Matthew Hi when i checked in i told the company i would be 15 mins late because of flight , i arrived and went to counter oh you missed the bus you need to get a taxi to harbour so was pointed in the general direction to some other place to try find a taxi lucky for me the other place a lady got up and found me a driver because the flight arrived 15 past bus checkin cost me 600 for the taxi , the guy arrived with about 5 mins to spare very fast drive , if not for him i would have missed the boat you should advise when people checkin just for boat ticket and you will need a taxi no bus

Lynne PCoach to the pier was pretty empty. Had AC and was comfortable. Driving was smooth.
Didn’t have to wait long for the ferry (5 minutes). Ferry was small, but smooth (much better than the last 2 boats I took in this area!). AC inside and 2 window seats for myself.
Only downside was that stopping at Koh Samui put us behind schedule according to the PDF.

Charles-alexis DI managed to take the earlier van / ferry than the one I have booked so I arrived 3 hours before originally scheduled, very good but the van needs to change suspensions and shocks

Samuel RGreat service. Friendly staff met me at arrival to Surat Thani, a comfortable transfer to the ferry pier and a very comfortable and easy crossing on the ferry. Would recommend!
