    The driver was late and didn’t communicate with us at all. Our 8:00 AM ticket, which we had purchased the night before, was cancelled without proper notice. We were simply told to contact 12GoAsia ourselves instead of them handling the issue. There was absolutely no compensation or consideration for the inconvenience caused. Very poor customer service.

    The bus depart 1 hour late. Company workers repeat "you go in 15 minuted" 1 hour. Zero information about status, "wait, wait" . We go back Hanoi 1 hour later. When I ask transfer as recompensation (500 meters from normal drpoff, I've heard "30000 dongs"). After explain our problems driver take us to the hotel, but probably i' ll not use services offered by this company.

    The initial check in wait was 45 minutes, too long. The limousine left on time, the driver was happy for me to sit up front with him. But then we drove for about 30 minutes to another office and more waiting. The rest of the journey was good.

    I paid from Ninh Binh office to my hotel. The driver put me in a taxi with 5 kms to go which I had to pay for.

    Rude reception and drivers. Was dropped off somewhere else than ticket says and put into a small car with no space, and then dropped off at office. You put in a comment where you are supposed to say which hotel, but they do not drop off all costumer there. I heard they were dropping off someone at the hotel but not us and some other girls where just told to take a grab. They could at least offered to drop us where other people were going, it would of been closer, but no. I had almost no space for my legs. I think other seats was better. Driver drives fast and it is sometimes bumpy road. They are handling luggage very well, so pack well before going. They did however come on time.

    In total we had to switch cars 2 times. For the first 30 minutes, we drove with a car in very bad state without seatbelts. The next car was nice, but for the last 1.3 hours we had to switch to a small car, even though we booked a limousine. It was very tight with 4 persons in it and not what we booked.

    We reserved for 2pm but we received a message saying they would pick us up at 12pm but when we arrived they said that we needed to wait until 2pm. Eventually we left a 1pm but we ended up waiting in the agency for 1hour instead of visiting hanoi, we asked for a discount but nothing.

    Took the van from Ninh Binh City to Hanoi. Upon reaching Hanoi, they demanded an additional 70,000 VND from us. It was never disclosed that there would be an additional fee upon arrival.

    Unfortunately, we had a very poor experience. For a journey of only three hours, we had to change cars twice, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the driver spent a lot of time using his phone while driving, which made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The car was also overcrowded, and we barely had enough space to sit comfortably. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not recommend this service.

    We were asked to be at the pick up point 50 minutes before and drove via hotels another 20 minutes before we left Hanoi. A ride of less than 2 hours took in total 3,5 hours

    The driver was quite rude and drove crazy. He went onto a slip road to overtake and swerved back onto the motorway, we did get to Hanoi in record time though.

    There was no information about where we were going, what stops we were making, or about any of the transfers. A little heads up about literally anything would've been nice.

    Cabin 24b. The charging point did not work. The cabin was too short for anyone over 6’ and doesn’t say anywhere how suitable it is. No toilet and the external neon lights shine through the window with the blind shut down.

    I wasn't given all the information beforehand that I will be taken to the main bus in a smaller car . That part was long and somewhat uncomfortable. Then the main bus took us to Ninh Binh where the driver asked where we want to go. He gave the impression that he would drop us there but arranged for another uncomfortable small bus to take us to our hotel

    I got from A to B, but it was very unclear what was going on. Directed into cars, then drive to a limo - wait that's the wrong limo - oh no one in the group is on the driver's list, wait here - get in this limo. At the end of the day I got where I needed to go on time, but it was all very unorganised.

    Excelent, the pick-up was in the time at Hanoi, and in Ninh binh another one brought me at Tam Coc! I super recommended.

    No Communication of the drivers and Office After Check in. First car, then Bus, booked only Bus. No one told me there is a stopover. No one communicated that we are in Ninh Binh.

    Transfer from Tam Coc to Hanoi airport. Final result was good since we reached the airport alive and on time. Communication via WhatsApp was OK. Nevertheless, there was no mention that we would have to change 3 separate vehicles (mini vans and cars). Second, the drivers in Hanoi (in the last change) were at a loss with how to distribute passengers to cars and even dropped our bags down. Third, our final driver was driving recklessly, too fast and without respecting any rules (even for Hanoi standards!). He would not respond after us using Translate to explain and had to message central office.

    Technically it is not 3 hours from the hanoi aiport to nimh binh. Yet it was 3 hours (despite a lot traffic jams, but thanks to brave driving) from Hannoi center to Nimh Binh. Driver takes you from the airport to hanoi center, where you would wait ~30min for the transfer.

    1. We had to transfer to another bus, which caused a lot of confusion. 2. The driver was rushing to Hanoi like crazy – not only was he risking the lives of the passengers, but we almost threw up. 3. The driver didn't answer questions – he treated us like tourist cattle. 4. The bus stopped at the end of the route at a different location than the one on the ticket.

    While the departure time was at 18 o'clock, we had to be ready 50 minutes beforehand. This we found a bit early, however the day before departure we got a message that said to be ready at 17.20 at the chosen place. We got picked up no more than 5 minutes later, so that was good. That van was old, but we were being transferred from Tam Coc to Ninh Binh. The transfer from Ninh Binh to Ha Noi was in a luxurious and comfortable van. We were supposed to be brought to 214 Tram Quang Khai, but the van stopped somewhere else in Ha Noi. For us this was better, because this place was closed by the train station. I think there would come a third van to bring us from the other place in Ha Noi to the end-point, but as we preferred the other place we did not wait and therefore are not sure if the rest got dropped of at the actual end-point.

    The ride was okay, the seats were comfortable. But the dropoff was at a completely different location than what the booking said. We had to take an extra Grab Car to get to the old quarter even though the bus should have gone there.

    Organisation was alright. A car took us from office to the van, the van to Ninh Binh and finally another car to Tam Loc. The driver was crazy though. Even for vietnam standards. Driving so aggressively on the highway. Car also had a small problem on the way, he checked it fast, decided to drive like a maniac after this even though the motor sounded not so good anymore. We travelled through Asia for 6 months, many countries and we know that the driving standards are different from Europe. But this was by far the worst experience. We did not feel safe.

    All the drivers were on their phone almost the entire time, the minivan almost drove into the guardrail multiple times because of it. Craziest and most dangerous driving I’ve seen on the entire trip. The seats in the minivan were comfortable though and we were on time.

    No issues with the vehicles themselves but could do with some cleaning as on the return journey, it was obvious the bus had not been cleaned after the last trip. There were bits of debris in between the chairs and the main issue is the driving. During the return journey, the driver drove recklessly to try and keep up with his colleague in front and this made for a very bumpy and uncomfortable journey. Not slowing down over bumps and potholes and when we got to Hanoi, the drop off point was not the place we were picked up from. Due to the language barrier, it was difficult to convey this to the driver and we just ended up finding our own way from the drop off point. They were not punctual for both legs of the journey.
