Again, the ride was nice, the bus was good. The only problem was that, once in Thailand, the man with the tour came to explain that there would be three stops in Bangkok : one at Suvarnabhumi airport, one at Don Muang airport, and then at Khao San road. When we arrived in Bangkok, we went to the first stop, but then the driver told us the next stop would be at a metro. Your staff member did not speak English and couldn't help. And so I had to talk to the bus driver to figure out what was up and explain to the other passengers. It was very confusing and would have been better to know before the first stop. Otherwise it was a good ride.

Bus on time, changed bus but its okay. Only matter, when we get to Siem Reap, the operator guides should talk about the fact that they are not responsible for the tuktuk picking us up. It is written on a very small sheet of paper that nobody saw, i saw it today because i was seating in front. They take you to your hotel for free and then sell you a tour. I did like my tour of the temples, but i could have had it for cheaper at my hotel, but nobody said anything on the bus. They talk about the visa and everything but not that part, and this is not very fair. Kinda looks like a scam that you are being a part of, as if writting it down in RLY small characters frees you from all respomsibility. Also realized that when i got to siem reap, i had a reserved a seat that said number 3, but they closed the front area and put me in the back. Today they respected the seats. I had a good time traveling with your company but it is small details that matter and would make everything even better. Last time i rated your company ( going to siem reap) i put 5 stars but should have put 3 because this, and the one of today should be a 4. Last comment, we are way too left alone at the Cambodian border, it was hard to find the Thai immigration entrance and i was not the only one looking for it as even police and immigration people dont speak good english. Same when we exit the thai immigration, the people in green should be closer waiting for us to tell us where to.go because it is very stressfull when it is your first time. Looking forward to travel with VIP again but hoping those details will be taken care of. Thank you for reading.

We had a really pleasant journey with Giant Ibis from Siem Reap to Bangkok! Very clean bus, we got a small breakfast, lunch, and the tour operator was super friendly and helpful with everything going on at the border. Would definitely recommend spending the extra couple dollars/euros/pounds on this bus company!

The service was great the bus driver and tour guide was great. The only thing I was sat next to a customer who kept saying homophobia things and saying things about my body shape... he called me fat told me I should be popped with a pin and called me a gay pervert... I asked if I could be removed from the seat but the bus was to full.. I also almost got off the bus and took a taxi.. untill a lady on the bus said how upset she was with what he did and changed seats.. I think the company needs to look as things like this if someone is being abused what needs to be done

The bus itself was comfortable, the driver drove safely, and the guide was nice. He did his best to get us through the Thai border as fast as possible, but it still took a long time due to the border guard just being all-round lazy bums determined to usher as many people as possible into the fast processing lane for extra cash.

i really hesitated on this booking due to low ratings and negative reviews. i came to the point where I wanted to cancel it but i can't do a refund. i was so nervous with this trip but then when I ride the bus.. it's very clean and comfortable. when we arrived at the border, there's an employee of the bus that explains to us the whole process. I was wondering why it was 13h to do this trip. turns out that the immigration opens at 7am and queue is so long. took us 4h. NOTE: just be cautious with scammers in Cambodian immigration. you don't have to pay anything else. just say NO when they ask you for money

I have the following to report: 1. I could not get proper information regarding my entry to Thailand (VISA fee exempted) in the bus. Hence had to stand in queue twice, though the second queue was with less hassle. 2. The bus I was travelling in had left by the time we were through the visa process, however, alternate arrangement was readily available, which took us to the main market area in Bangkok. This actually helped me in the end. 3. This way, I would like the trip to 4.5!

The border crossing between Cambodia-Thailand is HORRIBLE. Well, atleast the Cambodian side. shady, small, and slooowww. Then you have to walk in between a crazy market on train raillings towards the Thai border. Well, its all part of the experience right? However the bus is great!! Its small and normal style but it has a toilet inside. The driver and conductor is nice and friendly. They waited for us even though we took like 1:30hrs to almost 2 trying to go through borders. The bus is fairly fast and they give you lunch, snacks and drinks since it wont be making any stops aside from the border drop off. Oh and exchange money before hand if you’re gonna be arriving in Morchit after 5pm coz the banks/exchange places closes real early. The bus station is not very tourist friendly either but all of the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We couldn't be happier with this experience! The bus was comfortable and clean, with decent air conditioning. The only thing was that wi-fi was spotty so I wouldn't rely on having it. A small breakfast with pastry and coffee was provided. During the trip there were semi frequent stops every couple hours in case anyone needed a stretch or bathroom break. The staff was friendly and made sure to clearly explain the process for the border and be available for any questions. We were also provided a small lunch of fried rice and water after we crossed. The driving itself was very smooth, too. We didn't have to worry about a thing for the entirety of the trip. If we need to do a similar trip in the future I wouldn't hesitate to book this company again. Of course, arrival times are dependent on traffic and the line at the border, so keep that in mind if booking this type of travel - for us, we arrived only about 30 minutes late.

Eventhough there are many Bad Reviews about this Travel Agent, this is my real stories. Bangkok - Cambodia (26th Oct 2018) Cambodia - Bangkok (28th Oct 2018) 1. Travel Mart : Bangkok to Cambodia I took the Night Bus, the crew picked me up at McDonalds Khao San Rd around 00.30am (there are 2 Mcd there, just check your ticket to make you are at the right Mcd) and then walked for about 100 meters to the Bus. The Bus arrived in front of Star Plaza around 5am, we waited the Thailand - Cambodia Immigration around 1 hour (The immigration opens at 6am). Then we went there by walk for about 100 meters to get our stamp. The Bus waited us not far from Cambodia Immigration. We got 15-20 minutes rest after one and a half hour journey to the city. We reached the Travel Agent in Cambodia around 10.30 am and they gave us free tuk-tuk ride to our hotel (The Tuk-Tuk Driver also offered us a ride for Angkor Wat or to any other place, but that's not free, if you dont want it, just say NO). 2. VBE : Cambodia - Bangkok It' also Night-Bus and they called it Sleeper Bus, but i just got the same Bus like before (The Ticket said VBE has 3 types of Bus and we will move from Bus to Bus/Minivan). Around 11.30 pm, a pick-up car came to pick me from my hostel (Dont forget, when you arrive in Cambodia or another time you have time, you should tell the Travel Agent which hostel you stay). We arrived at the Cambodia' Border around 4 am so we waited around 2 hours in the Bus (Because the Immigration still closed). After Immigration things finished, the bus went to Bangkok around 8 am (Yeah we waited for a long time haha). We also got 15-20 minutes rest to took our breakfast and arrived safely in Bangkok around 12am (They have 3 different places, Hua Lamphong and KhaoSan Rd, and i forgot haha)

Suggested to change the trip duration to around 11 hours, as that was the true time both ways.

Wonderful bus, the only problem was at the border at the immigration which was not giant ibis company. The waiting queue took two hours and you need to stand, no chairs to sit and we had a four month old baby whom we hard to carry for two hours. I would recommend for old people not to take this route because they won't be able to stand all that long.

The personnel was helpful and nice, we got breakfast and lunch on the road and there were several rest stops. There was a really long queue at the border but that’s not their fault, they tried to make it as smooth as possible. 10/10 would recommend

I was at the agency 30 min before the departure time (as supposedly required), 7:30 am. The bus departed at 9... There should be a guide, who keeps an eye on the passengers as they cross the border, we “lost” two older gentlemen and waited for them for more than an hour (I have no idea what happened to them, we left without them...they were probably fine and just made some other arrangement, but still...)

The Giant Bus company provides a great service. However depending on which staff member you get rates the quality. Our trip Bangkok to the border was fantastic! From there we changed bus to a mini van and a new conductor which wasn’t same quality. Otherwise good company.

The pick up truck and bus were on time. Just the picture of bus posted in website and reality was totally different. It actually don't come with a bed, just normal seated bus. WiFi is not working at all, but can use to check email and some communication apps. Overall bus is good in terms of cleanliness and instruction that given by the operator from both Cambodia and Bangkok. Keep it up!

It was such a hassle-free trip! The conductor was very accommodating, we didn't have to go through the immigration at Poipet, Cambodia as he took all our passports and had it stamped. And then, guided us through Thailand boarder and waited for us outside the immigration to assist us back to the bus. Breakfast and lunch was provided and there were several toilet stops along the way. The only downside was that wifi was slow but it wasn't that big of a deal. We left around 7:50 am and arrived in Bangkok at 4 p.m. I've heard a lot of negative stories about boarder crossing in Cambodia-Thailand and various bus companies but we never experienced any of that. Definitely recommending Giant Ibis! :)

This journey has a guide on the bus who was very reassuring , knowledgeable , and helpful about the border crossing which requires a visa for most people. I took this route in both directions and both guides were great. Also the Internet on the bus is pretty decent and there are bathroom stops along the way.

Taxi was there on the right time on the right place. We first travelled to the border between Cambodia and Thailand and even got help how to cross. In Thailand another taxi was waiting for us. It was a little difficicult to tell the drivers we wanted to make a stop for toilet and food, but we managed. Overall a good experience, except for the time it took to cross the border. You should add at least 2 hours extra to the travelling time because of this. Afterwards we thought we might have better took a flight, thas would have saved us time.

Hassle-free ride, with friendly and accommodating staffs. Highly recommended! Also, I just want to share my personal experience with this bus company. Their staff warned us about the Cambodia-Thailand border scam, when we arrived at the border. The officer at the immigration of Poipet, Cambodia indeed asked us for a 100 baht fee to process our passport, however, because of the advanced warning and tip, we politely refused to pay, and get away safely. :)

Bus was decent - glad it had working AC, toilet on board, snacks & drinks included, and lunch provided. Left almost an hour late, which was a bit disappointing. Very helpful, English speaking staff, which went with the group through the border and make sure no one was left behind. Arrived an hour and a half late. Bus was supposed to have WiFi but didn't. Glad my things were kept safe and I arrived alive - driver was not a maniac, and the trip was direct (no stopping to pick up people along the way).

This is not the amount that I paid for!! Bus has no wifi, and no power sockets to charge your phone. The inspector is not that attentive after your TH entry immigration so I was lost in the area at first - then all of a sudden, I saw him there chatting with some drivers then he called my attention to point where the bus was waiting for us. CR has a foul smell and it would circulate all over your bus :(
