    The air-conditioning was more comfortable compared to our CEB–CAG trip via the same shipping line, as it was no longer set to full blast. This made the travel more pleasant, especially since I was assigned to the upper deck. However, I observed that during the online booking process, there is no option to indicate a preferred deck or seating arrangement. This may be a concern for passengers who are senior citizens or those who may have difficulty climbing stairs, as they are not given the opportunity to request more accessible accommodations in advance. However, staff were very approachable and accommodating.

    The cabin type on board the boat did not match the one I had booked through your platform. After consulting with the crew members on board, it seems that the types of cabins available vary depending on the boat and the destination. This means that the luxury cabin I had reserved was only available on the boat that travels between Cagayan de Oro and Cebu. I ended up having to settle for a cramped space without air conditioning, even though the dormitory-style shared cabins were air-conditioned. To my astonishment, this type of cabin was sold for significantly less than the price I paid for what was supposedly luxury. If I had had the time, I would have disembarked, but I had to take another ferry to reach Siquijor.

    12GO customer support has not responded to my concern and is unresponsive via email. They are unable to confirm whether the ferry was actually cancelled through their system. This is ridiculous and poor service. You should be able to know this at any time and provide an immediate solution to any concerns.

    Our beds was near the aircon and all of us from that area could not sleep due to the cold. But i don’t think the liner cares since that ferry is already known to be old

    I like the ease of getting for the ticket. I just hoped they give updates about the time of the ferry since I almost missed my ferry, thinking it was 11pm when I booked, but it was 8pm on my ticket. If you have more money, I suggest the Tourist one with AC since it was hot during my travel. I was not comfy sleeping in and have second thoughts about the security of my things. I wished they have additional lockers.

    The ferry was called back to Cebu dues to a fault after four hours of sailing so not the greatest experience but not blaming anyone. The ferry was actually comfortable and the staff very helpful

    The ship came on time, they do prayers before and after the trip. We saw lots of dolphins and flying fish on our trip, super exciting. The bed is comfortable and we had an amazing journey.

    okay naman cia, however lagi akong nagigising dahil sa ingay. wala kasi sa option yung business class kaya tourist yung nakuha ko. And the staff is very helplful. and hopefully merong cover or curtain yung bunks for privacy ng mga travellers. thanks

    Five stars from start to finish. We checked in, they put us on a shuttle bus out to pier 3. The boat was fabulous, very clean. We had a/c seats which were great. Small kiosk onboard with snacks. Toilets were spotless, drinking water fountain was available. Left on time and arrived on time.
