Bonjour
Le voyage en bus s’est plutôt bien passé.
Par contre le bateau a été compliqué.
J’avais réservé une arrivée à 8h30.
On nous a mis sur un bateau qui n’allait pas à la bonne île. La mer était agitée. ( 1h15 aller retour )
On est revenu à notre point de départ.
On a repris un autre bateau 2h plus tard.
Très mauvaise communication !!!

Faire 13h de van c’est assez dur mais déjà il n’y avait pas trop de Clim, on a tourné pendant deux heures dans Phnom Penh et à la fin à 22h le chauffeur fait exprès de nous déposer au mauvais endroit parce qu’il est de mèche avec un tuk tuk pour nous arnaquer

Voyage très bien, confort, à l'heure, mais s'arrête très fréquemment pour récupérer des choses sur la route donc énormément d'arrêts du véhicule. Cependant l'heure d'arrivée reste respectée

Réservation en ligne non prise en compte par l'opérateur. Il manquait deux places déjà payées pour le voyage. Casé à 3 dans des petites cabines de 2. Et il vous font bien comprendre qu'on a de la chance de pouvoir prendre le bus. Pas de remboursement. Appelé avant avec cet opérateur pour vérifier que votre réservation en ligne a bien été enregistrée. Je n'ai eu aucun problème avec les autres compagnies. C'est pourquoi j'étais vraiment dépité lorsqu'ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne retrouvaient pas ma réservation et qu'il n'y avait pas assez de places pour notre groupe.

The Office Hygiene and the Toilet is much as bad, no Go!
No sensible Service and is was very Bad to know that there was no Toilet on the Bus.
The many stops for Toilet were not good for sleeping as sleeping Bus, because the room is to lighting then.

It was old and nearly broke down a few times but the drivers managed to get us to our destination.

The bus was more comfortable than expected given its small ‘double beds’ however the staff on the bus were very rude. They stopped only once for a toilet break on a 12hr journey but stopped constantly for picking up cargo. At one point I asked when the next toilet break would be and was told 5minutes followed by a lot of laughter, there was not another toilet break…

Very small and uncomfortable mattress for 2 people. Air con was too cold for the very small thin blanket they give you. Got about 3 hours sleep in total.

I don't know if I would advise it for solo travelers, I got lucky and didn't have to share the bed, but sharing that small bed with a stranger could have been a bit awkward, apart from that I would highly recommend it, on time, clean and good driver

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and clean.
The only problem is we purposely chose a bed that wasn’t right at the back so that we wouldn’t be lying near the engine as it always gets uncomfortably hot there, or by the toilet which can be loud and smelly. But the seating plan when booking is different to seats in real life as there is an aisle of double beds and an aisle of single beds. So we were in fact at the very back and I didn’t get any sleep in between being boiling hot and also having people slam the toilet door next to my head all night. Rating 4/5 as I’m sure that if we had been in a different bed we would have had a decent sleep.

As expected for a cheap night bus. Got woken up halfway to change busses and took two hours longer than estimated but still managed 6-odd hours sleep and made it there nonetheless.

The beds are super small and there is no space to put backpacks near the beds. You get the quality you pay for.
The road was not too bumpy and the driver was not driving too crazy: we could get a few hours of sleep.

The sleeping bus was fine, but if you are traveling alone I would recommend booking 2 seats next to each other. The bed is very small, even when your next to someone you know. I would recommend putting on warm clothes as the airco was very cold!!
We arrived half an hour early in Siem Reap.

The company CMR was really good, they arranged a shuttle to take us to the office for the sleeper bus, the shuttle driver was very nice, friendly and helpful, however the actual driver we had was chatting to his girlfriend friend all night, and wouldn’t open the bus doors once we had arrived, after repeatedly asking him to let us off.

Der Mini Van war bis zum Überlaufen vollgestopft mit Leuten und Gepäck, die Beinfreiheit war sehr knapp, die A/C konnte es leider nicht komplett runter kühlen, schwitzen war angesagt.
Unterwegs gab es einen Stopp für die Toilette.
Die angegebene Fahrtzeit mit 2,5 Stunden ist ein Witz, sind eher 3,5-4 Stunden.

L'avantage, c'est que ce n'est pas cher. Sinon le service est vraiment moyen. La couchette deux places est très étroite : c'est bien si vous voyagez avec une ou un proche mais dormi seul serré contre un ou une inconnu(e), ce n'est pas ce qu'il y a de plus agréable. Les couchettes ne sont d'ailleurs pas très confortables. Impossible de régler ou d’arrêter la climatisation qui tourne à fond. L’arrêt de la destination est très mal renseigné (pas d'adresse ou de coordonnées GPS, et si on tape CMR office sur Maps, cela ne correspond pas du tout au point indiqué par 12Go). Le chauffeur a mis la radio à fond, impossible de dormir. Et le personnel ne vous préviens même pas de votre arrêt de descende même si vous êtes endormi. A éviter !

I have booked a travel with this company because it was announced that the bus will leave at 7.00 am from Siem Reap and arrive before 12.00 am at Phnom Penh.
But in reality they put me in an other company van that has left at 7.45 am and has arrived at 1.45 pm so almost 2 hours later than expected. As a consequence I was late to my appointment in Phom Penh.
Moreover the comfort was poor in this minivan. I'm very disapointed.

I had to wait 90 minutes to get on the bus and I was the only customer so they left me with another company. The other van was full and had no headrests.
Despite of the delay the driver did many breaks, one of them for a dinner.

I got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

Terrible experience. We were told the wrong pickup point for the ferry, then when we managed to get on the bus after this the driver somehow made a 5 hour drive into a 9 hour drive.

Amazing, we had a sleeper bus eventhough it wasn’t advertised as such. Super comfortable apart from lack of air con. Though the trip was 6:30pm-11pm, somehow we arrived at 1am, I’ve noticed this is normal in Asia

The van was way overpacked—people’s luggage had to be stacked up in the aisles. The booking also doesn’t mention that the van stops in Phnom Penh first before continuing onto Siem Reap. Seats weren’t very comfortable either.

If you feel like experiencing Asian style van with chickens and scooter at the back, plus a couple of hours delay on schedules, then it’s definitely worth the trip. Overall I had fun though …or spend few extra bucks and get a proper van company who’s reliable. Enjoy Asian and don’t expect anything just embrace the moment 🙃

Comfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug.
However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

This ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didn’t stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They don’t speak English very well and they don’t reply on WhatsApp.

Unfortunately the trip was delayed by 7 hours. I was supposed to get to Bangkok at 11:30am but arrived at 6:30 so wasn’t the best experience. We also stopped for food and the bus driver asked me for 7 dollars for a fried rice because I didn’t ask the price beforehand so had no choice but to pay.

My bag arrived wet from something in the baggage compartment and smelled bad. I had to wash everything in my bag and the bag itself. Some valuable papers were damaged and the operator did nothing. They didn’t even apologize. When we wanted to speak to the boss the girl in the shop said he’s busy and she can’t call him because of that.

The staff was opening and peaking through the curtains while we were laying in bed. Also, one member of the staff was laying right next to our bed on the floor. He was the one constantly moving the curtains. Overall I felt extremely uncomfortable.
