Sachez que les différentes classes de billets ne sont pas toutes disponibles sur certains itinéraires, mais pour les voyages plus longs, il y a presque toujours un large choix. Choisissez un bus de nuit pour un voyage de nocturne plus confortable et pratique. Les bus de nuit sont généralement équipés de couchettes ou de sièges inclinables confortables, disposent de toilettes à bord, et votre billet peut également inclure d'autres avantages comme des snacks, ou même un déjeuner. Choisir un bus de nuit permet également d’économiser le prix d’une nuit d'hôtel. Pendant la journée, le service express propose souvent le meilleur rapport qualité-prix, car il fait moins d'arrêts qu'un bus de classe ordinaire ou standard, et se déplace plus rapidement. Sur certains itinéraires, il peut être crucial de choisir la bonne classe car, par exemple, un bus ordinaire ou de deuxième classe peut avoir besoin d’environ 6 heures pour parcourir une distance qui serait parcourue en 2 heures par un bus de première classe ou express !

Avantages du voyage en bus
- Généralement les bus couvrent le plus grand réseau de destinations. Ils desservent des endroits où vous ne pouvez pas vous rendre en avion ou même en train.
- Voyager en bus est facile : il n'est pas nécessaire d'arriver au terminal de bus avec beaucoup d'avance, et l'enregistrement est généralement une formalité très rapide comparé au voyage en avion.
- Les billets de bus sont très abordables. Il est vrai qu’il existe des options coûteuses, en première classe ou VIP, mais si votre budget est limité, le bus est le moyen de transport le plus indiqué.
- Mais il existe aussi différentes classes de service pour répondre à tous les budgets. Si vous recherchez un niveau de confort plus élevé, les bus peuvent également vous convenir.
Inconvénients du voyage en bus
- Les terminaux de bus interurbains peuvent être situés en dehors du centre-ville, dans la périphérie. Cela signifie que vous devrez prévoir le temps nécessaire et le budget supplémentaire pour vous y rendre. Pour certaines destinations, se rendre à la gare routière peut vous coûter plus cher que prévu, car seul un nombre limité de compagnies de transport est autorisé à desservir la ligne - et les tarifs peuvent grimper.
- Lors des week-ends de grande affluence ou en haute saison, les bus desservant certaines destinations touristiques peuvent ne pas respecter les horaires indiqués et nécessiter une réservation préalable.
- Bien que les bus ne soient pas aussi dépendants de la météo que les ferries, les voyages en bus peuvent également être retardés ou annulés à cause du mauvais temps ou de l'état des routes. Gardez cela à l'esprit si vous voyagez pendant la haute saison ou vers certaines destinations.

Booking confirmation said 1:50h, but the ride took almost 3h. Had to book another, earlier ride back to Bangkok because we wouldn't be able to catch our connecting flight, if the travel back would be equally longer than advertised.

The lady at the booth was very friendly and made sure we got in the right bus on time, bringing is to the departure area. The bus was on time and brought us where we needed to be for a very low price.

All it’s ok
that is the surprise because the trip were in a mini bus and we have 4 suitcases but it was not a problem, suitcases travelled down the corridor
The bus left 20 minutes early because it was full. The lady of the agency looked for us in the terminal to leave as soon as possible. Thank you very much!

Horaires un peu aléatoires (partis avec 15mn de retard et arrivés avec 45mn de retard) mais c'est assez classique par ici donc on prend son temps.
On est passé par la boutique au second étage du southern terminal bus de Bangkok pour échanger le voucher et la dame nous a amené gentimen au bus. Lequel était climatisé et avec siège inclinable mais sans espace pour les grosses valises ou sac à dos. Donc le coincer entre les jambes (le chauffeur peut en mettre 2 à côté de lui également). Et si valise dans le couloir, ça bloque tout donc la prendre sur ses genoux pour laisser passer les gens. Système de réservation internet très bien fait.

Second time we've used this transit around the area. While the van was bigger and in better condition, the fact we had to pay for extra seats again for one small suitcase and a bag but the area they stored said baggage was the 'non seated' area at the front of the van. And had piled multiple bags with ours, did they charge everyone?
With the first one, we actually took a seat with the luggage but not this one is my point.
Drive it's was nice, he was a little distracted used his phone a couple of times. But we arrived safe in Bangkok and ahead of time.

We arrived at the bus terminal at 11:50. We were told the 12:00 bus was full and we had to wait for the next one. We showed them the tickets purchased for the 12:00 bus and they refused to let us on. We caught the next bus at 12:30.

The connection from Kanchanaburi station to Erawan was not a van, they put us to the old and local erawan bus. Minibus from Bangkok to Kanchanaburi was ok, no toilet breaks though.

Helpful check-in and we were able to board pretty early; as soon as we arrived at the Kanchanaburi bus terminal. Booking said we'd arrive at 5:15pm and I think we made it to the southern bus terminal around 5:30. You walk over the pedestrian bridge (2 stories of steep narrow stairs) to get to the terminal in Bangkok after you disembark so if you have a lot of luggage it will be difficult.

We have no information on the last stop the bus does.
The bus does a looooot of stops during the ride and even takes cats in boxes on the road, ending doing a lot of noise during an hour continue.

On the 12go website, it was stated that we should book an additional seat if we have large luggage. That’s why we booked 3 seats for 2 people. However, there was actually luggage space at the back of the bus.
Even though we arrived early at the bus station, all seats were already taken right after the luggage was loaded. There were two seats left, but we couldn’t sit together. Other passengers had placed their bags on the seats, which made it difficult to sit properly and led to back pain.
Since we paid for three seats but didn’t even get one comfortable seat per person, we feel this is not good service. Otherwise, the bus itself seemed comfortable and was reasonably on time.

We were comfortable in the first minibus which had AC plus we paid for an additional seat for our luggage which worked out great. But then we transferred to another minibus with only fans and were crammed in. We did not have additional space for the luggage so it was very uncomfortable. We were unaware of the transfer beforehand. The first bus did not stop for a bathroom break after 2 hours. Then when we transferred we asked to stop and the driver kindly did at a gas station which the first driver refused to do after asking. I would probably not do this again as all the information was unclear to us beforehand.

Приветливый персонал, проводили от стойки регистрации до автобуса, потеряться не возможно :) Автобус выехал и приехал по расписанию. Место под багаж нет, чемоданы приходится ставить в узкий проход между сидениями.
