- Il est important de vérifier si votre van part à un horaire précis, ou s'il part quand il est plein. Dans ce dernier cas, vous risquez d'attendre longtemps, car sur certains itinéraires remplir un van peut prendre un certain temps.
- Il faut savoir que les conducteurs de vans sont connus pour leur conduite rapide. Même les compagnies les plus réputées ne parviennent pas toujours à persuader les conducteurs de respecter les limites de vitesse. Même si le chauffeur de votre van ne vous le demande pas, attachez toujours votre ceinture de sécurité lorsque vous voyagez en van.
- Si vous avez facilement le mal des transports, et que votre voyage comporte des tronçons sinueux, le risque d’être malade est plus élevé en van qu'en bus. Prenez vos médicaments une demi-heure avant le départ pour plus de sécurité.

Très bon service de prise en charge à l'hôtel jusqu'au port, conductrice sympathique et prudente. Réception au port bien organisée, seul bémol, transport par un homme sur mobylette avec les bagages du bureau de l'opérateur au bateaux très irrespectueux et traitant les gens comme du bétail. Sinon bon voyagiste

Le minibus est arrivé 40 minutes en retard à l'hôtel à Pattaya.
Ce minibus était cependant confortable, et le chauffeur a conduit prudemment.
Ensuite, nous sommes arrivés à Rayong où nous avons patienté dans une boutique (j'avais une blessure au pied, et une dame de la boutique m'a soignée avec toute la pharmacie nécessaire) en attendant un tuktuk qui nous a amené au port.
Le speed boat est parti à l'heure.

Perfect. Door to door from hotel to hotel. There were no other passengers and it turned out to be a private taxi ride. 2,5 hours. The driver was a bit nervous but overall the best choice!!!

pünktlich angekommen. Die Fahrt wurde mit 30 Minuten angegebenen, sind tatsächlich nur 10-15Minuten gefahren. Also Speedboat kann man sich sparen.

Very comfortable trip. Got picked up at the hotel by a nice driver and a nice comfortable car.
Other guests were picked up on the way or before my hotel. No break is planned but I am sure if you would ask for a toilet break it would be possible.

There are two piers at Ao Num Mao. The pdf should show that. The price we paid was double the price you pay when you buy a ticket at the pier. A bit more expensive is ok but not double...

Excellent and very efficient. We actually arrived an hour early and they put us on a boat immediately headed for the mainland. We were taken by covered motorbike to office close by. We had to wait for the driver because we were so early. Quick and fast car to our Pattaya hotel. Highly recommend!

It took longer to pick everyone up than the trip to the actual destination. We were almost an hour late. It's not a big deal, but you could mention it somewhere.

This was a great experience, much better than the outward trip. I arrived more than an hour early for my speedboat and waited only 5 minutes before I was taken to an earlier speedboat. From the pier in Rayong I was taken straight to the office and told I would have to wait 30 minutes but if there were no other passengers I would get a private car. Five minutes later I was taken to a private car and driven direct to my condo in Jomtien, driver was great, spoke good English, put my address in GPS and told me exactly how long it would take. She was alsohappy to stop for a toilet break, perfect service from door to door.

Info about Pick Up time was coming a bit late (0800 Info for 1130 Pickup) so WE we're a little worried. Van was there way ahead of time but offered to wait. Driver was superfriendly. Speedboat Service left noch wishes Open. Everything well organized and luggage was even carried for us. 10/10

The driver arrived late, I expected this as he had multiple pickups but checked on the morning to get a more accurate time and was told 1145, he arrived sometime after 1200. Then we went to Pattaya, he got lost! Finally picked up some more people there and left. Van was old and not in good condition, very bad gearbox, and he was a bad driver, at one stage he virtually stopped in the middle of the highway to make a call, presumably he wasn’t sure which exit to take, this is very dangerous. We finally arrived at the pier in Rayong after we were supposed to be in Ko Samet. He just waved us in the direction of the check in counter, very unprofessional. There we had a nearly 45 minute wait for our speedboat arriving well over an hour outside the advertised arrival time. As this is a service you do daily I would have thought your timings were accurate, sadly not. I hope the performance is better in the way back and this was just a one off.
