Les chauffeurs étaient désagréables, parlaient sans cesse très fort jusqu’à 23h, étaient au téléphone en conduisant. Nous étions aux places de devant et à partir de 23h, ils fumaient au volant donc nous avions l’odeur de la cigarette dans les couchettes. Sans oublier qu’il était impossible de dormir vu qu’ils ne faisaient que klaxonner !

Chauffeur désagréable, au téléphone en conduisant, avec une conduite dangereuse. Arrivé avec 20 minutes de retard Sous traité a une autre compagnie de transport On nous a laissé sur la route à un local, qui a fait les derniers kilomètres avec son vieux minibus, sans nous donner d'explications claires. Le bus limousine de Halong Limousine ( et non Interbus) devant retourner a Hanoï avant la fin de notre transfert.

Couchette très propre et confortable, avec une petite couette à disposition. Elle avait étonnamment pas mal de place pour dormir, j’en suis étonnée. Le conducteur conduisait bien et avec précaution, on est arrivés 2h en avance !

Les bus n’est pas le plus confortable que j’ai testé, il n’y avais pas d’oreiller. La Clim était trop forte et nous avions très froid. Le bus est arrivé plus de 2h en avance donc autour de 5h30 au lieu de 7h30 du matin. Et ils ne nous ont pas déposés à l’endroit prévu.

La bus était propre. Il y a eu un arrêt pour aller aux toilettes. La conduite était calme. Nous sommes arrivés à l’heure malgré une heure de retard pour le départ. Les couvertures n’avaient pas été nettoyées entre les utilisateurs.

Le bus est parti avec près d'1h de retard. Et il avait des sièges inclinables, au lieu d'une cabine double comme c'était annoncé. A Hue, le bus s'est arrêté, tout le monde a dû descendre. Les bagages ont été déchargés. Le premier bus est parti. Un second bus est arrivé peu après pour finir le trajet. Celui-ci avait des cabines. Au final, près de 3h de retard à l'arrivée, et une nuit sur des sièges inconfortables. Donc, mauvaise expérience.

Nous ne recommandons pas Mike travel agency… Les véhicules sont loins d’être récents et surtout à deux reprises les conducteurs et leurs conduite n’avais rien de rassurant… Seul vrai + la prise en charge et la disponibilité de la hotline

Il n'y avait pas assez de sièges VIP disponibles pour tous les 3, l'un d'entre nous a dû monter devant avec le chauffeur, ce qui était bien moins confortable. Par contre les sièges VIP étaient très bien.

Le bus est arrivé avec 10 mins, rien de très grave sauf quand tout est timé pour avoir son avion à temps ! Changement de bus au tiers du trajet, le premier est une épave, le 2e est beaucoup plus confortable. Arrive à Hanoï, un dernier changement pour nous faire monter en voiture jusqu'à l'aéroport. Beaucoup de changements, mais il suffit de demander au conducteur et il vous aiguille sans problème.

The first bus smelt but was a decent. The second bus was alright but a bit dirty. The third transport was TERRIBLE. We were sent a 6 seater car to take 6 people (and luggage) but you forgot that the driver was the 7th person, so there was not enough room for all of us. The couple who was with us had to sit on their legs. It was lucky that one of the couples spoke English because the drivers were not helpful at all. We were not happy with your service or drivers at all.

We got picked up over an hour late with zero information or anyone to ask, that didn't bother us too much, but we were the first ones there and the last one on the bus as 3 arrived at the same time and there were no one giving any information, and it was a different bus company to the one that was on our ticket. As we were the last ones on the bus we got the back of the bus and these cabins were quite a bit smaller than the others. Also no TVs , it's just a picture in a frame

We were at time at Mike‘s Agency and the Bus driver arrived also 10 minutes early, and we thought, “great, we’re leaving now”. But that wasn’t really the case, because he brought us to another bus station and we had to get off the bus to wait for the right one, a coworker pointed us the bus and said “this is your bus” but another coworker said you have to wait first and then we were confused. Then I became a WhatsApp message from the company that it said that we had a large amount of luggage and we had to pay 200.000 VND, I sent a screenshot of the voucher where it said that every passenger was allowed two pieces luggage 20kg, and we had 4 luggage. We didn’t get an answer and we were able to board the bus, which had been there for 20 minutes. We had a bad experience with 12GO,

We started 30 minutes earlier and we arrived around 1 hour earlier.The bus was looking new, the cabins were clean and well equipped with different lights, 2 cold air blowers, a blanket, a pillow, a bottle of water and a massage remote. Didn't manage to operate the TV though. The side window is very big and the bed is very comfortable. Didn't manage to catch too much sleep because the road was bumpy and the driver was talking many times loudly.

It was super uncomfortable. We had the last cabins and they were small and it did not work properly to flat the seat. On the other hand, we forgot a bag at the pick up and they managed to get it before leaving ha Giang. If it was not for that it would be 1 star only. It also stop A LOT in the middle of the road with no reason.

They made is come 1 hour before departure because we were going to leave sooner only to wait 1h in the bus for 1 late comer and departure was even ́later then the initial hour. Staff unfriendly. WiFi was bad, bluethooth didn't work and the two stops were way too little.

Overall, it was good. The cabins were clean on the surface and there were no problems with our luggage (2 big suitcases). The driver was nice and drove reasonably. No honking, but sometimes he drove really fast. We had 1 stop after only 30mins of driving and then no other stop until 6am. But we could sleep well in the bus. However, in one of our cabins the bed was broken so you couldn’t change the position of the backrest. The bus was also 1 hour late and the Wifi did NOT work but that seems to be normal here. Also, there were random people sleeping on the floor for a few hours in the middle of the night. They were gone by the morning. Then, after our morning stop, we were asked to move to one cabin together for the remaining 2 hours of the ride. The other cabin was then occupied by 3 new passengers. But overall, it was a surprisingly good way of transportation.

There were a lot of power points in the individual cabins that did not work. The driver was advised but he couldn’t fix them. Just said they were broken. This is not good enough on a long trip.

One of the cabin we booked was smaller in the end of bus, so it was not very comfy for 170cm tall person. Drive was shorter by 3h which we didn’t mind but the drivers just wake you up and rush you out of the bus so they can continue and finish the trip. We where in some random bus stop (either way we would take taxi from other bus stop) but just to organize ourselves better for future, we will not count with drop off point for 100%

In general, all was fine, the bus was comfortable and clean. Water was provided and there was a toilet on the bus. But even though we arrived 2 hours early (5:30 am) in Hue, we were urged to get off the bus in a hurry, so we could not even check, where we were. The dropoff was some 8 km from the named dropoff (we had a hotel booked in walking distance but needed a taxi, as the actual dropoff was so far away). Anyway, we were happy the driver woke us in Hue, as we were so early, we would have missed the exit otherwise.

The drivers where talking very loud, honking a lot and the beds where way to small for europeans. Almost impossible to sleep. Never take a 34 sleeper again. Try a 22 sleeper! The bus was late and made us walk to an other pick up with our lagguage, disappointing. We arrived a little early though which was great.

Overall a smooth trip. Started 20 minutes late but arrived on time. Bus was clean and in good condition. Dislike not having a clue about when it will stop for bathroom/food. The one stop we made had clean enough bathrooms but the restaurant was unappealing. Limited packages snacks for sale.

Can't complain. About as comfortable as a sleeper bus could be. Arrived early, relatively smooth ride. Could have used one more pitstop. USB port wasn't working. Also no instructions for TV. Massage cushions were a nice touch. Much better than Futa, worth the extra cost. Only real problem was that pickup point was changed after I went to original location but new pickup was right next to my hotel so I wasted money on two Grab rides.

The organisation of the transfer was excellent, and they took extra care of me after I informed them that I was injured. The seats were comfortable; however, there was a really bad smell of mould, which made the 12-hour journey quite unpleasant. Usb charger also not working on my seat, and light not working on my husband seat.
