Même si le chauffeur de votre van ne vous le demande pas, attachez toujours votre ceinture de sécurité lorsque vous voyagez en van.
- Si vous avez facilement le mal des transports, et que votre voyage comporte des tronçons sinueux, le risque d’être malade est plus élevé en van qu'en bus. Prenez vos médicaments une demi-heure avant le départ pour plus de sécurité.

le bus n'avait pas de suspension, 4 h 00 à sauter, certains sièges ne pouvaient plus se régler et quand vous vous appuyez sur le dossier, il partait en arrière. Mauvaise compagnie qui n'entretient pas le matériel

Le chauffeur ne semble pas avoir apprécié que des sièges aient été payés pour accueillir des bagages. Il a d'ailleurs fait enlever ceux d'un touriste qui avait payé pour. On a compris une demi heure plus tard que c'était pour pouvoir embarquer d'autres voyageurs qui attendaient en bord de route.

If you’re staying in bkk center and trying to get to Pranburi it’s definitely the easiest and cheapest option, however once the bus gets past the greater Bangkok area it starts stopping to let people on or off very frequently. This adds a lot of extra time to the journey. We planned to take it all the way to Pranburi but decided to get out at Hua Hin because we had enough of the stopping. It took nearly 5 hours to get to Hua Hin from Ekamai. We also paid for an extra ticket for a bag and were asked to show that to the ticket lady at the desk, but then the bus driver was confused why we had 3 tickets for 2 people and put our bag in the luggage hold… so I’m unsure if you actually need to buy another ticket. It’s also worth noting that if you get off in Pranburi and don’t have a taxi or lift already arranged you might struggle to get to Pak Nam Pran if that’s where you’re heading. We managed to get a Grab from Hua Hin to our hotel in Pak Nam Pran for about 350b. Overall, I think if you’re traveling in a group more than 2 people you might as well just book a Bolt.

Punctual and fast all in all... But old van with inconvenient plastic seats which make you sweat. Many stops to drop off people but no stop for toilet. My friend was charged 200 Baht though his baggage was not oversized.

The car was very run down. Terrible suspensjon and seats worn out. This car belongs in the scrapyard! I have driven this route many times before, but this was by far the worst minivan I have ever been in. By the wa, I took the minivan leaving at 12.00 not 13.00.

I’d say it was okay since we were able to be dropped off at Ekkamai safely and earlier than the intended time. Maybe it’s just a mishap on my part but my thinking was that the seats were already pre-booked and the minibus would leaving Hua Hin filled with passengers. However, this was not the case. The minibus had multiple stops along the way. It was alright and I had no issues with it but we were just surprised that this was the case. The bus was kinda old as well and the aircon was not as cool as it should so it got a little uncomfortable because of the heat. The seats were also uncomfortable as the ride progressed. The driver however, was friendly and amicable and dropped us safely to our destination which made up for the whole trip.

I don't really understand why we need to arrive 1h before departure time if we book in advance online. I booked a 7am trip, arrived at 6.30am at the van station, and the van was already full. 2nd time it happens to me, annoying to wake up at 5am, to ride 6km by bicycle, for not having space in the trip you booked online (and paid for!)... Anyway, I waited for an hour and arrived safe in Hua hin, the trip only takes around 3hours, instead of the 4h hours announced ;)

This ride was actually smooth and nice. Very nice driver. Unlike what they write in the reservation, you don't need to buy an extra sit for your suitcase. If your backpack or suitcase are normal sized, they will find a place for them. The AC was a little weak, but ok.

Good way to travel from bkk to Hua Hin! Cheap and decent bus, and it took less than 4hours. One stop along the way so you could go to the toilet.

Voyage très bien, on a même pu partir avant l'heure réservé,😅 car arrivé trop tôt au point de rendez-vous.
Il faut être parmi les premiers à monter si vous êtes deux à voyager sinon vous risquez d'être séparé surtout si le bus est rempli dès le départ.
Les places à l'arrière étaient plus spacieuse mais un peu moins confortable à mon goût..... mais j'ai été bercé de ce fait j'ai pu dormir.😁
Il y 1 eu 1arret WC pour qui voulait.
Et le bus a fait plusieurs stop sur la route pour récupérer du monde.
Globalement bien.

Had to buy 2 seats to carry my suitcase, turns out there was plenty of space anyways..the back seat has some rough suspension under it and half way through the trip the aircon stopped working! The driver pulled over, made some calls then just had us open all the windows..brutal journey all in all and I won't do it again. Use the VIP airport service as I did on the way here..far better and worth the cost!

Language barrier made it a bit difficult to find the bus, and we had to get a ticket at the station, so we could not just board. Of course, they didn't charge us but insisted we get a ticket to board.

It did the job of getting me from point A to point B. However, it did not stop or drop off people at the 'final' bus stop because it did not exist. It was confusing and the driver was not helpful when we clearly missed the 'final' stop. Main stops/attractions need to be established along the main road in Hua Hin for those that don't read or speak Thai.

You get what you pay for. The first hour was wasted because of 5 stops before even leaving the city limits, which was followed by another 5-6 stops en route to Bangkok. The seats are very uncomfortable. That said, it gets you from A to B at a affordable price. Would I book it again? Probably not.

Either left 30mins late or 30mins early, I am not sure. However, it was completed packed and no place to put any luggage. Our minivan was due to depart at 11am. Arrived at Ekkamai at 10:30am and there was a van just departing. Ours left at 11:30am and I am sure there was both 11am and 12 noon passengers onboard. If you have large luggage, I understand why you have to pay for another seat because there isn't any storage areas. Minivans not in the best condition. Drivers, whilst professional in their driving but not in appearance. I think I would book a private minivan next time and pay the extra, especially if more than one person.

The exact location of the minivan station is ambiguous. Confusingly there is another much more obvious bus station, maybe 50 meters away. I enquired at the bus station but was met with incomprehension until I mentioned Ekkamai.

Pick up point was just below Ekkamai station, was very easy to find. The bus left on time as well, although we reached slightly earlier just to be safe. The journey to Hua Hin was smooth as well, 4 hours drive with 1 pit stop.

The service of 12go is good but the driver of the minivan from Hui Hin to Bangkok is awful. It took almost 6 hours and the driver was drive smoothly.

The bus was clean and comfortable, but the journey took almost 3 and a half hours and they never stopped and let passengers use the restroom. It was too long of a journey for us without a bathroom break, and made the second part of the ride pretty uncomfortable.

The van driver was an absolute racist dirt bag, rude to foreigners regardless how fluent in Thai or polite you were. Definitely would recommend passing this on to the company if they value foreign customers. Wanted to slap him numerous times.

Départ en retard car le chauffeur attendais un colis qu’il devait livrer pendant le trajet .
En fait, il a même livré une dizaine de paquets sir le chemin donc arrêts à chaque fois …
Conduite comme un chauffard pour essayer de rattraper son retard, pas du tout sympathique. Rien à voir avec le service VIP proposé par la compagnie.
