Ordered small minivan VIP class for $17. We have been picked up by big semi sleeper bus which normally costs $13. Nobody informed us in advance. There were people sleeping next to my feet on floor. My girlfriend was continuously disturbed by woman touching her with her back. Capacity was oversold. Kids screaming and yealling on board. We will not go again with this company.

Firstly, we arrived at the hostel in Ha Giang indicates as the boarding point for the bus at 730 pm for 8 pm departure. By 820 pm , no bus had arrived . Finally one did, but we were told rudely that it was not our bus. I finally called the hotline and was told they would contact the driver to come get us. Not sure what would have happened if I hadn’t called. A shuttle bus finally came and then we made several more stops in Ha Giang to pick up people and cargo. We arrived at the semi sleeper bus about 930 pm. The man organizing the bus (not the driver) was super rude and yelling at all the passengers . We were tourists so no understood him, but he just kept yelling and gesturing angrily. My daughter and I both took a bottom bed, but he came and yelled at us and told us to go up to top bunks. We told him no so he went away for a bit, but later came back and yelled and pointed to my daughter to get up so she finally did even though there were plenty of empty beds still below. He did the same with several other passengers and kept making people change beds. No reason we could see for this. He came and rudely yanked a blanket away from another young lady and gave her a different one. Why? Who knows? We were all mostly just laughing and shaking our heads by this point! We finally left Ha Giang over an hour and a half late and made several more stops to pick up people. Soon there were people sleeping on the floor in the aisles too- which made it impossible to get off the bus for the bathroom stop a few hours later. Arrived over two and a half hours late (345 am ) into Hanoi. Maybe that’s expected of bus travel times , but meant we had only about three hours in our Airbnb before we had to get up the next morning for our flights. Overall, the bus itself was quite comfortable and we did manage to get some sleep. Would have been a more pleasant experience if someone nicer had been organizing us!

The schedule was very bad, meaning that this bus actually stops in every little village/town which is not really assumed in the 6 hours schedule. However the bus was clean and comfortable.

Not enough space in the bus, part of our group had to sit next to the driver. Driver was driving very fast and trying to push other cars/bikes out of the way.

Great safe driver! Picked me up at the motorbike rental place and then dropped me off at my hotel near the airport (it wasn’t really out of the way or else I wouldn’t have asked out of respect for other passengers), and I’m so glad he did it! Saved me about 2 hours and it was getting late. Thank you. Nice job!

Communication with customer service was perfect and great, but the carrier was terrible. Bus came late for more than 1 hour and we missed another shuttle bus so we had to pay another ticket.

Everything on the bus itself was as good as can be expected for an overnight bus. Many amenities such as tv, blanket and massage chairs. However the website said there would be toilets and there were not and it was very difficult to wait and see if the driver would stop. The driver was nice about stopping but hard to communicate and we weren’t sure if we could stop for the bathroom when we started the trip. This made the trip more stressful and hard to sleep.

Nice trip from Hanoi in a Van. Normally I take the bus but the time schedule 3 pm was convenient. The funniest thing was that I was alone in this big van and we started half an hour before. Grate I thought - but the driver constantly call someone on his mobile and talked in the phone - therefore he drove very slow - 20-30 km/h so in the end we reach Hanoi later then the scheduled time anyway. I am at least happy that he slowed down when he talked in the phone instead of driving fast - but please it was still a bit odd and sometimes he lost his focus on the road.

HA GIANG - HANOI: The bus was late picking us up by about 15 minutes and left Ha Giang nearly an hour late. The company did call my phone to make sure I was on the bus which was very nice and appreciated. The driver made us sit in the back which made me feel very sick. It soon became apparent that the foreigners were made to sit in the back. The locals were permitted to sit wherever and pay later. The locals were also dropped off wherever they wanted. Our trip was supposed to drop off at the Hanoi Opera House but the driver made us get out miles away in front of a group of waiting taxi drivers. I showed the driver my receipt that indicated I was supposed to be dropped off somewhere else, and used a translator to make sure he understood, bit he did not care and made us get out so we had to pay an extra 125,000 to get to our hotel. The bus itself is very nice, roomy, comfortable, and has power on every seat so you can charge your phone off you need to. The air conditioning worked very well and every seat came with a blanket and pillow (the pillow was from Vietnam airlines which we thought was funny). The seats recline very far. If you are in a rush or just really don't care so long as you get where your going this company will get the job done and you will be comfortable, but if you have time to plan ahead I would recommend using someone else. I may have just had a bad driver, and every other part of the trip from the bus to the management was A+, so just do your research and good luck!

The seats were quite comfortable, but we had a lot of issues before being allowed on the bus, the chauffeur wanted us to pay again. Upon arriving at the bus station just outside Hanoi, nobody could explain how we could get to be city. We were luckily brought by a minibus, but then we were suddenly dropped close to the Opera (far from our destination). Other guys on the bus had to book a taxi to get to the city.

Called the company during the day to confirm our free pick up spot. Gave them my phone number to call if they were coming. Seemed like the could not find the place, although we had a clear agreement. I did not get a call - so we missed our intended bus. Luckily another bus came by and took as along. We had to bluf our tickets were paid for. Not comfortable doing that... also the alternative bus took longer than our planned one....

The guy collecting the tickets was extremely rude, physically pushing people, even smacking people on the bum and yelling at them aggressively. If you take this bus I sincerely hope the same ticket collector is not on your bus. It made for a very uncomfortable experience.
