Thore RRide was totally ok. But it was not clear where the pickup takes place. The provided point on the map in the mail is on the airfield itself. I contacted the company by WhatsApp but didn’t get a response. After the car didn’t appeared on the airport pickup place, where all other companies have there meeting point, I called them to find out the meeting plave is next to the airport at a seven-eleven parking spot. This was nowhere mentioned. Even then the pickup was like 20 minutes late. On the ride the car made also a long stop of 20 minutes somewhere to pick up other passengers. In the end we are arrived 30 minutes later than scheduled at the ferry. In our case we had some spare time so it wasn’t critical. But in some cases that could lead to miss your connection schedule.
Please inform better about the exact pickup location and improve support response from the transport company. Better give realistic arrival times depending on further stops.
However car was in good condition and driver was good and well informed about ferry companies locations. Price seems also to be fair.
12go support seems not to be helpful in that case.

David BThe van was nice but they just call the van to come pick you up to the hotel. They told me to wait 50 mins before the van showed up and I think of I didn't contact them on Whatsapp it wouldn't have come. The van itself is comfortable but wait too long to leave so you are nervous about making the ferry. I had to exchange tickets and we arrived late so I needed another 100baht for the motorbike to take me to the office and back

Martyn SI was told to to be at the meeting point half an hour before the scheduled time, which I did, then the driver was half an hour later than that. An hour wasted waiting for a 50 minute journey I could have just got a grab in that time. The driver then proceeded to keep stopping and getting our of the car without new passengers getting on and dissapearing without warning. He also wasn't very friendly at all.
