Staff was helpful on the boat. Smooth sealing! Will use them again for sure. You pay a bit more, worth the money.

Petra DBefore entering to the port it is good to research where to find the desk, but everybody is helpful and can guide you. We purchased online was easy and quick also to change to the ticket. The port tax you have to buy separate at the port also the team guide you there. There was an hour delay even it is not the high season. We were waiting on the sun in the crowd, that was a little bit uncomfortable, but it is not the fault of the company. The front of the boat has no AC so it get hot a bit, but was okay as it was not full. The seats are okay but tiny, it was okay as it was not full. The tail of the boat has AC and more seats also you can go upstairs. Staff was nice and very helpful. The ride is bumpy a bit they also offered pill if you are seasick. First stop was Gili T we get off here. Also there was a fee to enter.
Overall it was good.
