Bus confortable, staff sympathique.

Really impressed with this service, the driver was lovely and the guide was even lovelier! So friendly and helpful. The bus was comfy (id recommend trying to book the back seats) they reclinded with foot rests that popped up. There was air con which wasn't too cold as some buses are - also wifi and USB ports to charge phones etc! They provided breakfast (iced coffee and croissants) and lunch (egg fried rice). They helped sort out our visas for us at the cost of 1400 Baht which saved us having to do it at the border so we could just go straight through the queues! All in all, very excellent service would highly recommend !!

Good pricr ansbBus was comfy with great recline on the seats. Easy to get to where we went and great staff. Wi-Fi on the first half of the trip was also a treat. While I appreciated the fact they did the Cambodian boarder visas for us I didn't love the $10USD extra we each had to pay (visa is normally 30 they charged us 40). Lots of stop and go traffic and pretty bumpy so I was very nauseous but this is typical South East Asia travel. Also picked up random passengers about 30 min from Siam reap and we didn't have enough seats for them, was very odd. Bonus was the free tuk tuk to our hotel! Overall great hassle free boarder crossing experience and would do again but would take a gravol first!

Service was good except for the following: 1.) For Filipinos, we don't have to pay any fee for the visa since we are part of the Visa Exemption as part of the ASEAN. They asked us to pay for 200baht/5usd for the processing fee. We said that we don't have enough baht since we used it in Thailand. Then they said that we have the option to not pay but we have to line-up at the Cambodia immigration. Only advantage if you pay for the 'processing fee' is.. After thai immigration, you can go straight to the bus and they'll process the cambodia stamp. No need to line-up at the cambodia immigration. 2.) Upon arrival at Siem Reap, we were advised that we have a free transfer to our hostel. It was true but our tuktuk driver kept on offering us tours. We got our Angkor wat sunrise tour (small circuit) with him for 30usd though at first he mentioned that it can be a mixed circuit. On the day itself he was claiming that he only said small circuit. So, if you still want to check other rates, you can just probably say that you already have a booked tour with your hotel.

Overall, it was a great experience! Bus was big and seats were comfortable enough as they can be reclined to almost 180 degrees. Our guide was very accommodating and really helped us with immigration. We sadly did not get his name. We were also given free snacks and lunch. One downside though was the waiting time in the morning. We were told to go to their shop at least 30 minutes before but their shop was still closed. We were confused what to do since there were no signs and there were no opening hours so we had to wait on the pavement for the shop to open. When they finally opened, we were only told to wait and no further instructions were given. But overall, the trip was amazing. Relatively safe compared to other buses since there were 2 drivers.

The bus was ok, big, old, but clean, comfortable seats, air conditioner, we received water, buiscuits and wifi password. The biggest problem I see in information about pick up point. In booking confirmation have written pick up point is Khao San road, Bangkok, and under this was written address of the station: Soi 17 petchaburi road, so two places far apart. And on the official page of Virak Buntham Company was written another different pick up point for my bus, Chao Fa Rd. So I was pretty confused. What was good, that our driver help us on boarder and show where and how to do everything, so nobody was scammed. Very uncomfortable was when we arrived to final destination, Siem Reap, tired and sleepy, and suddenly tuk tuk drivers jumped in to the bus, took are baggages and put in their tuk tuks and started loudly offered their services (and cheated us).

Was a nice trip.. had free coffee in a can, croissants, water and fried rice. The seats are comfy and me and my partner both managed to get a sleep. The tour guide was very happy and friendly. The border crossing was easy and fairly quick.. again the tour guide was helpful in this area. The only down side is no toilet on board.. we knew this when we booked but it would add comfort to the trip if there was one. Thank you

The tour guide is very helpful and informative. He must see to it the all passengers are safe, giving instructions the whole trip and very accommodating. The cons was the immigration officer asking for 100baht per person though we are told Filipinos have free visa. Breakfast and lunch provided. They should put wifi on the bus.Overall rating is quite good????

The information and instructions given by the 12go asia are detailed. Services provided by Giant Ibis Transport is superb. You don't need to do anything but to sit and relax. We've given a croisant and coffee, and during lunch they've provided water and fried rice with cucomber. All procedures were explained by there incharge person. I didn't clearly heard the name of the person maybe his Mr. Rif/z or something, but his excellent not only as an incharge person assigned by the company but he also became as tour guide of Cambodia. We haven't faced any issue in Thailand and most especially Cambodia Immigration and everything went smoothly, we all have our passport stamps in less than an hour and arrived in Siem Reap station safely and satisfied. I strongly recomd the agency 12go asia for no hasle purchasing of tickets and Giant Ibis Transport for the superb services and trip.

The guide is very helpful, he is warm in welcoming us to Cambodia. We arrived ahead of schedule and the guide still helped us to have our ride via tuktuk to our Hotel. We had our breakfast and lunch at the bus which is very convenient!!! For lunch, I think it just needs to have meat and not just fried egg, but as to taste, it’s good.

A great way to get from Bangkok to Siem Reap. It is specially good for the border crossing which is chaotic. The bus guide leads everyone through very efficiently and you can leave your luggage on the bus which avoids carrying or hauling it several hundred metres and up and down staircases.

The bus is comfortable enough. They provide water, a snack and a blanket. But~ They also try to make you pay more for the visa to Cambodia, which is better to do by yourself. Also, once in Siem Reap, free Tuk-Tuk are available to drive you to your accomodation (but only if you book them for another day).

Super friendly staff, well-organised journey, especially around the border crossing at Poipet. wifi on the bus is very patchy, though that's more down to the reception. Food could be improved. The bus was comfortable with plenty of legroom.

I had heard good review but they 100% exceeded my expectations! I cannot recall the mans name but he came on and helped everyone with the visa stuff, explained everything to us so we knew what was going on. They gave us a croissant and a canned coffee for breakfast and then egg fried rice and a cold water at lunch after the boarder. Would 100% recommend to everyone! I’m already planning to take two more buses with them!

The staff overcharged for Visa. The said Combodia Visa Fee was 35 USD and would charge 5 USD for convenience. Later on i discovered Visa fee was only 30 USD. They charged 100 THB extra for Pasport Size photo but never took any photo. The Toilet in the bus was not clean. There was no provision for washing hands. I would not suggest anyone to take this bus.

The coach was nice and the border crossing was made easy. I’m glad I opted to make this journey over land, it was a nice ride. The English speaking guide was accommodating and proud of his Khmer heritage, it was nice to see. Then drivers did a nice job driving, everything seemed safe. One of the gentlemen drivers was sitting in front of me on the stairs during the period when he was not driving (I was in seat 1E) and I saw him very obviously take a photo of me and send it to someone using Facebook messenger. Normally I couldn’t be sure this was happening, but he was sitting less then a meter from me and I could clearly see. He attempted to do it again, but I covered myself so he would not be able to photograph me. I am a woman of size and a novelty in south east Asia, but that doesn’t excuse taking an unauthorized photo and sending it off to have a laugh....in my eye line. If you’re going to be a jerk, at least be a bit more subtle about it.

Bus was on time, clean and with super friendly staff. Toilet on board and the crossing to the boarder was one of the easiest I’ve done. The staff took care of the visas promptly. We were provided with water, a wet towel and snack and free tuk tuk from the bus in siem reap to the hotel. One of the most pleasant trips I’ve had in Asia, definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Good bus, friendly staff, comfortable seats, acceptable snacks. No WC on board... And wi-fi only works on the Thailand side. Crossing to Cambodia a bit tumultuous, but it's not the company's fault - and everybody made it!

This was the most professional guide and most positive trip I've ever experienced in Thailand. It had EVERYTHING to do with the professionalism of our Cambodian guide and that he spoke English. From start to finish, he answered every question, kept us all on time, and we all were able to understand what to do. I've never experienced a smoother tour or trip through immigration into a country. This is one of the most positive experiences I've ever had in Thailand. He was even helping other people in line at Thailand immigration border. I think it would be good to bring some extra snacks for this is a long bus ride. We arrived to beautiful and sunny Siemp Reap just in time. Thanks!

The bus was really comfy, we also got some food, coffee and water, and the staff was really nice. They took care of the visas at the airport (40 usd in total) and we just had to cross the border on foot. We had no problems, everything went smooth. :)

The staff is really nice and so is the driving. Plus they help you with the visa too. The only downside was the food offered and the delay. We reached at almost 5pm. Nonetheless best bus service to Siem Reap. Definitely go for it even if it's a bit higher than the others.

The coach had comfortable reclining seating with plenty of leg room, included a croissant and coffee for breakfast, a lunchbox of egg fried rice and bottle of water. The air conditioning was okay but not the best. We were pleasantly surprised there were usb plugs and wifi but they were slow/flakey. The staff were polite with good English. The border crossing was confusing at times but went smoothly, we paid a total of $40 each for our visa on arrival including the fast-track batch visa service (no passport photo required). The main concern for the passengers was a lack of bathroom breaks/ lack of communication as to when the next toilet break would be and as a result we didn't drink enough water during the trip. The pickup and drop-off were on time and the drivers were safe. Overall it was excellent, we wouldn't have wanted to cross the border any other way than the direct bus with the option for batch visa applications, it definitely saved us a lot of time and hassle and when we got off the bus to cross the border we didn't even have to take our bags with us!
