    Hi, good day. I booked and paid for a Deluxe bus in advance through your online booking system to avoid the hassle at the terminal. However, upon checking, I was informed that the available bus for my trip is only Standard, even though I already paid for the Deluxe fare. Since the bus/service available is different from what I paid for, may I request a refund of the fare difference or a full refund/cancellation, if the Deluxe service is not available?     The Class trip that i Aviled is the first class one that is why i’m Expecting a lot from it. I really appreciate All the services and the facilities except for one-that is the passenger chair. The chair is not comfortable and slippery on the butt. During the whole trip, my body keeps on moving forward everytime i will put my feet straight because the chair is slippery and a little bit hard…

    In my case since the weather condition that schedule date is not good and seeing in the news that traveling to baguio is at risk and the training i supposed to attend was already postponed or move to another date schedule yet you did not allowed as travellers to cancel our reservations and its clear that its beyond our control.

    Excellent trip. First class bus got to Baguio from Pasay terminal in less than 5 hours, even with 4:30pm traffic in Manila and big rain along the way. Was a bonus being able to charge phone Only downside was the aircon, much too strong, everyone was wearing jumper

    It was good, not great. Nothing special and the back side seats are awful, have to crawl over someone to get out, especially if the person in front has their seat back. The back seats behind other seats should have a little extra space, not less. Also, I wasn't given the wifi pass when I walked in and I didn't want to crawl over someone to go ask. Otherwise, it was fine.

    The initial Luxe bus provider was not as expected and rest assured 10mins away from the station the bus broken down. We've been stock forn2hrs before a recovery and alternative bus was send out.

    The trip was nice, it has enough stop overs and the bus operators were kind and helpful. They have a good system in labeling the bags to make sure it doesn't get lost and you can get the wifi password from the Bus drivers. It was comfortable and budget friendly.

    The legroom in First Class was still uncomfortable for someone with long legs like me. Additionally, the comfort room door did not close properly, and since I was seated nearby, it would occasionally swing open. This was quite unpleasant, especially because odors from the restroom could be noticeable at times. The trip departed on time; however, we arrived approximately two hours later than the scheduled arrival time. While delays can sometimes be unavoidable, the late arrival combined with the limited legroom and issues with the comfort room door, affected the overall travel experience.

    On my way back to manila at june 14 12:20am bus number 7125, it was raining along Pampanga as ive remember then theres a drip coming from the ceiling of the bus. It should be fix properly so passengers can rest properly during the ride.

    Its a smooth travel. The only downside is that they dont follow seat reservations. If someone sat in your reserved seat, you wont be able to do about it.

    This so called sleeper bus was among the most uncomfortable modes of transportation I have ever used. You either sit on the floor or pressed into the roof of the bus. There is no neutral seating position. The lie flat position is not completely lying flat and the most upright position is like the position of a poorly designed recliner chair at full recline, but with ldgs and head in odd positions. To add insult to injury, there was an announcement minutes before the journey that the promised water and snacks would not be provided. Water bottles were available at the bus station for Victoryliner to purchase for us, but they did not care to do that, despite it being 38 degrees at onset. The comfort room was not air conditioned and one could literally pass out in it, so I guess that was a reason it was locked by the stewardess halfway through a 5 hour trip. The stewardess did nothing on the trip, not even one announcement. I actually feel bad for her, though. She had no seat, but rather had to sit on the floor diagonally behind the driver, unprotected from catapulting through the windshield should the bus stop short at highway speeds. This experience comes at double the cost of the first class bus. The Royal Liner is a royal pain, both figuratively and literally.

    it is goof but i dont like how the bus conductor put additionally fee on our trip just because we upgraded to san narciso from olongapo because when we are going back home the fee is more cheap and we only pay 78 pesos but the bus going to san narciso from olongapo issued us 170 pesos

    I booked for online in advance before traveling to make everything smooth and relaxed since coming from an overseas travel. But then when we arrived at the Pasay terminal, still we fall in line for 45HRS just to claim our physical ticket...if I knew it would come to this, we would better took the chance passanger which is way far easier than falling in a long line...

    The bus experienced was very excellent.but the ticketing and waiting area was very worst.it takes 2 hrs to get the actual ticket ..I suggest make everything to be digitalized.and the waiting area should be more comfortable.
