    Stopping at Hanoi and changing car was inconvenient. I took bus at 23:00 and we were waked up around 5 am in Hanoi and waited in the street an hour to board on the van. If it was direct drive to Halong, it would have been the best.

    The communication was very rough, everything seemed rushed and the driver was reckless. I couldn‘t sleep because I was scared as the driver was speeding so much. In between we stopped for an hour without any explanation. I arrived 2,5 hours earlier being dropped-Off at 4am. I didn‘t even have the time to put on my shoes before the bus took Off again.

    We were also transferred to an earlier Bus and arrived at 3:30 in the morning instead of 8:00. I would not reccomend this Bus as a overnighter!

    It was ok, but you can find better options that maybe also start direct from the trainstation in Da Nang. (A taxi directly from there would have been cheaper all in all and faster.) It was no bus but just a car. Maybe good to know, there is only one main drop off point in Hoi An. To get droped off near your hotel (as with other bus companies in other cities in Vietnam) you have to pay extra.

    Pick up location was a little odd so I was nervous, but they communicated well via WhatsApp! Bed was clean and comfy, staff were helpful. Bus arrived late but that is to be expected. Switched to a minivan in Da Nang and they even took me to my hotel for free

    The ride eas outsourced to Daiichi travel. Cannot tell much about Tbus itself, but for the onky thing that they whatsapp'ed me the the location of pickup and were not accessible at 5:30am when the vehicle supposed to arrive being late for ~15minutes. Daiichi was great, very good impression (good bus from Hanoi to CatBa. Actually two busses - after the speed boat there was a new bus on Cat Ba island. We arrived 1h earlier than scheduled.

    While the bus was comfortable and the seats were spacious, the journey took an unnecessarily long time. Firstly stopping for an hour 20 mins from Sa Pa, then changing buses at Hanoi, the driver from Hanoi took several long bathroom breaks (but the rest of the passengers on the bus could not) and then attempted to make up up the lateness by driving incredibly fast and erratic, beeping every 2 minutes and breaking hard often. Yet still arriving to Ninh Binh 40 minutes late.

    Overall experience was pretty bad, whole bus smelled like urine and poo because of bad toilet. Also I found few cockroaches! Whole ride was very bumpy and full of unexpected turbulence, turns or stops which made me not sleep at all. Also it was very hard to communicate with stuff because no one spoke English. Pick up and drop off was not available.

    Driver was around 20 minutes latet. USB-Loader did not work, same as the sink at the toilet. In addition, we got dropped of 6 km apart from the actual drop-off location. Cant recommend.

    Departure was postponed when I arrived at the station, but at least the bus was right on time for the postponed departure time. What I didn’t like was the rude attitude of the driver. First, he drove like crazy; second, it was extremely cold in the bus because of the AC (although I was prepared for that, I had two jackets and I was covered with the blanket), so I tried to ask him to turn it off, he didn’t even pay attention to me, he just told me to go away and wasn’t helpful at all

    The bus arrived 2-3 hours earlier than the scheduled time with no notice in advance! It’s a good thing I looked at the map, so that I could notice that. I had a ferry to catch and luckily I was able to change the ticket with an earlier one, so I wouldn’t wait for more than 5 hours. If it was vice versa, I would’ve miss the ferry, so this is not okay. Other than that, everything else was okay. In Ha Tien they even drove me to the ferry dock with another smaller bus.

    Right before the trip the operator did not answer in whatsapp if the bus would be on time and what its number is. The start of the trip was delayed only by 10 minutes, but at the finish we were by 50 minutes later, so the length of the trip from Hue to Danang airport was not stated 2 hours, but 2.40. Rear seats in the bus were very uncomfortable, and there was not enough space for the luggage.

    Very good experience. We were picked up at the office, which was the most convenient for us, and dropped off directly in front of our accommodation in Hanoi. The bus was very clean and comfortable. The route was fine, and the driver drove responsibly. The bus attendant spoke excellent English and did a fantastic job. I forgot a small bag on the bus, but I was able to retrieve it without any issues the next day.

    Bus arrived at 7:30pm instead of 4pm, making stops every 10-15 minutes during the trip to collect parcels, it’s hilarious. Bus was full of Vietnamese, not foreigners, so it was loud noise all the time and 0 manners.

    Bus driver was playing music all the time during the night, honking and driving like a manic. the beds were also pretty Small - I'm 179 cm. definitely not the best trip

    Pros: The bus was great. Clean and comfortable. The driver was very responsible, drove us safely and dropped us at our hotel (even though the voucher didn’t included it). Cons: The bus leaved kind of late. The guy who organized it at the bus stop was very rude, didn’t speak English and wasn’t very happy to to explain to the tourists what was happening

    The bus was broken and had to be repaired, so the departure time was 1,5 hours later than scheduled. From the agency, we got a picture of the bus that we have to take, in the end it turned out that the picture was not correct. That lead to confusion and stress as we didn't know if the bus we were standing in front of was the right one. It took 10 minutes to clarify it with the agency.

    This trip was over the expectations, the seats were really comfortable and we could sleep easily in this 4 hours trip and the driver managed our transportation to our hotels. I haven't met before that service in Vietnam!

    Amazing experience. The bus was comfortable and spacious, but the best part was our guide/crew members - very welcoming and friendly. The staff in charge on my bus was a lovely Vietnamese man, English is my first language but he speaks it better than me!!!

    The sleeping seat in the bus isn't really as spacious and comfortable as depicted in the photo. The description should also clearly indicate that the seat design has no proper storage compartment or even hook for storing or hanging any bags or items. There is a hollow section for either putting in your bag or sliding in your feet but is not deep enough to accommodate both. The entire trip is an acceptable experience but is not more or less comfortable than the normal long-distance bus with traditional but good reclining seats.

    Pros: The bus was perfect! Just as advertised! Comfortable beds and felt pretty clean. Also had a toilet. Cons: The staff were rude, a little too up in everyone’s space, blasted music for 70% of the ride, didn’t speak a lick of English, and dropped us 30 minutes away from where we were told we would be dropped. The bus driver was also transporting a live gecko in a water bottle (it may have died on the journey and looked too big to get out of the water bottle).

    The driver was late and drove like a madman several times almost slamming into the back of other vehicles. Also he quickly ran out of space In the ride and bags were getting stuffed on the floor space inside leaving you very little space for your legs

    Bus was great, yet driving was kinda dangerous, very fast. Thats why its 4 stars.
