The driver was most of the time looking to the mobile mobile phone messages and this caused me discomfort and insecurity on the trip, especially since I traveled with my son. As a driver, I don't know about the code rules in Thailand but in Europe it is prohibited as it is a risk of driving attention as it disconnects the driver from the reality where he is. I understand that it's important to send and receive work-related but personal messages constantly, I don't think it's normal.

All was perfect. Driver was very kind, and he was on time (even sooner !). Travel in a electrical car. One stop. 2h30 of driving.
12GO was perfect too. We gave an adress of an hotel in Kanchanaburi (because we were near Erawan) and then we arrived in front of this hotel. About a few minutes before the meeting time. And we checked on the street. Then I received a call from 12GO, the driver was already here waiting for us inside the parking of the hotel ! Thanks you very much for the service quality ! :-)

30 min delay. I do not know who to blame. We asked to be picked up at Ao Prao Pier. We’ve been notified that it would be ok. Did the driver be advised ?
Moreover I contacted 12go support to have the taxi plate number as I did not receive It. As I did not receive any answer despite I paid for priority support, I had to contact MCC Van company myself to get the information. Fortunately I kept the contact from a previous booking.

Le chauffeur nous attendait à la sortie du train avec une pancarte indiquant notre nom, super pratique pour le retrouver ! Il a très bien conduit et nous a déposé directement à l'hôtel. Je recommande ce trajet qui permet d'aller plus vite qu'en prenant un bus, et qui est bien plus confort !

Driver going high speed, switching lanes all the time while continuously checking Whatsapp messages. Passed several accidents along route. We did not have an accident though and arrived at Banphe pier in less than 2 hours. Driver helpfull in finding counter to buy tickets for ferry.

That the ferry services are excluded for the passengers ok but for the vehicle no!
In fact, your price seems advantageous compared to other companies, but at home you have to add the administration fees and the ferry tickets for the passengers and the vehicle, which considerably increases the bill and therefore makes the service less attractive than some of your competitors with whom everything is included without unpleasant surprises.
The note should rather say good than great because there remains this unpleasant side since it is necessary to add in the 700thb.

There was a plastic wall inside the car installed in the stupidest way possible - mounted right in the middle of the passengers feet area blocking the majority of that space. Impossible to fit my feet and extremely uncomfortable. I have never seen anything like that during my whole life.
